This restaurant is a little gem 💛 The food was absolutely beautiful! We had the chicken thigh for starters and we both have said since that we can’t stop thinking about it as it was SO good. I had the Ragu which was simply stunning and my partner had the Nduja, he was full of praise for it. Great service, and all round brilliant night! We will absolutely be back - we often travel to get a decent Italian meal, I can’t tell you how chuffed we are that we finally have one in our hometown.

We have dined at Kitchen Danilo many times since opening last year. We were excited about visiting with the change of menu and direction, especially as the homemade pasta was always so good. The new menu was good with an excellent variety of dishes although we are looking forward to a new dessert menu to go with the other dishes. Onto the food…… My wife had the shin of beef ragu which she said had such a depth of flavour with the homemade pasta to be simply irresistible and she may find it hard to have anything else from the menu! I had the fusilli ndjua and it was a delight, it was refreshing and light but incredibly filling. The ndjua also was not overly spicy like it can be and was delicious. It was lovely to see the restaurant so busy for midweek and hope it continues to be so. One of the best restaurants in Somerset.

We booked Kitchen Danilo over e week ago after reviewing the menu for my husband's birthday treat.. We were looking forward to the Antipasto sharing starter starter, and I was going to plump for the cod loin or even the Pork tenderloin wrapped in prosciutto and husband maybe the beef cheek or a treat with the fillet steak. So, imagine our disappointment to find the menu had changed that day. No sharing starter, no meat, no fish just pasta dishes , and most of those were vegetarian. My husband went for the crab spaghetti , that hadn't a great deal of crab, and I had the Pancetta tagliatelle, which was so salty I couldn't eat it and the pasta itself was very dry, I sent it back. A lady on the next table had the same and sent hers back. The garlic bread we ordered was rock hard and inedible. We did complain, Chef didn't even come to our table but stood at the bar while listening to our complaints and quiet frankly didn't seem to give a damn. As this was my husbands birthday treat I was extremely upset at such a disappointing meal. We didn't pay for my pancetta pasta nor the garlic bread. Had we known of the change of menu we would have definitely cancelled. If we want pasta we'll go to Prezzo

Such a change from your usual chain of restaurants. We throughly enjoyed this visit & will be back to visit again soon. We also visited their sister bar Danilo lounge down the road for a romantic drink too, wow loved to eclectic decor & cozy atmosphere there too, you made our evening a truly memorable experience.

I came here with my friend in April, I had been meaning to try it ever since it opened. What a beautiful well constructed menu, I absolutely loved the Somerset-Italian twist. To start we had olives and bread with oils. All courses were cooked to absolute perfection. The scallops were so tasty and fresh, my favourite dish of the evening. All courses were cooked and presented beautifully. Delicious flavour combinations without being too heavy or over powering. I had the scallops to start which were amazing, the crab linguine was delicious too with sublime fresh fish and to end I had tiramisu which was the perfect way to end the evening. I will definitely be returning soon! Thank you for the staff for being so professional and attentive. 😊

We arrived on a rainy Monday night after a wet and weary walk from Weston. We were given a warm welcome and the pizzas were absolutely awesome. We'd definitely be regulars if we lived locally.

The place is amazing. I love the food. Pizzas are the best. Staff is very friendly and approachable. I love the retro vibe. Old classic Italian music goes well with the food. Having a great time! Thank you :)

Prezzo Bridgwater really let themselves down tonight, and they know it. I've been a very good customer. I've been rooting for the place to succeed while other Prezzos have been failing. I take my family there often - and have done for many years. I always leave a generous tip. Last time I was there (this year), I was given a Prezzo scratchcard. It was a winner, and it offered 40% off the whole bill for up to 12 people. I was impressed and asked the waitress, who had served me many times before, how long it was valid for. My family all remember her saying "It has no expiry." As the card itself shows no expiry, I believed this. This evening however, I presented it and it was rejected. It wasn't a large bill. 4 of us - 2 of them children, no alcohol. I had to be extremely firm about how unethical they were being, and the manager's attitude was really unnecessarily obnoxious. It was so odd. I would have left a great tip. The waitress was lovely, and so attentive. There was another waitress on her first day - she was great. It had been a lovely evening, and I feel really disappointed that I wasn't able to leave them a tip, at Christmas, for their excellent service. The manager made me feel like trash - for what? That last time I was there, the bill was about £350 as there were 8 of us, and I must have been 20 X in the last 10 years or so. It's one of the best restaurants, in the best building, in Bridgwater. I'll never go in there again. Moronic.
