I liked this place but it seems to have been closed now for about two weeks. is it still in operation?

Closed this week and last week Away on holiday or permanent ?

The best coffee in Greenwich! Been coming here for years, double macchiato in the winter, iced latte in the summer, I couldn’t fault it. The staff are amazing and the cakes are homemade and always fresh. Also love the smoothies. Definitely worth a visit!

One of the best breakfasts, wide choice of excellent homemade desserts, delicious hot and cold drinks. The floral and relaxing environment is well-kept, clean and very welcoming. The staff is courteous and creates a family atmosphere with each customer. It is an ideal environment to take a good break and have a chat or even to stop and read alone.

Best vibes and best cake in Greenwich. Incredibly welcoming and friendly. Buy the Biscoff cake/loaf, you will not regret it <3

Great place for breakfast and brunches or a nice afternoon tea! Martina is lovely and really capable, she knows how to make you feel at home and make you feel special! Her cakes and croissants are soooooo tasty!

If you go anywhere in London, you need to come here. This vegan/vegetarian friendly cafe has the best cakes and pastry. The coffee and tea are all as superb as the staff is helpful and they will all go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy.

Such a cute welcoming local cafe! Good coffee and freshly baked pastries and cake. Many vegan and gf options too. Fast WiFi, and great atmosphere if you are looking for a change of scenery from home office and get productive!

Lovely cafe, with a great ambiance and lovely owners. I am had our son’s baptism at the cafe and have several meals there - we have never been disappointed. Thank you Kitchen Garden Coffee Shop - we will be back. ❤️

Best coffee in the area, lovely staff and a very beautiful place

I now have made the habit of grabbing my coffee and work for a while in this café whilst my doggies get their bath at the uptown dog. Good wi fi, great service, lovely coffee and pastries. Local gem !

What a gem! Definitely the best cafe I’ve come across in Greenwich and such a good location - near the park and museums. So many options for homemade Italian baked goods and the ones we had were so yummy! Beautiful interior as well :) Go support them!!

Absolutely wonderful cafe, friendly staff, a great visit. I was delayed by a train so only had half an hour to nip and grab a bite and a coffee and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a regular. They have managed to create a magical garden feel and vibe, it made it feel very special. I endeavour to return and stay for longer. Food options were excellent, tasty and a great price. Cannot recommend enough

Very friendly woman behind the counter, nice atmosphere, a hidden gem. Very tasteful mix up toast, the kids loved the nutella pancakes, my wife took the granola yoghurt with fresh red fruits. Tasty muffins, and flat white, cappucino, hot chocolate. Loved it!

This is the best cafe in Greenwich. You can expect Italian-style coffees, freshly baked cakes, and friendly service with a smile. There is a community feel about Kitchen Garden, my partner and I come here every weekend for a coffee and cake while we read our books and we love it :)

YES place for reading and working! nice environment with lovely floral design, no loud music and lovely people with great smile. i enjoyed my cappuccino, i think their oat milk is suuuper (in some places it can be a bit nasty)! i will come back for sure! ps: their covered garden is cute ( you can listen to the drop of the rain on the ceiling ) and it’s heated!!

Amazing food, drinks and staff are so helpful and lovely. They occasionally put on a evening buffet of beautiful meats, cheese and more for such a cheap price. If you’re lucky to go on one of those nights it’s amazing. They also made me the best birthday cake I’ve ever had in the UK (and I’ve tried a lot of places).

The coffee is great and the cakes, which are baked in-house, are a tasty homemade Italian delight. The staff are super friendly and know their trade. Highly recommended!

As an Italian and a coffee lover, I can guarantee this is far the best coffee shop I've ever found in London! The croissants religiously follow the Italian recepe and I'd give 10/10 to their cream filling;✨💞💯💫⭐🌟✨😋🤤

Stumbled upon this gem while on my way to Greenwich. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. I got the pain au chocolate and vegan bruschetta - both were delicious! Can’t recommend this place enough.

The best coffee shop in the Greenwich area. All the food is freshly made, so many amazing vegan options and the stuff is so friendly and lovely. It turned from a one time stay to a daily visit, sitting down and doing work on my laptop while having really great food and coffee. I recommend it to all my friends, when you find such a good spot in your neighbourhood it really is such a treat!

Lovely caffe, great brunch menu. We passed by many times, but it was in fact our first time there. The options are very healthy m. Nice smoothies. Their italian desserts look great, but we haven’t tried as we were there for brunch. Love the nutella pancake. Their are dog friendly and there were so nice bounce chairs in the garden.

Coffee was average Service was really good with very warm, friendly people, and a beautiful garden to sit in out back - very cutesy. Delicious pain au chocolat, £5.50 for both which was very reasonable

Lovely place, both inside and garden at the back. Great canoli, pancakes, muffins and toasts, as well as coffe and tea. All very well looked after place by an Italian, very nice and professional waiter. We enjoyed a lot the place and our breakfast, and will come back for sure when come back to this area.

Official claim - I’ve never tasted croissants better than they bake in Kitchen Garden! Just popped in the morning on my way to beauty salon, and was amazed when I tried it Highly recommend (I had the one with cream, as almond were gone at 10 am which actually means a lot!)

The pastries are everyday freshly made and delicious! The pistachio soufle in particular is divine! The cakes are superlative! Excellent coffee. Highly recommended! I have also ordered cakes for my daughter's b-day (one good for kid and one normal) and they were spectacular. The taste was absolutely delicious and they were colourful and beautiful! I cannot recommend enough this place!

Popped in for breakfast. Coffee was lovely and service nice too. Food was ok. Scambled eggs weren’t great - felt like they’d been microwaved - and the toast rather hard. Wasn’t bad and nice to try somewhere new but our favourite local breakfast is still the Trafalgar cafe. The cakes looked nice and the cannoli was tasty.

Always friendly staff, smoothies are on point and their cakes are up there with the best you can find in South London. The team at Kitchen Garden also made us cupcakes for our Wedding Reception and we couldn’t have been happier with the results - they absolutely did us proud.

P.s. plus the selection of perfectly sized incredibly delicious desserts is outstanding! P.p.s. And seeing the owner coming and still keeping this cafe exquisite and better everyday to the very last pregnancy month and now with her amazing child - makes this place truly family friendly. Heartily recommend!
