Food was nice, but the curry was literally less than half way full on both curries!

Some of the food was missing they said they will deliver it tommrow I said that was no good and was told I can have my money back which I never received. The food came cold

Pasanda and korma were almost identical in taste and appearance. Sauce was just a runny soup. Parathas were burnt to a crisp and totally inedible. Worse food I have ever received from a take away.

very disappointed with the delivery of my food. it was over an hour late, and when the delivery guy came he just brushed it off with a laugh. Restaurant has given our next order for free so let’s see if they keep up their promise.

Really disappointed with the food being 20 mins late. We had to call the restaurant 2 times to find out where the food is. The operative on the food said the driver took the food a long time ago. On the second call the operative cut the line. The food was just about warm. Had it been hot then I would have really enjoyed the food. Really annoyed with the service.

I requested that the curry provided for the 2 biryanis be changed from vegetable to Dahl which is 2 Dahl's plus additional tarka dal. Instead I received 2 Dahl's I called the restaurant but they were very sly and did not want to rectify the issue.

Horrible food tasteless,no salt no spice despite putting on the notes to make it spicy completely ignored my request.£22 wasted even the daal was tasteless extremely disappointed had to throw it away.

Forgot 2x cans of coke, but delivered a 1.25L later on. Thanks very much!

Food is completely tasteless, biriyani nothing taste like biriyani. And the portion is really small compare to price and other take away restaurants. Not ordering second time.

Had to call the restaurant. Restaurant claimed they left 20min ago, but they are not far from our flat. So obviously this was not accurate.

Very bland food ,very disappointed again, paneer tikka came with no grilled peppers just bland grilled paneer. Not ordering again. Delivery was fast but thats about it.

Twice i have order and late on both occasions understandable if its 5-10 mins but 45 minutes is inexcusable especially when the drivers on a moped. Food spilt all over the bag and was bland this time

Bjahjis and samosas tasted days old and the curry wasn’t much more than tomato ketchup! Horrible!

Everything was good apart from the burnt king prawn butterfly.

Food - quality wise and quantity wise, were poor. Didn't like at all. Oil on the paneer curry were all over the container and the carry bag.. will not date to choose this restaurant again.

Although delivered really late, they were polite when I called to find out how long it would take to deliver my food. If they are delivering too many orders at once then they might want to think about getting another driver. My food surprisingly arrived quite hot. If your Asian and like borta youd know the aubergine borta shouldn't need tomatoes and wasnt cooked well enough.

Food delicious as always and delivery was way earlier than expected, which was great for a Saturday night.

Food was an hour late. Restaurant kept lying to us when we rang, saying “it’ll be 5 mins”, 15 mins later nothing had arrived. This happened twice. Food was ok. Nothing special.

Food delivered early and delivery driver had real issues delivering to hotel reception as I requested, he just left it there! Will be requesting full refund from just eat and never use these again! Be warned stay away, there good reviews must be put on by themselves!!!

The biryani was good but the poppadom was mainly broken and it seemed like I didnt receive the whole piece. It looked more like 2 thirds of a poppadom. Shame. I don't normally have issues as I always order the biryani from here and enjoy it very much.

Cold food, below average quality - won’t be hurrying back!

Delicious as always. The meat was nicely marinated, cooked to perfection. The sauce was a perfect combination of spicy, sweet and creamy and the rice spot on too.

Food was absolutely lovely! Arrived on time & was hot. My only issue was that we ordered 2 keema naan breads & only 1 was in the order which was a bit disappointing as we’ve paid for it but other than that couldn’t fault the food.

Food took 70 minutes to arrive. By the time it came I barely had an appetite for the food as I had been waiting so long for it...

Because it was late the food was cold on arrival. I had to reheat it.

As some people mentioned here, the delivery delayed one hour. I had to call the restaurant three times. The staff was not helpful. Every time I called them, they just said that the food should arrive in 10 mins, but the food never arrived. As they insisted that the food was on the way, I asked them to give me the driver’s number, but they refused it without giving reasonable explanation. Finally I called Just Eat as the restaurant seemed not willing to resolving the issue. The staff in Just Eat was great. After she contacted the restaurant according to my request, the food arrived very quickly. The food was just adequate. One-hour delay spoiled the food.

Absolutely disgusting service. Food took 2.5 hours to come and everytime I called they lied about timings how can you go from 5 mins to being 30 mins late?? and the food was bland and they gave me Lamb tikka instead of the Chicken tikka I ordered. Appalling food and service and waste of money.

Do not order from them. Their service is absolutely rubbish! They are unprofessional and rude. Poor standards of the service and the quality of food ! The food was cold! I do not think they should be an online food trade as they do not listen or understand the value of customers time.

Showed a delivery time of 35-50 mins at the time of ordering, but immediately jumped up to 75 mins after confirming. Food arrived late, even though I live 1 mile away, and was missing multiple items. Food itself was quite bland with little taste. Will be the first and last time ordering from here.

Food was late had to call up twice chasing my order waited over 1hr 30 for my food. Luckily good quality food made up for the poor service . If they can improve in customer communication by letting people know how long food is going to be it would have 5 star review

Food was alright but estimated delivery time was 9:10 and the food didn't arrive until approx 10pm. Driver was great, and it wasn't his fault, but when I rang the restaurant to ask how long it would be the man who answered the phone was dismissive of issue, unhelpful, and hung up on me.

We had a few people over so we ordered 6 curries but the portion sizes were ridiculous. 1 box of curry was so small (the box was less than a quarter filled) we had to call the restaurant as the my friend didn’t have enough to eat! The takeaway staff interrogated me and then, after a longs drawn out argument, rudely agreed to send a top up. When it finally arrived and we got round to eating, the food was oily, salty and overall very poor. Considering the sheer number of curry houses around this area there’s no reason to put up with this. Shame as we used to really rate this place and order from here a lot... will not be ordering here again.

The lamb was so tough and shewy. I have been a customer for months but my last 3 orders had bad tough lamb

Didn’t enjoy the food, saag paneer was soggy and bland, so was the raita and the pakora. It was nice that they added some complimentary condiments and a papadam.

Food was tasty, but don't know why Mint raita was sweet never had sweet mint raita. Otherwise food was tasty.

Very disappointed this time round. The food arrived on time. Not sure if they have a new chef but the Korma was transparent and very watery. Not appetising at all. In fact most of it went in the bin.

The pasanda was good but substantially thinner than anywhere else I’ve had it. The chili sauce tho was a little sweet, spicy and fantastic!!

This used to be our favourite takeout but the food quality has dropped drastically lately and the portion sizes have become tiny. We called to complain about the half empty portion sizes and had to deal with a rude and unapologetic member of staff. They eventually agreed to bring us a replacement but the customer service was poor and sadly I think we’ll be looking for a new regular Indian takeaway.

The delivery guy didn’t call me and left the food at the reception. The food was lying there and got spoilt. If he could not call me he should have taken the food back, why did he just leave it at a random place? The food was cold and the breads were hard.

I had the chicken biryani, which was okay. Not spectacular but edible. The chicken pieces were very dry. And the rice was stodgy as if reheated. The vegetable curry was far too watery. I did ask for it to not be too spicy, which was adhered to but the food was then too bland. They delivered on time and didn’t forget anything. Driver was nice and polite. I may give them a second try and order something else next time.

Lamb Biryani not as good as chicken.. kebab was dry and tasted old. But the Bombay potatoes were nice.

I am really disappointed today was going to make this our regular after first experience was brilliant. But today we had cold, rubbery plain naan and peshwari naan it wouldn’t even pull apart was horrible the curries were smaller portion than before and were ok. Not happy with today’s food!

Food was 2 hours late and cold. When asked for a refund driver was extremely rude and so was assistant on the phone sounding very demeaning because I am requesting partial refund when I should have requested full. In the end, no refund. Never ordering from here again!

The worst meal ever! quite cold, tiny portions, masala sauce was like water and tomato purée, all the popadoms were smashed in tiny pieces, awful

King prawn tikka curry was awful. Full of coconut and cream and too sweet. The colour was pink.?? Chicken Pathia tasted too sweet and meat biryani too oily. I had to throw away all food which costed around £35 so I’my happy. Naan breads were ok. Samosas were not fresh. Won’t be ordering ever again from here. Not very happy.

Ordered 2 mix platters. Was very disappointed as the madras wings were missing from both. Platter was not worth the money either. Was not happy at all.
