I was trying to redeem my rewards for the donuts and the employees were absolutely dismal and disgusting. They told my mother to get out of the shop and they wont allow me to redeem the points due to my younger brother trying to redeem it for snacks. The women had terrible patience and she disturbed my trip to Krispy Kreme and it ruined the atmosphere of the shops. I am terribly disappointed and upset by this visit.

London Road, Slough SL3 8QE EnglandI went to put air in my tires, and the machine charged me twice but did not work at all. It would not blow any air. I went inside to speak with staff, who seemed disinterested, and was told someone would check it. No one came, and after a long wait, I left because I was in a hurry. Poor customer service.
