Food was awful used to be the best but now it’s the worse

Ordered for delivery without any problem...friendly and on time delivery food very nice and all we would expect

Had food from here Saturday been really ill since won't eat from here again 😩

The good points, open on a Monday, quick and polite, the rest wasn't the best, powdery crispy chilli beef, tough chicken in the honey chilli chicken, very oily fried rice amongst other issues with the food, the next time I fancy a Chinese on a Monday, I'll wait til Tuesday.

1 ⭐ hygiene rating and absolutely terrible service. Ordered 4 times now and every time it was either something wrong and tough overcooked food or just plain wrong. Chicken balls should be called cannon balls and their sauce is pure sugar. Also over charged every visit by at least 50p. Don't sound a lot but add it up off all of us. 1 star hygiene rating Avoid at your stomach's peril

The best Chinese I ever had. Waiting time only 15 mins with the delivery. I am more than happy with that. :)

I have to say that the owners of the establishment were extremely rude and a course in manners definitely required !!!!! The food was disappointing with the highlight being the person delivering who was kind and cheerful.

We had a chinese on weekend and my husband got stuck into his special fried rice to find two clumps of hair on his fork I will be complaining to them about it. We have always rated them the best chinese in abertillery not now Grosse.......

Food was average, the sauce pots used to constantly break before i even got home with the food spoiling whatever other food we’d ordered. The prawn crackers tasted like old oil and the poppadoms were soft and tasteless. Was recommended this and it was okay the first few times we went. we asked for an alteration to one of the dishes and was shouted at and had to repeat the order multiple times and then the phone was slammed down on us. We rung up a few seconds later politely stating we wanted to cancel our order because of how the boss lady had spoken to us on the phone and was aggressively responded to with “What you want to cancel order already? you just order.” with some huffing and puffing,mumbling and then shouting in the background and then once again the phone was slammed down on us. The delivery driver had come back from deliveries and just chucked the delivery bags over the counter which all ended up in a heaped pile on the dirty floor which no one seemed to be bothered about or cared to moved. Absolutely no sense of hygiene seeing as thats what peoples meals are being transported in. We vowed to never go back again.

Very rude owners Got my order wrong an was told they would do nothing about it Was served cold chicken on top of curry an chips Was supposed to be chicken curry.

Proper nice Chinese, sweet and sour sauce is delectable

Nice food vastly improved since the last time I had food . Which is a bonus. Also have a good food hygiene rating which is always a plus.

I always come back to this old favourite for tasty and different Chinese fare. Good choice and good service

We use HoHo fairly regularly and have never had cause for complaint. It is Cantonese style but they have an extensive menu. Staff are friendly and efficient. It's always busy - we can't all be wrong. Favourite meal sweet and sour chicken canyonese style.

Chicken ball all batter hardly no chicken chips was like bullets rice was bland and noodles was greasy best part was the sweet and sour sauce 😔

I'm not from this area and tried it as came to see friends, tasteless awful food, haven't had a chinese this bad in years. Majority went straight in the bin, didn't want to give to the dogs.

A very good Chinese that has been in the town for years always have a good meal. A generous menu which caters for all tastes. Highly recommended.

Amazing food, as we have come to expect. We had not visited for a while as living away but we were not disappointed, every bit as good as we remembered. The staff are warm and welcoming and the food is about as good as you can get! 5/5 and worth a try if you are in the area.
