Kabir on the front desk always smiling - always friendly - Makes customers feel so welcome. Ive used just eat n made mistake after ordering - called the shop n he sorted my issue without hesitation. The driver who has a black bmw - again always smiling - so friendly - very appreciative when I've tipped. Food is always absolutely top notch and piping hot n fresh. Never get an order wrong - always early. Cant recommend it more highly. Best takeaway about. Thanks to the staff - 👍👍👍👍

Horrible place to order from - workers don’t communicate and think they can do what they want!!!!! Ordered a donner box at 7:20 for it to arrive at 8:30 to which they had my order wrong, when I phoned up and told them that they had put lettuce and everything which I didn’t want they told me “oh yeah I know, it was only a little bit” which I wasn’t happy with and they agreed to send me another out to replace it. At 9:30 I rang back after not receiving anything and got told that something was broken and they’d send me out a totally different meal (which I didnt mind as iv not ate) 10:30 I phone back as I am still waiting for food to be told “I told the manager but he must of forgot” so I asked how much longer I will be waiting and got told that they are busy and there waiting for the driver…. 3 hours and still no food is ridiculous and all they can offer me is a “sorry” maybe if they got it right in the first time rather then knowing they did wrong and sending it anyway none of this would be happening!!!! disgusting!!!!

Ordered two loaded donner boxes, one plain without salad or sauce. When they arrived the “plain” one had mayo and lettuce on. We rang and explained to which they said “oh yeah there is lettuce on the plain one” and they would send out a loaded donner box the way we asked it to be done. 1 hour later still nothing, we rang again and got told that something had broke and they would send a chicken kebab instead…. Another hour passed still nothing. Absolutely shocking as we had paid for food which was technically missing the items that we had PAID for. Rang the shop again to be told “I did tell the manager about it but I think he forgot”. They can’t just admit that they got it wrong. Will never be ordering from here again, their customer service definitely needs some work

AVOID….. Took 2 hours from placing order to receiving order , when we tried to ring to find out what was happening he was very rude, speaking to others whilst speaking to me , would not let me cancel the order then put the phone down on me . Food arrived chips was cold and pizza was barely warm tasted horrid and chewy . Ended up going in the bin , worst take away in the area !!!

Literally disgusting. Waited over 1hr for delivery via Uber eats. Food was clearly not fresh, looked and tasted stale and after a few pieces stopped eating as it left a horrible aftertaste. Only thing fresh was the fries. Shocking food. Gravy pot was tiny and only half filled to boot.,Trying to get a refund via Uber but they’re just ignoring it as usual - Rip off Britain at its’ finest.

Absolute disgrace. Order was wrong, stale, cold and disgusting. Found a hair in the food. When called they put the phone down on us 5 times and when he finally spoke to us he said there was no hair he checked himself. We asked for replacements and he told me he was too busy absolute disgrace wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

I phoned because my fiancee is alergic to garlic mayo and they kept saying they will bring it it in 5 mins but never do

Stay away!! First it was 2 hours 20 minutes late!! Told me the machine was playing up but foundy name and order straight away on the phone. Then the driver gave me the wrong order and come back knocking on my door just as I was going to open the food. Then I find a portion of 6 nuggets has become 5 nuggets plus 1 wedge & 2 curly fries, not 2 portions, 2 single curly fries and 1 wedge with 5 nuggets. The kebab meat was dry. Won't be ordering from here anymore or recommending in a good way to family or friends.

Order 3 meal shawarma and received it with too much salt .we couldn’t even eat them after two bites as there was too much salt in fries and wrap.

I dont write reviews but this one had to be done. Don't order from here! don't waste your money! Crap service, they dont care just want your hard earned money.I ordered online for delivery at 18:40, 19:28 food came( im 15mims away) they missed a item off my oder,rang the shop and was told NOT to eat my food because there gonna send it again and take what they gave back, 22:08 still don't have my food after ringing up about where it was, got told its on its way but didn't even show, I asked for a refund from feedmeonline, they contacted the takeaway, they then ask if i want a partial refund because I have a cold pizza that has been sat with me waiting for someone to take it back. The whole point of me ordering was coz I don't have any food with me on a 15hr shift. When I rang up about a full refund they picked up the phone 4 times and placed it on the side didn't even acknowledge the call. This takeaway messing up the order and expects you to eat what they want you to eat not what you pay for. DONT FALL FOR THE "WILL SORT YOU OUT NEXT TIME" Majority of the time you don't get what you ordered. You order wings they give frozen not even fresh goujons(frozen chicken tenders) you ask for no red salt they give you a shit load of red salt, you ask how long the food will be, they will always say on its way, you ask for a refund they will say the managers not in to authorise a refund so how can you give a partial refund?? NOT WORTH THE TIME, THE MONEY AND STRESS. stay away from here!

Dangerous delivery driver destroyed my front garden and completely missed all the bamboo sticks sticking out the ground! I'm not even a customer but the delivery driver did a U-turn on my drive. Didn't even have the decency to knock and apologise. Please go to Specsavers...

i ordered here they brought all the wrong food. Rang back was horrible and ignorant. put the phone on the side and left it on. Rang today. (Morning after) it’s nothing to do with them! i paid for my food and it was all wrong! I’ll be flying down there now

I had ordered a 14 inch pizza and it had arrived after an hour and a half. when I had phone for the first time they sent it was on its way. I waited 30 minutes to call them again since the shop is only 8 minutes and when I called they were rude and cut the phone on me when I wanted to ask about if it was the correct address

Ordered a triple pizza deal and was told over the phone that the price was £22. Rang up twice to confirm the price. Driver shows an hour later and says it's £32. Needs better communication.

Bought from this place 2 times , firte time chips was burn ,seconde time when there to get a chicken burger the old man with an ugly face told me that a chiken burger wil lhe 5 just a burger, yesterday when there to get 6 wings and fries meal and on the board is saying 5.49£ and once again is charging me 6.49 , so by law the price must to be displayed accurate and the price on the board apparently are wrong and questionable he give a little paper with the new prices( if you therefore there is a new price you must update the board so you don’t get customers confused thats a joke when u displaying a price to costumers you most stick with what it is saying on the board it is against the law to display one price and charge you another one.

absolutley shocking delivery and not even my food

I ordered a donner kebab with lettuce and sauce and it came with just bread and some donner meat that wasn't shy on the grease and out of pure kindness we was delivered a burger bun with a blob of sauce and nothing else might be the worst thing l've ever tried to eat . Nice one 👍

Only ordered twice and both times the order is wrong. The delivery is quick but if you order a chicken meal do not expect what you've ordered. If you order a meal with chicken wings and they haven't any ready they'll think nothing of sending anything random, pretty pointless having a menu you just end up with anything they have ready at that time

Ordered food at about quarter to 8 at night kept telling me whenever I rang them asking where it was it was on its way and wouldn’t be long, then they tell us at 11:30 that they can’t get us our food and apparently it had already been delivered when no food had shown up on our door

The food from here has got to be the best fast food delivery in Warrington. Highly recommend the wings, and fillet burgers. Always crispy chips too. This place beats KFC hands down

I usually order the £24.99,I ordered one today 17/12/24 and they said it now £26. Food was delivered without drinks and pizza as shown on their flyer. When I called to ask,they cut the line on me. This is my 4th order. I’m not buying from krunchys and I won’t recommend for any relative or friends. I feel deceived and cheated

They are thieves. When you order, they don’t bring everything they are advertising in their brochure. I won’t advise anybody to buy from them.

took half an hour for 2 garlic bread with cheese. handed us another persons order, then when we said it isnt ours, tried over paying us the price we actually shouldve paid for what what we ordered. the food was mid but we are appalled by the servive

Food was Late. The Only reason I got it at all was When I called to ask where The food was. It wasn't even prepared. Then. About an Hour after the food turned up. The delivery Driver knocked on the door demanding payment. I'd already Paid Online with proof. But. He said the shop said they needed payment in cash. I called the shop. Only for them to apologise and said they'd call him. Which they didn't. Had To threaten with The police. It was Odd aswell. That his mate had parked their car around the corner. Out of sight! Be careful everyone. Something wasn't quite right.

Phone order at 8.15 told 30/40 min called at 9..15told driver on way called again at 9.40 told there was a mistake and food was just leaving shop food arrived at 10.10 COLD!! Lies obviously as we only live 10 minutes away absolutely disgusting service NEVER AGAIN

the service of this business is just horrid, waited 2 and a half hours for food only to be greeted by a rude driver and unedible, cold food, can tell they store all their food in a freezer god knows how long the chips i got from their where within that freezer! Food stuck together like rock and was overall just disgusting

Rude staff, make up the prices of the food. Ask for sauce on the burger they dont listen. Ask for sauce not on the burger, only lettuce, they dont listen. Absolutely no people skills. Rude. Wont be going again, only went as it was easy and down the road

Hi ordered food off there web site was supposed to be coming to my home address at 02:30 in the morning I was really hungry I no it’s late It turned up freezing cold the man looked destroyed coz Itmust of been the end of the line We went on holiday cut it short got back intouch day and night shift to be fobed off thanks for looking at my review but if you live within 3 miles ok but after that god help you

These guys don’t know how to count or just doing it on purpose. I normally order spicy wings and it always come in one or two pieces shot. Now this time, I ordered and PAID for 24 pieces but they only sent 20 pieces. THIS IS IT. NO MORE BUYING FROM THIS SCAM👎👎👎

Never had a problem with this place until tonight. Waited two and a half hours for my food to be fobbed off every time I called. Its on its way!! We forgot to make it,we will do it now!! We came and left it on your doorstep!! Its now 1am and still no food that was ordered at 10.30. Unhelpful, dishonest staff.

Boy on the phone was very rude stating that we haven’t placed the order, although we have recipts of the phone call. He started swearing at us and cut the phone. he was very rude! has an attitude of a kid and when told him this he became even more verbally agressive. poor service poor food and poor staff

Ordered on just eat and it was all running smoothly. Until my order was 1 hour late. So I call the restaurant and they said my order was cancelled after taking my money and the just eat app said it was delivered. These people they are all the same

Absolutely awful takeaway... Bad customer service and they don't want to rectify issues caused by them. This is the last time I order from this disgusting takeaway. Do yourself a favour and before you order, look at reviews, hygiene ratings and photos of food from here. There's so many better takeaways locally.

I got a menu through my letter box on 14/7/24. So I decided to check their website. Prices on printed menu for milkshake £4.99 bbut on webcsite £6.00. Prices on meno fir Ben & Jerry;s ice cream is £6.99 but on websire it is £7.99. Bit naughty. So put me off orgereing. It is about time you updated your printed menus.

We order from here often because the food is fabulous and service is exceptional. Reluctant to go anywhere else. 10 out of 10 every time. Not had a bad experience. Well done guys

Horrible food saturated in salt and disgusting service. I ordered 3 separate items. 2 came together in 1 box so basically I got far less food than I ordered. I called Krinchys to be told that I hadn't ordered any food from them. That my name was not in their system and that I was not listening to them. They then listed alternative names. I gave the phone to my partner and they admitted that they did have my name on their system but that I had not told them my first name. They then kept saying my name wrong. I hung up. I WILL NEVER use them again.

I have been to this place a few times with a bad service reputation and paying for half of my meal because they haven’t gave me a full meal because for example once I went and I asked for a single spicy chicken burger and 8 hot wing meal and they gave me 7 wings instead of 8 and the spicey chicken burger wasn’t spicey and it was cold and hard meat and the price was for this £11 and this made me feel very disgusted With the food and costumer service when I told them about this they didn’t say a word and hung up the phone pls do not go to this place thank you

Very poor service I've ordered from here a number of times and never had a issue food is always lovely warm and delivered quick. Today was shocking took hour and half which I wasn't bothered about being a Friday night and normally busy but I ordered a donner kebab with large chips and garlic mayo. To receive just a tray of donner meat nothing else rang up spoke to the guy on the phone explained everything and he was asking what I ordered and who with told me OK ill sort this just give me 2 minutes he then put the phone down on me and never called back shocking customer service everyone else's food was lovely as normal but with the shocking service lost a loyal customer won't be going back again such a shame

I thoroughly enjoyed the chewing during my expedition at krunchys but swallowing seemed to be the problem.only have the spicy wings on Thursday but steer clear rom the salad on Fridays scince I seem to have experienced short feeling of depression after consuming

I contacted the shop the call handler was rude, whilst I was explaining the problem the call handler put the phone down on me whilst I was talking. I rang back and was told abruptly that my order was on the way then put the phone down on me again. The call handler needs sacking he has no customer service skills whatsoever. It’s a shame as the food is usually on form . The rude call handler is giving krunkies a bad name I’d be shocked if they haven’t lost a lot of customers because of that rude man.

Ordered krunchies, last night I didn't receive my food. I rang numerous times to be told 10 mins, it's on the way etc..or having the phone put down on me..ended up asking for a refund to be told the same thing it's on its way or "ok" I never ended up receiving the food or getting a refund. Seems like they're just fobbing me off, took my money and just don't care. Never had an issue with them, before now! 🫤

Late delivery all the time it's shut

Sorry krunchys only 1 star loaded box at over £9 wasn't at all good, poor quality everything tasted very salty wasn't at all enjoyable had to leave 3 quarters of it due to the saltyness,once upon a time you were the best.but with this experience you must come bottom NEVER AGAIN.

Never had an issue with the food we order 3 times a wk sometimes if we are busy, fast delivery and really polite and friendly staff. We have the 14 inch pizza deal which is great value

£7+ for the smallest chicken burger on the planet. (Tasted good, just so small). Cheeseburger arrived with armbands on as it was literally swimming in ketchup, soggy bun, the lot. Sorry, poor value for money, next time I’ll have a bowl of cereal.

My husband ordered a chicken bucket for delivery he got a phone call off the delivery driver saying he was outside our home so my husband went out to meet the delivery driver but he was no where to be seen so my husband phoned him back only to get a load of abuse shouted over the phone the delivery driver was so arrogant saying he is outside I've been here 10 minutes which he clearly wasn't so he obviously went to the wrong address krunchys you really need to teach your delivery drivers some manners we won't be ordering from here ever again thanks to the bad experience off your delivery drivers

Ordered through jusy eat.9pm..Restaurant marked at delivered at 10pm Numerous called to be told it's 5 min, then 10 min then 40 Min, then told I'm not th only Customer so I need to wait. Food arrived 3 hours late after midnight . And was not hot enough to eat. Ordered mc d arrived 25 Min.
