Food was late and missing food from the order, bad customer service with bad attitude from the lady on the phone when I rang up to complain, will not order from here again.

Ordered kung fu Chinese found egg shell in my rice and had raw chicken balls. Rung them and the lady couldn't communicate with the chef because of the language barrier

Bland tasteless food, was told I could have a refund, however when I got there and returned the remaining food I was told you have eaten half of it so you can only have half of the price even though the rest was in the bin,what did they want me to do, scoop it out of the bin, shocking customer service will never go back

Do not order from here, what a waste of money. Delivery took 1 hour and 35mins, food had no taste and wasn’t cooked fresh looked and tasted warmed up. 4 of us could not eat the foot and went straight in the bin. What a waste of £25. No taste to the food very disappointed and will never order again. Also when paying the delivery driver he asked did I want my change 😳. Shocking food and shocking service.

Kung fu used to be my favourite Chinese food take away but it’s gone down hill badly. The last 3-4 occasions I’ve notice a decline in the quality and flavours of the food there. I used to feel there was a certain freshness to the dishes but that’s disappointingly gone as-well, the spare ribs are old and dry probably reheated many times. The chicken curry I had tonight was the worst I’ve had anywhere, they are using turkey instead of chicken (because it’s near Xmas and cheaper) with some sort of tenderising process that makes for tasteless slimey pieces of meat. They are using sugar in their food a lot more and the curries taste like there a bag of sugar or disgusting sweetener in there. Egg fried rice with little to no egg or any flavour, it’s felt like a complete rip off as of late. Cutting corners and scrimping due to greed I expect. The salt and chilli squid used to be delicious but now it tastes old and very greasy. Everything done on rock bottom instead of creating flavours and using quality ingredients. Possibly a change of ownership, chefs or management I don’t know but I wouldn’t ever give these another penny. Sort yourselves out.

Amazing Salt & Pepper box definitely recommended. We visited in ordered salt and chilli box , Chicken Chow mein and sweet and sour chicken. The food was cooked quickly and tasted excellent. Service was friendly, with plenty of reading material to keep the short wait even shorter. Will definitely go again.

I have found out they only have 1 star but they boast 3 star rating on the menu. Food was ok’ish but not very warm and very salty. Ordered food and asked for no sugar for my mother who is diabetic and her blood sugar went through the roof and was high for a couple of days. Chicken balls were soggy and sauce was setting and lumpy. Very shocked about what I hear happens in the kitchen by the driver who works there. The counter staff are very friendly but there is an older woman who likes to shout and scream at the counter staff or drivers even when customers are in the shop. When I was there waiting someone called to complain about missing items or wrong items and the woman tried to say the customer was lying. Very good service. The poor guy on counter then had to explain that the woman said everything was correct. Fun to watch. Not impressed at all. Tried the newly opened takeaway just up the road. Much nicer food and it tastes fresher and full of flavour unlike this place.
