Very good vegetable noodles and duck!

Last time we ordered was 9 months ago. We thought we would try again!!!!! Yuck! £130 of food, boring, lacking in flavour.

Consistently good food, always a friendly greeting. Feel sorry for negative feedback for both they & them. Personally been using for 20+ years only had a couple of slightly wrong items in that time that were still tasty so nice to try something unexpected 😁

First time ordering a takeout, l was welcomed by and very polite and helpful member of staff, spent over £100 was offered extra prawn crackers and fortune cookies, food was excellent, very tasty and large portions great value for money, my family really enjoyed their meal, thank you to all staff l will definitely go back and recommend to friends and family 5 stars x

I went into a very busy environment, on a Saturday evening with people were complaining about long waits for food. Discount had to be given to 2 of the customers. My chicken balls were like rubber. We were not even sure that it was chicken, and my friend felt sick afterwards.

AFTER LOOKING AT ONLINE MENU & MAKING ALIST FOR 6 OF US FOR A BIRTHDAY, MY DAUGHTER WENT TO ORDER IT , WHICH CAME ON THE MENU TO £98 , WHEN SHE ORDERED IT ON THERE APP IT CAME TO AROUND £ 170 NEARY DOUBLE & THEY TOLD HER THEY DON’TGO BY ONLINE MENU , RIP OFF , CON ARTIST’S , HAD TO SUP IT UP, AS IT WOULD HAVE RUINED BIRTHDAY, USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS BUT WILL NEVER AGAIN .

Your Website has incorrct prices beause for my takeway yesterday, as an example, I paid £17 for the starters for two when it is advertised at £11.40. Your staff said that they would not give me the lower price. This is very bad form and I wish to have a refund.

I was told off by a staff member for not telling them my daughter couldn’t have prawns. Even though I had ordered her a chicken dish, we found a prawn inside it! Disgusting!!! Totally unacceptable cross contamination between fish and chicken! Never had a problem with this takeaway before, always been nice food and great service- will not be back! Had reported them to food standards agency.

we was very disappointed its been many years since our last takeaway meal it was better quality food then .& much cheaper .the pork balls was like chewing rubber the chicken chow main seemed like it had been cooked previously their wasn't much chicken & the portions was smaller we won't be ordering again over priced for what it was.

I was so disappointed, i ate about 6.30 and by 9 pm the MSG was causing me problems dry mouth and upset stomach its now the next day 11am and my tummy is still going ballistic.

This popular local Chinese take away restaurant within New Town Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England. Is well worth a visit! It’s extensive oriental cuisine menu is full of tasty dishes to savour. Always a reasonably priced selection to choose from. It’s wheelchair friendly, and family young , and old will love it! Tourists will too I’m sure. I fully recommend!!

This well established Chinese cuisine take away. is a big local favourite within the New Town , Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, England. A vast tasty menu to suit all pallets. It’s a late opener at 5 pm to late evening , but well worth a try. It’s wheelchair friendly, and good for snacks , dinner too. Also reasonable priced ! Visiting tourists I’m sure will love this convenient, and affordable option. I fully recommend.

I always struggle to take seriously negative reviews who have never bothered to actually discuss their concerns with the takeaway before posting a review. I have only ever had one order error here (out of probably 1 hundred orders). The restaurant was quick to resolve it - and apologise. We are all human! I have been using this takeaway for many many years. It is always busy of an evening (which is only ever a good sign), the food is hot, tasty and staff are friendly. They update and add to their menu periodically too. It is a nice gesture to get a fortune cookie or two - and they have deals for ordering online and spending over a certain value. All in all I am very positive about my experiences here.

Best Chinese food for miles around. My two local ones in chalfont st Peter reheat their food hence why I travel to this one in Beaconsfield. Great food that's cooked when you order and not microwaved.

Sadly the restaurant got our order wrong so we did not have enough to feed the family. After phoning them we drove back and the restaurant was unhelpful in correcting their mistake and we ended up with one dish and 1/2 duck between the whole family. We were disappointed with the duck. A let down for a rare takeaway treat.

Both of our usual local Chinese takeaways were closed on Mondays so we decided to give Kun Sing a chance. The lady who took our phone order was friendly and helpful and all signs were looking good until she said "your order will be ready for collection in 10 minutes". Then the alarm bells started to ring. How could a mixed starter, half a duck and 3 main courses be freshly prepared and cooked in 10 minutes?? Mixed Starter - Greasy, greasy and tasteless. The ribs tasted of nothing, the seaweed was inedible and everything else in the box just tasted of grease. Even the bottom of the box it was served in was dripping in grease Crispy Duck - Dry, dry and tasteless. Sweet & Sour Pork - Thin slices of inedible sauce covered "pork" Thai Green Curry - Indistinguishable slices of inedible soggy "chicken". We put the entire 3 course meal into a bin bag (we have 3 dogs and for the first time EVER we felt our food was even too inedible to let them eat the leftovers!)

Badly let down with a 35 min wait last night, as this was my first problem I’ll try again. Food was good but I needed thawing as did the other 20 queuing outside !

Really easy to use website and super freshly prepared take out food. Their chicken and pork balls are super crispy and delicious. Try their special and shrimp rices which are excellent. Pleasant service on pick up.

Very expensive for what is a fairly ordinary takeaway, and the prices seem to rise with each visit. No competition in the area has made them price accordingly I suppose, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere as a result. New Youngs a couple of miles up the road is on par food wise and much cheaper.

Ordered at 5.30pm for food ASAP. 7.30 we were told it would be ready - 9.10pm we receive our food. It was not even that great. Not allowed inside as we had to socially distance and it was freezing outdoors.

Really tasty - best Chinese in Beaconsfield (we still miss The Jasmine). The only problem is we moved house on the day after the meal. Bit far to drive back!

We hadn’t been here before but just needed a quick takeaway. When you see it from the outside you may think it’s not as nice as some of the others in town but don’t be fooled. Firstly it was super clean with Covid measures nicely in place. Secondly they had a young lad who couldn’t have been more helpful. So polite and took the time to explain that there was an app to make ordering easier. Also because we didn’t realise there were certain offers giving you free prawn crackers and we’d ordered them anyway he gave us some free spring rolls. The food was obviously cooked fresh and hadn’t been sitting around as by the time we had got back to Great Missenden it was still nice and hot. Most importantly it was very tasty indeed. I’ve just noticed a recent review saying prices had gone up and I didn’t find that at all. Compared to the other ones in Beaconsfield it’s much better value. Definitely coming back!

Honestly this place is the go to for a takeaway. Staff there are great. I go there so much the owner pretty much knows our order. Can’t wait to have another.

It's not the best Chinese takeaway I have had but they are good. Also in this Covid times very well organised and taking care of their staff and customers. Social distancing, staff with masks and sheilds, screens at the countertop.

Just had a takeaway from here, it was absolutely first class. Normally have Chinese at China Diner or Leigh House, this takeaway food was better than these top restaurants!!! Will definitely be back, best takeaway we have had during lockdown!

I have used this take away for many years and it was always first class. I picked up a meal for two on friday and it was awful. We had several dishes and ate none of them. Really,that bad. I phoned and complained but they didn't seem interested. Found out they are under new management since the last time I went there. Never again.

Quick service, quick service and great well cooked food.

A few years ago this was our regular takeaway but the quality of the food went down and down. Sad to say that it is still very poor. The town is lacking a dedicated Chinese takeaway, such a shame that this restaurant has deteriorated so badly. Will not be going back

My husband has just been to get a take away. We always have Set meal A but replace the chicken and mushroom with beef chow mein. As I don't like mushrooms, this has never been a problem with any other owners of this take away. Tonight the manager came out and was shouting that it couldn't be changed it was set menu no changes can be made. Although my husband calmly pointed out it was the same price and had never been a problem before. The manager was still saying it couldn't be done. My husband then asked for a refund if she wasn't going to let him make the change he'd asked for. Again with more shouting from the manager he was told he couldn't have a refund as he'd paid in cash and refunds can only be made if you've paid by card. Eventually after other customers waiting for their orders started saying they would ask for refunds and go elsewhere if this was how she treated her customers, my husband finally got the meal change he wanted. Having got the food home we then discovered that the pork in the sweet and sour pork balls wasn't cooked properly was still raw in places. None of the food had any taste all of it was bland and greasy. Definitely won't be going back or recommending this take away in future

This used to be a great takeaway. This experience was awful. Cold, tasteless and no better than a supermarket box deal. The hot and sour soup was not even warm and so sweet it tasted like something pork balls should be dunked in. Sadly another place on the avoid at all cost list.

Excellent quality. Food was really fresh tasting and certainly better than most take-aways in the area. Will definitely visit again.

Had not used Kun Sing for a number of years was tempted back by reading in the Bucks Free Press that it was in the top 5 best takeaways in the area. Ordered an early evening set meal yesterday for a special celebration. It was more than disapponting. The sesame prawn toasts were inedible and you needed a hacksaw to cut the deep fried chilli beef. The rest of the meal was just about acceptable. I felt the food was either very badly prepared or was leftover food reheated. Shame on you Kun Sing. Needless to say I will not be using you again.

I think is the best take away Chinese in Beaconsfield, it definitely beats China Diner on food and price. I always have black bean tofu, chow mien dishes and a mix of other things. They also give you fortune cookies which I think is a nice touch.

Still not sure what the white substance in the Chinese Roast Chicken was? Believe it or not, it was almost crunchy to the bite! It honestly didn’t taste of anything and when you snapped a bit off (it didn’t need cutting), it had none of the visual texture one associates with chicken. Despite the lack of taste, it was actually genuinely unpleasant to eat. So didn’t eat most of it. Will take always learn that replacing proper chicken with cheap, processed “bits” is a stupid false economy? Won’t be going back and couldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Another great takeaway from this local restaurant. Order promptly processed , confirmed by email and ready on time. In addition it tastes great!

Had a few visits here, not the best but if your hungry you wont notice.

We have just got a takeaway from this restaurant. When we order roast chicken Chinese style you would expect roast chicken and not the processed non edible chicken that we received. No one ate it because it was horrible. The sweet and sour chicken balls weren’t much better. The rice was stodgy and the spring rolls tasted more like soggy pancakes. A complete waste of £30. I never normally write reviews but feel like I had to because it really was horrible food, especially the processed chicken. Will never eat from here again

One of the nicest Chinese takeaways in the area

After returning home form a family day out we were too tired to cook, so thought we'd have a Chinese take-away from Beaconsfield. Ordering on-line was a simple procedure and we were given a time slot as to when the food would be ready and available. The food was ready on time and kept warm in well -insulated cartons for the 10 minute journey home.All dishes were very tasty and decent portions as well as being reasonably priced. Will definitely use again in the future.

Have been eating here for around 5 years. Food used to be the best for miles around. But sadly the last few times have been a real disappointment. Duck so overcooked you're lucky if you manage to fill 2 pancakes with it. The flavour in the Singapore Rice was non existent. It was almost as if it was egg fried rice with a few chillies in it. I would hope it was a one off but today was a last chance try as the last few times I've been I've found the food to be nowhere near as good as it used to be. Such a shame.

We love the food at this takeaway restaurant. We have been unable to enjoy the food for some time now. Returning we downloaded the app. Sadly this app needs improving. Go back too far and you gave to start again with no save option. After five attempts our food was ordered. On collection we pointed out our discount code would not enter on line. The staff are great and reentered the order allowing the discount. So great food at a great price. Update the app for perfection!

New Year’s Eve treat ruined by the rubbish ordering system. Queue was 20 deep with people who had ordered their food online 2 hours hence. Food was cold when we got it home. Ordered the food at 20:05 for a 21:05 collection. Received food at 21:45, got it home at 21:49 and it was cold, had to be heated up in the microwave and that ruined it. I will go there again but I will be calling ahead to see if they have sorted this mess out. It’s a shame because this is normally truly exceptional Chinese food. The great British public at their finest all going out in droves on a bank holiday doing exactly what I want to do. Not going to bother doing anything on any holiday anymore. It’s not worth it! The restaurant should have a better ordering system that delays or even refuses orders once they hit their capacity!

Free spring rolls and the chicken and sweetcorn soup was lush.

Family say this place is usually quite good. We had a simple takeout for three in a Friday night. Kung Po prawns were unfortunately not edible, they were rubbery. They came as battered prawns in a box with a side of sauce. The accompanying sauce was my plan B (ie douse in sauce and we can forget about it), however it tasted sickly. Looked like they had been on the hot plate for a few hours. You smell the box afterwards and it smelled awful, musty and unpleasant smell. I cannot understand how this can happen. Egg fried rice had barely any egg in it. And was rubbery. Essentially boiled rice with peas. Again unsure how it’s possible to get egg fried rice quite so unpleasant. Stodgy. Crispy seaweed was good. Sweet and sour sauce = not horrid but pretty sugary and syrupy which was not okay. Accompanying battered prawns were acceptable. Chicken cashew nuts yellow bean sauce. Extremely over cooked chicken. Again rubbery texture. Hardly any yellow bean sauce at all, as it had congealed. We ordered over the phone, asked for it to be ready in 30 mins and turned up exactly on time. Finished work at 9pm. Reluctantly ate the whole lot. Didn’t want to go out again back to shop to complain. We called the shop and explained clearly and they understood I did not want to come for a refund so they offered to rectify this by making the next takeout on them.

Deceived to ring changes today and try a different take away Chinese location. We were very pleased with the food and the service. A return visit will occur next time we fancy a Chinese!

We have ordered takeaway from Kun Sing several times recently and have never been disappointed. There is a good range of dishes on offer, the food is always piping hot and tasty. We have ordered for both small and large family meals and will continue to use this place when we get the sudden urge to have a takeaway. The staff seem very friendly too - which always helps!

Extremely nice, this chinese takeaway is the best in Buckinghamshire. I highly recommend this place to people who are looking for fast made chinese food, as it is definitely worth it. It is value for money, and i will be ordering more from here. 10 out of 10.

Being going to Kun Sing Beaconsfield for over 7 years. Today was the first time I felt disappointed in the food. The chicken in black bean sauce and green pepper had 4 pieces of chicken, too many peppers, opinions and carrots. The sea spicy chicken had one hair in the container. I have never seen egg fried rice with green peas from this resturant before. Today they were busy but the standard still needs to remain.

Always have had takeaway here for last few years as it was always so good....but tonight's experience was terrible.The chicken satay was in a bright orange sauce which tasted nothing of a satay chicken and the beef in black bean was in a really thick dark sauce thing like I have had before

Pedí una para mí y para llevar niños. A mitad de comer mi sopa me pareció una hormiga. Poner todos nosotros completamente de comer más comida. Me puse en contacto con el restaurante y me dijeron que me arreglen la sopa o ofrecer una sopa gratis la próxima vez que pedí. Informé que sentimos este no era aceptable, y me gustaría un reembolso. Fui al restaurante con la sopa y ant y me dijeron que me podía ofrecer un reembolso para mi sopa, pero la política de la empresa era que tendría que volver toda la comida para ser ofrecido un reembolso! ! ! Pregunté donde esta política fue y me dijeron que no era necesario mostrar como es de conocimiento común. ! ! Me afirmaban política sugiere que este debe mostrarse y no era posible volver la comida como parte habían comido. Se negaron a ofrecer más que la restitución de la sopa. Sentí que una disculpa y ofrecen un reembolso completo era lo mínimo que podía ofrecer. Una vez que regresé a casa y trajo los restos de la comida china que quitó a regañadientes el dinero. Me parece que dadas las circunstancias una disculpa y restitución no era una petición injusta.

Visitamos el sábado por la noche a Kun cantar Pida comida para llevar. Cuando llegamos había una tabla fuera de los locales de dicho pedido en línea y reciba gratis samosa vegetal Spring roll y fuimos y usamos la tablet en la tienda para pedir nuestra comida para acceder a la oferta. Cortesía de naranja helada de squash está disponible mientras usted espera, y era además ofrece ensalada estilo singapur catadores que era muy agradable. Pan de gambas están disponibles gratis cuando te gastas 15 libras, lo cual hicimos. Pedimos pelotas sweet sour pollo, ternera con setas y arroz frito especial. La comida era de una gran calidad y relación calidad-precio.

We eat here often and the food never disappoints. Very friendly staff. I ordered the set meal for two today and to swap an item was no trouble at all. You will not find a better Chinese in the area in my viee.

Probé este recientemente como nuestro favorito local chino había cerrado. Es una mezcla de cosas. El primer plato era buena y abundante. Algas en particular era muy fresco de verdad. Pero calamar en picante sal era incomible, y no en una pasta de especias muy pesado. Pollo ahumado un poco demasiado dulce. No tengo prisa en volver, pero sin problemas importantes (aparte del calamar! ).

Hemos probado varios restaurantes chinos comida para llevar / localmente, y aunque éste es uno de los más de nosotros, es siempre vale la pena hacer el viaje. La comida está recién preparado que recomendar especialmente la "mixta entrantes" - muy generosa porción y delicioso! También el cerdo asado y el chili fritos langostinos son increíbles. . . La comida ha sido siempre listo a tiempo y bien caliente.

Don't go if u have allergies as I couldn't eat here I have a sea food and nut allergie so asked them if it was possible to use a clean pan the lady point blank refused saying the cooked all sorts of food in the pans and would not use a clean pan she wouldn't even ask the chief so if u have allergies avoid so as you avoid serious problems with your health.i ended up with no dinner as this was a reasonably late vist.

An amazingly true to the traditions of home country food. Great takeaway and I have to admit from reading all the previous reviews I was a little sceptical at first. The place a usually go to was closed for some reason and tried this place, now every time I wish to order a takeaway I will not be heading anywhere else.

So the last time we when to this take away was in 2015.There are still some problems..... Like the sweet n sour sauce isn't nice.But they do have the best egg fried rice around!Tofu is great also the veg noddles.The chicken isn't always great. My daughter loves the satay sauce from them.We normally get rice and satay chicken then get the rest delivered from Soya!

Always good food, consistently so. A vast menu choice as is the norm with this type of takeaway and every dish I have tried has been first class. Would recommend and return without hesitation.

After a recommendation I decided to order take away food from a different Chinese in Beaconsfield than usual. Ordering was efficient and the food was ready at the time stated. Quality was excellent and at least as good as any we have had from other Chinese in the area. Will definitely go again!

I always go to Kun sing for a takeaway and they have always been really good.They are not local to me but I would rather travel there to get as never disappointed.

Fantastic food and a real good choice to be had, deep fried won tons are the best.Very fast very hot and very clean..always, the price is good for quality.Now for the bad bit, the Asian boy who takes your order, he did say he was from Pakistan, THIS has to be the most difficult person I have ever met, very poor skills and very very rude and I have to even say shocking service.If I drive past the store when open and see this boy working there I will order from another place, I cant allow myself to experience that again.

We are regular customers and have never been disappointed. Good fresh, tasty food and service is always excellent too. Makes a lovely weekend family takeaway and also very good value for money compared to other options in the area.

Thought I would try Kun Sing for a change. Food was prepared quickly, and service was friendly. However, I ended up binning all of it after a mouthful of each dish! Will definitely not be going back and feel it was a total waste of money and petrol (as they do not deliver). Food tasted like it had been frozen- definitely not fresh, and was very greasy with a lack of flavour. I don't know whether it is the choice of dishes that I went for but I was severely unimpressed and ended up cooking my own dinner...

This Chinese take away restaurant is probably the best in Bucks, certainly within 5 miles from Beaconsfield. Good food, reasonable price and very fresh tasting

We have tried other places but now always use Kun Sing. Fresh tasting food, always hot, friendly staff who always get our order right, and have it ready when they say it will be ready.

when a Chinese takeaway can't get the sweet n sour sauce right, then you know the rest of the food won't be nice!egg fried rice had no taste, the Sweet n Sour chicken was watery, noddles were nice but again no taste.wont be going again

I love Chinese food and although I have a Chinese takeaway a couple of minutes' walk from our house, I always drive 5 minutes to Kun Sing for their tasty, consistently-cooked food and polite and welcoming staff.

We thought we would try the food out and it was great. I had a good feeling from the moment I walked in as I got great customer service.

There are several restaurants in Beaconsfield that offer Chinese takeaway but I find myself coming back to Kun Sing for its consistency in well cooked food as well it's friendly service no matter how busy they may be. I particularly like their Singapore Noodles, just delicious. I do have a message for takeaways in the UK. I would love to see a see through glass wall (or none at all) between front of house and the kitchen. Why not show case your chefs and kitchens? It can be such a selling point! I

I always use this Chinese takeaway. Good clean food every time! It has a 5 food hygeine rating (as of August 2014) the staff are always friendly and will adjust food ingriediants to your liking. Can't ask for more....just wish they'd deliver!
