I can't believe it's taken me so many years before I left a review. I have tried this suya from the start when it was based outside . People will queue in the rain just to taste this suya and I was 1 of them . It was worth the wait. I'm not just reviewing just the suya. I'm reviewing the heart and soul of this suya establishment. This man works hard to give us the authentic taste of suya from Nigeria. You can get lamb, beef , fish , shaki, etc suya. You get 2 options of spice mild and hot. I always go for hot every time. When you walk in, you feel a warm welcome . Even if there is a queue, the customers are having nice banter between each other whilst they wait. The room is filled with the aroma of the suya laughter and music. The music varies from afrobeats , Dolly Parton , love bollards you name it, and it's always a vibe. You have a choice to have the suya garnished with onions, tomatoes, and cucumber. I can talk about this suya place all day because it hits the spot every time I crave for it. Out of 10, I give this suya place a hard 10. Never disappoints in flavour and good banter. For those who are always in a rush, you have the option to call ahead and preorder you, suya.

Great taste. Basically for £12 you get barbecue meat, cut into pieces and generously sprinkled spices. Meat is fresh and cooked well and only salad served is onions, Cucumber and tomatoes. Options are Lamb, Beef or turkey and they can mix it together in a portion if you ask. Owner is friendly and explains to you about food. Just have to be patient as they grilling it fresh and can be queue ahead of you.

Food poisoning. I watched them cook in front of me but never knew I’d be poisoned/ from out of date meat! It’s not unheard of with most shops on moston lane I know a few people that have had food poisoning too. The operation of the business is unprofessional and silly, I waited 1 hour in the shop for my ticket to be called. I would never ever in my life go back to the shop again and will highly advise anybody not to go. I’m disappointed!!

Lush Suya! Very yummy, nice variety of meats - lamb, cow etc. And the service is great too! So what’s not to love? Well, the wait time but that’s expected, so, definitely worth a 5 star!

If you're looking for a taste of Nigeria in the UK - this place is a good spot - hidden gem right at the heart of Manchester - authentic Nigerian Suya with the same hotness as you would find in the streets of Lagos or other places in Nigeria. Would recommend this place if you have an adventurous pallet.

Whenever I work in this area, I always go to Waterside Cafe on Redhill St Manchester 4. Appropriately named, this delightful, clean, welcoming cafe sits by the canal. Inside it is very clean with an extensive light meal/snack menu. There are deep settees to relax in or chairs and tables. People sit with their newspapers or laptops. The owners are so helpful, friendly and accommodating. My favourite thing is the goat's cheese panini which is really good quality. Go there, it's a lovely place.

Dined with colleagues. Mentioned there was a shellfish and mustard allergy ordered smash burgers which contained mustard. Waitress did not mention anything. We did not pay full attention but clearly neither did waiter or anyone in kitchen as she did apparently note down allergies when she asked but did not realize 3 burgers ordered has mayo mustard. Allergy is not life threatening but causes enough discomfort. Pay more attention
