The service was really bad, waiting 20 mins for a margarita to only find out they didn’t have the ingredients to make it, pre made an reservation to only be sat at a seat I front of the kitchen door. There really bad communication within the staff also got the wrong drink brought to me. The starter was nothing spectacular And the main lacked seasoning. Very bland. A disappointing experience for a mid week visit to a restaurant.

If you want to get rushed through a three course meal in 60 minutes. If you want microwaved and cold Parmigiana. If you want people queuing at the door staring at you throughout your meal. If you want staff rushing everywhere like headless chickens. If you want quite nice but lukewarm pasta then maybe book here. But the obsession with turning tables and getting people out is the most important thing. So bills and card machines are thrown at people the second they finish their meals on a Saturday night. The place has potential, but they need to slow down to let people have a nice time. And they need to serve HOT and fresher food. Overall pretty poor.

BRAVI.

This is some of the best Italian food I have ever had. They brought us focaccia bruschetta with our drinks. We ordered from the £29pp menu which included a selection of starters and a pasta dish. They definitely don’t scrimp on the portions of the starter selection. It was delicious and abundant. We then had the wild boar ragú and the cacio e pepe. The pasta was fresh, the sauce was rich and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. My only criticism (and this is a very minor issue) is that the tables are too small to fit the starter selection. It was a bit like Tetris trying to fit in all the dishes making it a bit awkward to eat. The atmosphere is lovely, it feels like you have gone to Italy for the day. There is Italian pop playing in the background and a mamma in the corner of the restaurant preparing desserts and singing away! We’ll be back!

Non classificabile. Per prenotare ho dovuto inviare CCV della mia carta e nemmeno è bastato: mi hanno chiesto di autorizzare, tramite app della mia banca, un pagamento senza indicare nemmeno un importo. Follia pura.

Incredible last minute find in Chelsea, great food and amazing atmosphere. But the service is the best. Awesome for birthdays in small groups

I've lived in London for 66 years and this is easily the worst meal I have ever eaten. Faux Italian food produced by "Italian Mamas" (give me a break) whose USP is that they can't cook, dressed up as the real thing - a complete marketing schtick. The antipasti was poor enough - stone cold arancini anybody? But the pasta was inedible. Loud, chaotic service. Only redeeming feature, a nice bottle of wine - boy, did we need that.

Delicious food. Lovely friendly people. There were six of us so we had to have the set menu which was delicious and fun to share.

Interesting concept where older italian women bring their own recipes from the regions of Italy from which they come from. Today was Puglia and the antipasti and pasta dishes were great. Warm welcome and nice ambiance. Would recommend

A night out for dinner the only problem is you need another dinner straight after! The portions are the smallest I’ve ever encountered. I had meat and pasta it costs next to nothing to make why serve up a main portion that could barely be considered a starter? It was tasty but unfulfilling. Son had a pasta dish which proved ineffable due to it being undercooked. Al dente it was not. You should be full when leaving a good itlalian

First of all, the food here is fantastic. Stanley Tucci visited the place, so there are tons of Americans everywhere here. This is a very cozy location, not a ton of tables with little room for stretching out. The ONLY reason I am giving this restaurant four stars and not five is because they will try their best to get you to order their "Mamma's home cooked menu," which is a ridiculous amount of food for two people. They insisted and we kept telling them "No, it's too much food." But, you know, it's more $$$ for them. So my advice is to make sure you order everything a la carte. I absolutely hate wasting food. Of course, everywhere we looked people were ordering the special Mamma's menu and not one single table was able to finish, there were to go boxes everywhere. And you're on vacation, so the chances of you eating that leftover food is pretty miniscule. So, order a la carte. Service was actually really good, manager is exceptional, and the food is fantastic. It's a very cool little place and I would return, I just would be sure to order a la carte. Do you sense the theme here? A la carte.

Good place to enjoy some italian pasta, tiramisu and a glass of red wine at an affordable price in the heart of London

It was recommended to us by Gise from @Civitatis and it has really been a success to eat very well in London, the dishes are generous and of a very good product, and they have olé olé olive oil, we have eaten tuna salad, caprese salad and as a main course some al dente ragetta spaghetti and oreccchiette with brutal mushrooms

Absolutely lovely restaurant, we had veal schnitzel, salad and amazing pizzas. All perfectly cooked, fresh and tasty. The restaurant is very clean, staff attentive and friendly. Perfect location opposite Apollo theatre and great value for money. We would highly recommend this independent restaurant. 5*

A long, narrow restaurant area with simple decor, edged by a high glass front & the open kitchen area at the back. It was very quiet at the time of our visit (~5pm on a Bank holiday Monday) with about 6 other people present. Small tables fill the area, with chalkboards listing specials & bottles of limoncello & other spirits decorating the walls. The staff were friendly & helpful, describing the food on offer. Only bottled beers were available as the beer tap was out of order. A list of about 12 pizzas were offered on the menu with a diverse range of tastes and flavours. We could see the pizzas being prepared & baked in the kitchen's pizza oven. They were excellent & all diners were really happy with them. There was a 12.5% service charge automatically applied, taking a £64 bill for four pizzas & two 330ml bottles of drink to £72, which I always prefer to be purely my choice. The venue is on the ground floor with no steps. Overall, the staff were polite, the food was really good if a bit pricey.
