Manhattan in Wigan

Never done this before must say Pizza's been tasty, on mine meant to be Bacon and as extra Peperoni. Didn't found any Peperoni on mine Pizza and in stead Bacon was ham there despondent about that

Extremely bland food, generic bland chips, chicken kebab smelled good but was extremely bland unfortunately. Ham and pineapple pizza all she could taste was pineapple no other taste. Was so bizarre. Disappointed won’t be going again. But was delivered on time so that’s the only decent thing but didn’t eat it.

Don't waste your time with this place, they are ignorant hard faced idiots , worst experience ordering food from anywhere in my lifetime, have me waiting up all night then I go to bed thinking you aren't coming and you ring my doorbell and wake me up 2 hours later, first time and definitely the last, if you can't handle the work load dont accept the job, Ive gone to bed tonight without eating thanks.

Just had a special kebab, garlic bread with cheese and chips. Food was delivered in good time, it was hot and really nice. Will definitely be ordering from here again. 👌

Been going for years, not been for a few months. Only the young lad still works there. Can't fault him. Chicken kebabs use to be the best. Now half the amount of chicken in the kebab and and very small amount of salad. When you can get a fully cooked chicken for £6.50 and you get 3 small pieces of chicken for £7.00 not good. I will give it one more try hoping it improves? If not I won't be going back.

One of the best thin-crust pizzas ever

FILTHY DISGUSTING ANIMALS, WHY, READ ON- Rang up and ordered a calzone for collection so because I was early & needed to wait I stood outside having a smoke. I was able to watch the staff at work through the window & clearly saw (& heard) one of them coughing & sneezing all over the food on the kebab & chicken spits, as well as over food both stored & being prepared on the counter. If you think that's bad, just as I was about to go back in I witnessed the same filthy scum digging inside his snotter like he expected there to be gold up there before wiping his finger on his pants then continuing to build someones chicken wrap, hands all over the food. Thankfully I hadn't paid due to ordering for collection, so I told the staff exactly what I had witnessed leaving them in no doubt of how disgusting they were, & told them where to stick my order before walking away. Order from here at your peril.

Poisoned absolute hell hole of a takeaway, would rather eat dog dirt off the roads than go there again.

Never will we use this place again, the food arrived Luke warm, the guy who delivered it was sat in his car texting someone while I'm stood on the doorstep wanting the food, it states on the web spend over £15 and get a free garlic bread, we didn't get one, so I phone, guess who answers yep the guy who delivered it, and he was still driving his car, I queried the no show of Garlic bread, he replies need to spend £18, might as well just buy the garlic bread, this place used to be very good, sad to say we will not be using it again, the kebabs were very poor.

Ordered on their website. They missed off the childrens pizza. When I rang they said it would be here soon as. Half an hour later I rang back and said he's just leaving. I said my daughter is starving he just said sorry really busy! They should have made it and sent it right away I think as they missed it off the order in the first place. And when it did come it was cold!

Been having food from here for year's and always been great. Ordered tonight delivered on time, but absolutely rubbish. Reheated maybe from the previous day. Had a bit of everything and the rest went in the bin. I don't make negative reviews but on this occasion it was very disappointing. Won't be buying from here again.

We've persevered with Manhattan for so long. The food is great but the app/service is appalling. What's the point in them offering a time for delivery on the app, allowing us to select a time for delivery, when they then ignore the time you've selected. Awful. This has happened 3 times now. Tonight we waited 90 minutes when they'd offered food to us in 20 minutes. We're going somewhere else from now on.

I was given the worse experience ordering food from these. I only called to ask how long would it be as they was rude straight away then kept saying do you want to cancel and my response no please as I just called to check were it was that's all and he still said you want to cancel. I then hung up thinking my order is still on its way but 5 minutes after then phone call my order was cancelled so then I called back and all I got was you said to cancel which I said I never did and he said just reorder with an attitude and also having to wait longer for my food. Just want yo say the service was shocking to say the least

Ok, I'd previously given a 5 star, as generally not had a problem, however the past 3 orders they haven't bothered to read specific requirements as asked in the messages section. I've been using their own app, thinking I'm saving on the Just Eat fees. Don't bother, order from Just Ear, that way you can offer a review... won't bother using them anymore. Shame, 1 tub of sauce cost them...

Placed order on Saturday at 5.30 said about an hour turned up 7.30 wrong order delivered rang a number off times from mobile and landlines ended up going back to the shop getting told really busy got money back and got told NOT TO COME BACK I replied don't worry I won't

Terrible takeaway. This was our first time ordering from here, NEVER AGAIN, wish we'd read the reviews first and saved our money. Our order was missing onions rings and they made the wrong calzone. When I rang to talk through the staff were rude, shouting and then hung up. Don't bother wasting your time and money, plenty of actual decent places around to go to instead.

One of the best takeaways in the area. Always fresh always quick, never disappointed me this place. Would 100% recommend

I Ordered 2 pizzas on Uber delivery my order never arrived, I rang the shop to be told my order had been delivered to my address. I assured him that my order had not been delivered to me. He said a man had answered the door and took the order. I told him he had not delivered to my address. He confirmed my address and it was the correct address but can assure you I did not take this delivery !!! He was very argumentative and very rude. He said you can come to the shop I said no thank you refund my money. I will not be ordering from here again.

This place is a joke from the menu and what you get are two different things....and spoke to the shop not helpfull at all....very a annoyed customer.

Worst takeaway I’ve had. Cold kebab. Stale chips. Took over an hour to arrive and they have turned their phone lines off so can’t even contact them.

Very nice friendly staff & there sisilian pasta is to die for. Very clean best pizza in Atherton bar none easily. Our kids love this place & we wouldn't go any where else. Kicks domino's out the game every time. Very tasty ingredients. Be prepared to wait at weekend as they get very busy... & rightfully so. You can't go wrong 👍 keep it up lads & gals 😊👍

My favourite donner calzone on my night out. Always Tasty and fresh. Great staff as well always have nice chat with the chef 👍

Great pizzas garlic bread burgers etc

Please note, I dont live in the area just work so I need to stay away, I always try different places but this one was the biggest mistake ever, I always buy more than i can eat so if its not nice i move on to the next item, these were all sorry to say horrible, Chicken and BACON calzone, wheres the bacon? what's these big chunks of pink bits? dont recognise I dont eat. Peri Peri Chicken kebab, the sause never tasted like Peri Peri, tasted like regular chilli sause which overpowered the chicken, too hot to eat. Here's the best one 2pc chicken and chips, the chicken had much coating it resembled a scotch egg, when consulted the takeaway I was told it was FROZEN CHICKEN, well done

Staff are rude..ordered a few times from here but never again, they forgot a pizza which I understand mistakes Happn , when we rung they said its gonna be another 45 mins I said its a joke tbh they replied ok n put the phone down pizza never turned up.

The food here is amazing!!! Their kebabs are superb & ALWAYS delivered hot & on time or early! Their chiefs special on a hot plate is just - WOW!!!! We always get a garlic bread & cheese & it is thee BEST WE'VE EVER HAD!!!! Perfectly cooked, tasty, hot & I cant get enough of them!!! This is about the 5/6th week we have ordered from here & we will be many many times again!!!! Never hesitate ordering from here its absolutely 5*!!!!!!

Have akways ordered every week from this takeaway. Have just placed order two hours ago. I rang half hour ago to be told ten minutes would be here. So I rang back twenty minutes later to be told that they had not even sent or made the order after waiting two hours for delivery bacuse they had lost the order. Have been ordering weekly from here so if they can do this to a long loyal customer and lie about it. Just be careful if you are ordering and waiting because they lie and seem not to know what is going on very disappointing would be zero stars

Charged £3.60 for extra topping on a pizza and they didn't even put them on. Rang store to tell them and they asked me to take pizza to the shop so they can sort it.

Oh dear!...it's not great! The shop has this weird smell....it smells like a dead child is rotting away in the basement...😕 Seriously I just left without ordering anything. And the next time I went back and had a pizza, I had diarrhea for days ...

Disgraceful place, staff extremely rude, I took my order back as it wasn’t right and I got sworn at and given abuse and also got threatened. This place definitely will give Atherton a bad name. Don’t expect to order what u want from this place and get what u asked for. I also waited almost 2 hours for my food. I’d rather starve than ever order from here.

Absolutly terrible!!.. i made an order he said it would be 45 minuites so 1 hour passed and i called back and said how long is it going to be and this is when they told me they couldnt place my order after already telling me it will be 45 minuites i got annoyed on the phone and put the phone down anyway i tried to call back 14 times and they wouldnt answer and then the order that they apperantly couldnt place turned up at my front door!! but then they called me back and told me to not order from them anymore i mean what the hell as if they have the cheek to tell me not to order again after theyve done that!!! Do not go seriously

I love manhattan as their food is quality. I wasn't impressed when they picked up the phone and was blunt with me. I asked if they could give me curly fries instead of normal chips and he said 'NO'. I also wasn't impressed with how they ended the conversation, I asked how long the food would be, and the man replied with '45 minutes ok bye' Rating you one star because you're not I'm a celeb material.

Late when recieved, missing an item, and horrible quallity. Had horrific problems communicating with the staff as they could barely speak English. In the nicst possible was it was f****** horiffic.

By far the best kebab shop in Atherton food always good and they got the best delivery driver that always goes out of his way to help.

Nice pizzas. Handy for post night out munchies when you leave the pub.

Really good food, especially the donna neat which has a slight touch of pepper every now and again to keep the customers satified. It works.
