Popped in for a hot drink and toasted sandwich at lunch time. Speedy service, really delicious cheese and tomato toasty very generous filling. It was a bit too cold to sit outside and only room for about 6 to sit inside. Staff were friendly and it was nice and warm indoors. A good selection of cakes but the toasty was so big I had no more room!

The coffee was good. The cake (carrot cake) and cinnamon bun looked better than they tasted (perhaps not as fresh anymore) and the carrot cake was pretty crumbly/ not very moist. Service was quick and friendly though.

I went to this place near the laundromat to have breakfast while waiting for my laundry. The toast and coffee were delicious. The atmosphere here was comfortable, and the staff were bright and friendly.

Tout petit café, mais avec pas mal de table à l’extérieur donc parfait pour les beaux jours only. J’ai goûté le Toastie Épinard / œuf / cheddar / pesto, un DÉLICE. Ils ont une grande variétés de toasties, grande taille et très bon prix £7 en moyenne. Je valide!!

Cozy cafe:) Only 6 seats inside, there are some seats outside with a heater, but it’s still cold in winter.

We popped in early yesterday morning for a couple of crossiants and a latte and it was just perfect. The crossiant was so delicious and very fresh and the coffee was just right. Very friendly staff and a lovely little place :-)

We only had coffees but they were really really good coffees! The local area was dead quiet on a cold Sunday afternoon but people queuing outside this tiny place was a good clue. Cakes looked great too.

Ein wirklich süßes, kleines Eck-Café mit fantastischem Kaffee. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und mit der angenehmen Hintergrundmusik ließ sich hier gut in den Tag starten.

This place is a hidden little gem of a restaurant. It’s prefect breakfast joint for both on the go or sit outside and have a nice pleasant morning on a cute small retail street. The coffee was so good I paid to get another one before we left. And breakfast sandwiches were so tasty. I highly recommend knock box.

Great coffee and also great opening hours. They start early so you can. Pastries are very tasty too. They also do a 4 shot large coffee. Yum!

Tried many coffee spots in town and I will say that their claim of having "(probably) the best coffee in London" is not at all a stretch. Best flat white day in day out.

This hardworking Coffee opens as early as 7am. It serves outstanding Espresso with excellent aroma. This coffee shop also offers a wide range of Delicious Deli including Sandwiches, various pastries, croissants, and fabulous muffins.

Nice coffee but some of the guys are just too slow making coffee in the mornings. A good barista can work faster (without compromising how well they make it). The coffee is nice.

No sé sobre eso, pero puedo confirmar que el café es muy bueno, sobre todo porque usan una máquina La Marzocco. De las cafeterías que probé en la zona, fue la mejor en mi humilde opinión. Parece ser una buena selección de comida, el tipo que generalmente encuentras; El croissant que tuve fue fresco y delicioso. Y también me gusta la ubicación; está en Lambs Conduit, que es una callecita tranquila y pintoresca a la vuelta de la esquina del hospital infantil Great Oldman Street.

The best coffee by miles and amazingly helpful staff. Cakes for every taste. Freshly made sandwiches that taste so good.

This cafe is near to Great Ormond st hospital but is nice and quite . Lovely cake / pastries with great coffee to match. Just a few window bench’s to sit at but that’s fine. A nice independent shop

Pequeno café, com pouco espaço, mas excelentes opções para tomar o pequeno almoço, ou um Brunch nesta rua tranquila de Londres.Produtos frescos e naturais,  »tosties », bolos caseiros, granolas, sumos e smoothies, tudo saboroso e com excelente apresentação e com a preocupação de ser saudável.O serviço é simpático mas pode ser « baralhado » por vezes.Para quem esteja instalado por estes lados vale a pena a experiência.

Era todo un poco normal realmente. Tenía una tostada clásica, blanco liso y un poco de pastel de zanahoria (el pastel de zanahoria estaba seco pero la crema en la parte superior era agradable). No fue el peor almuerzo pero ciertamente no fue el mejor. Probablemente no volverá de prisa. Prefiero Tutti sobre el camino.

El título lo dice todo, el café estaba bueno pero sentarse en los asientos de banco fuera con otro cliente que debe tener en sus pantalones había hormigas no ayuda! Además no tenían retrete (pensé que tenía que haber una cafés? Sugirió utilizar uno) así que en algunas de las cafeterías por la carretera! Podría ir todo el hog y conseguir mi café.

Friendly and fast... Good coffee too

Meeting a friend on Lamb's Conduit St. we plonked ourselves down outside Knockbox Coffee. We ate wraps of avocado and poached egg followed by shared cakes. The cakes are baked to a high standard and despite the basic furnishing you'll be glad you visited!

Mi amigo y yo fuimos a almorzar: pedí la envoltura de tocino, pero no servían nada. Optamos por un tocino tostado con queso y tocino, era muy bueno y lo servían caliente. Después de ordenar, una camarera vino a decirle a mi amiga que también se habían quedado sin el plato que ella quería, pero aunque su segunda opción era más cara, no pidieron el dinero extra.

The decor is simple and welcoming with interesting small details. A small place to have breakfast or brunch. The food is good, the coffee is bad.

This place has gone into my list of top 10 cups of coffee ever, beautiful flavour. The almond croissant are great but it would have been nice to have had it warm (but this is a very minor point)

Un café muy acogedor y bien cuidado. Sirven deliciosas tostadas, un excelente croissant con tomate y queso cheddar y un magnífico pain au chocolat. Toda su viennoiserie es muy buena, prueba el croissant de almendras. Un gran lugar para un brunch, desayuno o un refrigerio rápido. El café también está muy bien preparado.

Decided to pop in for an ice coffee, was very small for £3 and tasted very weak. Service slow despite not being busy, and wasn't particularly friendly. Work nearby but would not go again nor recommend.

I have been going here weekly, so I have been trying different meals from their menu. I highly reccomend their toasties, which they do in many different options, and also their wraps. Great variety of cakes and smoothies as well, also for different intollerances. Nice...

Full bodied creamy flat whites with great friendly staff. Cute place with a warm atmosphere perfect for a quick coffee. Not the kinda coffee place to sit for long. Great for working or studying on laptop as has benches.

From the coffeeshops nearby, knockbox is one of the better ones - good strong workshop coffee with proper creamy milk. The toasties are a nice bonus and the chorizo toastie is recommended!

Scrumptious freshly made real food! I visited every day once I found this charming corner shop! I tried all the great smoothies and the Reviver especially did Revive me! I was so bad I needed an Energy Bomb too! Great friendly staff help keep the vibrant atmosphere! soup and delicate little sour dough bread with a wee sliver of butter ooooohhh - perfect crunch for tasty soup!

After an early start to a busy day visiting Coram's Fields we really needed a kickstart cup of good coffee. Asking a fellow visitor, they suggested Knockbox. Encouraged by their recommendation I passed two alternative coffee shops to buy quite expensive flat whites and cake. I walked back to Coram's Fields in happy anticipation. Total disappointment. The coffee tasted and looked like latte and failed to give that much needed boost. I rang to say what a let down this was. I did not have time to take up the suggestion to walk back for a replacement. Coffee matters. Right first time or not at all.

Just stopped by this morning on my way to work. grabbed a coffee and almond croissant and it was exactly what I was after. Wish I could have stayed to enjoy as the place has a nice atmosphere. Will have to go back and try lunch.

A pearl in busy London. Honest coffee (dark and tasty) and a couple of great cakes, served by lovely people. Only the cappuccino needs a bit more attention. You can sit outside, no wi-fi.

Best coffee I had in London! Unfortunately the toasties were all gone, but we tried the pecan tartlett and the rosemary lemon drizzle and they were very good, too.

I can't get over Knockbox. It's the cutest, most delicious, freshest shop in the area - can't recommend it enough. I've had lattes, flat whites, cappuccinos, and mochas here, as well as all the smoothies. Everything is delicious. My favorite is probably the iced mocha and the carrot smoothie. Plus, they have delicious breakfast and lunch! I recommend the almond croissant, or the muesli (served with fresh blueberries), and for lunch, the chicken wrap or the veggie wrap! All the toasties are great too. Everything is made so lovingly and beautifully. They also have a great selection of cakes, fresh lemon and mint water, and free wifi! Absolutely no complaints, only that it is a bit small. Please go here.

Having arrived in London around 6 a.m. on a sunny Sunday May 1st morning, I spent the morning wandering around Bloomsbury. I stumbled upon Knockbox around 10 a.m. just as I was getting a bit peckish and in need of some coffee. This is a lovely, little corner shop (see photo) at Lambs Conduit and Dombey just a block north of Theobalds Road, south of Great Ormand Street (and Coram's Fields), and east of Bloomsbury Square. It's at the south end of a pedestrianized section of Lamb's Conduit.My double-shot cappuccino was excellent, as was the bacon-and-egg toastie that I ordered. I sat outside in the sun with some locals. When some papers, which a couple students were reviewing on the long table that I shared with them, blew away in a gust of wind and knocked over my coffee, the Knockbox staff quickly prepared me another coffee (and refused the students' offer to pay for it.)I spent a relaxing 45 minutes basking in the sun here before resuming my walk. If I'm back in this part of town again I will definitely seek out Knockbox. It's a wonderful spot with friendly, professional, and efficient staff.
