La Pacena in Haringey

We had a lovely meal here, the staff were very welcoming and friendly without being intrusive or over attentive. The food was lovely, portion size was perfect. The decor was authentic in a Cuban/Bolivian traditional style clean and atmospheric ... they have live music but we ate very early in the evening before this began. Highly reccommend.

We visited this wonderful restaurant last Friday ! By chance really as was drinking locally with family who live in the area ! Was all feeling hungry after leaving the pub so decided to go in this lovely looking authentic restaurant .inside is a feast for the eyes ,beautifully decorated quite quirky and interesting ,the staff were lovely especially a young Bolivian man who was so very helpful with the menu and drinks recommendations ! I had some flowers that had been bought for me and he offered to put them in water whilst we ate ,which I thought was lovely the tapas was great a mix of Spanish and South American and a varied menu too ,we had a lovely evening and were so glad we took a chance on this place . Upon leaving the young Bolivian man heard us discussing our train time and kindly looked up train times for us ! If you happen to be visiting Hornsey please do give this lovely restaurant a visit you won't be disappointed.

i visited with my mum, the food was soo tasty and homemade the best Bolivian restaurant you will find in the UK! 10/10 i recommend you try Pique macho to share for two people! also the cocktails are really nice and to top it up the LIVE music will make you feel like you travelled to Bolivia as its soo Beautiful and Traditional. He estado viniendo aquí durante unos meses y me siento como en casa. El personal es tan amable que las bebidas como la comida de tus vacaciones son increíbles y ¿cuándo reciben el? la mejor risa de este lado del norte de Londres. No podría recomendar este lugar lo suficiente, no se pierda la visita para ver qué sucede.

The food was amazing, nice variety of vegetarian options which I really appreciate & really good cocktail offer. The decoration inside is really cosy & welcoming. Highly recommend this lovely place. Staff are very friendly too :)

This restaurant is typical Spanish. Excellent the tortilla, calamares, the pulpo a la gallega, pollo al ajillo, and some other dishes. Only a negative note the music in the background was too loud.

This place used to be Pradera, but is now under new ownership. Its been refurbished really nice, their menu has new delicious tapas, great service & best but not least, Live Cuban Salsa every Saturday. Definitely recommend visiting it.

If you are looking for great food,cocktails, atmosphere and live entertainment, then this is 100% the place for you. Their menu has a wide selection of tasty tapas and some really great dishes, that personally I have not seen around the area before. I am not much of a fan of pork, but the pork belly there is just so good, will definitely have it again. They have live entertainment every Saturday! I believe their band is Cuban Salsa. Really gets you out to the dance floor. A decent wine list, ladies specially like their Pink G&Ts. Not a wide selection of Cocktails but they do make great Mojitos & margaritas,my favourite was their pina colada, so addictive. Will definitely visit again. Keep up the good vibe.
