Please do not advertise you accommodate gluten free without knowing what you are serving, even more frustrating when the customer politely asks if it’s safe for them to eat. I requested a gluten free salad, it was served with cous cous which I questioned, for the waitress to explain that’s something they were confused about however still continued to put it in front of me for me to eat! From then on no member of staff came to check on us further as I think they knew they were at fault. Appalling service I was left to eat something when I’d questioned it with no reassurance, also questionable if the pickled beetroot was gluten free (barley). Being coeliac isn’t a life choice it’s an autoimmune condition, do a little bit of research

Stopped in for a sandwich, freshly prepared while we sat and had a coffee. Lovely fresh bread and quality ingredients, I would definitely recommend them

We were going to have fish and chips, but saw kitty's now a new name, bought 2 Bagguettes, full of tasty ingredients, very busy and I was happy to wait, staff very friendly and helpful, apart from the fact we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, and we're glad we didn't have a chippy meal, definitely will return👍

Wonderful sandwich bar/cafe, beautifully prepared food and excellent service with a smile. Bacon brie and cranberry sandwich so thick I had to deconstruct to eat (and some say I have a big mouth!). Well done. Will be back

I popped in for a late lunch and was not disappointed. I ordered a fresh egg mayo sandwich, which came with a fresh side salad. I also added a piece of school cake. The lunch was lovely and it is clear the staff take pride in their work. I also observed a member of staff making a gluten free sandwich and taking lots of care to use fresh utensils and not cross contaminate the sandwich - very reassuring for anyone needing to take care to be gluten free. The staff were friendly and very polite. Thank you all at Kitty's, I shall be back.

Found this lovely little cafe whilst out visiting port merion, warm welcome from the staff. Good selection of drinks sandwiches, toasted or baguettes and homemade cakes. I had a bacon Brie and cranberry toasty and a vanilla latte which was both delicious. Lovely coffee thoroughly enjoyed it. ♥️♥️♥️

It obviously has new owners with the new owners not having changed all of the names. I had a baked potato which was a bit disappointing, but this was uplifted by a very decent amount of filling which was partly used to fill my wives' very small roll which went with her very solid but not huge tomato soup. Overall, it was more than adequate for the price but could have been better.

Great food, great staff, great prices. Kids will be kids with spills yet even at this busy time staff smiled through and kids were pampered and happy. Great to find business that has customer service and family at its heart

A lovely light lunch, sarnies made to order and really fresh. Tables not too close together and door left open to create air circulation.

Very little open on a sunny warm Monday in Porthmadog, but looking for Jennie’s we found Kitty’s in the same location. It has a nice selection of salads, sandwiches, coffees, and desserts… worth waiting in the line.

We stopped here for breakfast twice, having been disappointed by the service at another establishment. The breakfast rolls are tasty, especially the sausages, and both the tea and coffee were good. Fair prices and very friendly service. Outdoor seating where you can eat your food whilst enjoying the beautiful views of Llanberis and its surroundings. Also does delicious cakes, milkshakes and hot chocolate. Highly recommended.

I'm actually gutted to be writing this review as we thought we had found a good haunt when we first tried last week. 2 adults & 2 children all had a lovely lunch time meal the previous week so we rebooked for the 2 adults for an evening meal the following weekend. The starter was lovely for both of us but we both ordered fillet steak for our main and I don't know what meat it was but it certainly wasn't a beef steak. It didn't look like one, taste like one or even cut like one. I was genuinely gutted as it has put me off going back again because I feel like it's just rude to expect somebody not to notice and left feeling like we've been totally ripped off. You don't order a fillet steak if you don't know exactly what to expect on your plate so the audacity to think you can pull that off is unbelievable. I can't complain about the service, both times it has been spot on, lovely women but unfortunately we won't be returning after been served that.

On a recent visit to Barmouth we found this little Gem of a place that is open on Sundays. There was a special board out side and it was the Cheese and Onion pie that drew us in . Both my husband and me had this and it came with new potatoes and salad . It was delicious and very reasonably priced . We were naughty and were too tempted by the delicious homemade sweets and puds they had to offer . I had the jam and coconut cake and my husband opted for the apple pie. They were presented lovely with fruit and a pot of cream on the side. The staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be returning next time we are in Barmouth

Lovely little dog friendly cafe in the heart of the village. Warm welcome by the host and his friendly staff. Typical Welsh weather and unfortunately the biffolding doors were closed in July however will visit again when the sun is out Diolch
