The dirty burger and chips were tasteless ... I threw the chips into the bin...

I just had an absolutely divine veggie pizza (toppings wow so gourmet) and my boyfriend had a stunning full of flavour pepperoni pizza. Your pizzas simply taste like no other in the whole of County Durham. Thank you so much, highly recommend. Always a 5 star treat! 🌟

Put an order through just eat. Got a phone call to say delivery was wrong and the guy had picked up the order from shop and it wasn’t ours, ours was still there. To refuse it and phone shop. When I phoned shop, was fobbed off and said they didn’t phone customers and was totally unhelpful. Delivery guy came and we checked order and. Wasn’t ours so refused it. He went and came back 29 mins later with our order which was freezing cold and had to be chucked out. When shop phoned back, no emphathy, lied and didn’t want to know. Will not be getting another £45 off me!!!!

OMG!!!!! Absolutely delicious food. Crispy chicken was very crispy but still juicy. Wings spicy but tasty. Teriyaki bao bun was amazing. Chips were fantastic. Hoisin duck pizza was lovely. Whole meal was fantastic! 100% recommend!!!

5* BUT they don’t do mix and match or allowing you to swap items around in meal deals. Plus you don’t get anything free for spending over a certain amount. Food is fantastic and delivery time is superb!

It’s a struggle to find consistency with take aways in my opinion but these are an exception absolutely unbelievable food from here would 100% recommend

Absolutely amazing pizza after a night out. Lots of sauce, toppings went brilliantly and a thin crispy base. Extremely decent for this price. Can’t fault it

First time I tried last Friday and wasn't disappointed. Had pizza and jalapeno bites. However cheese a little cold inside, but very hard to get right because if overcooked the cheese Poor's out. Assistant very friendly and helpful I would go back again.

Ordered several times on Deliveroo. Pizzas were great but curry dishes were disappointing, with hardly any curry in katsu chicken. Spicy wings used to be good but have been bland since June.

Kitchen38 has been my guilty pleasure for takeaway food far more often than I’d like to admit. I cannot ever fault their high quality food which I must add is consistently better quality than all chain fast food places. I ordered there just last week and got a chicken combo box on the meal deal as well as a 14” pizza with ham, pineapple and mushrooms as well as added jalapeños. You can tell the chefs here have been in the industry for a long time and have finessed their recipes as the fried chicken is always done nice and spicy and the pizza base perfectly crispy - unlike most takeaways across the North East. I can’t ever say I’ve had a bad experience here; you truly are getting restaurant quality for an affordable price and friendly prompt service whether collection or delivery. If you haven’t tried it then do yourself a favour and get down ASAP!

Amaazing food. The food can’t get better and the prices are fair for the portion size. Always a great spot to get great food and the duck hoisin pizza is to die for.

At the risk of offending of the owners of this take away I must say it was one of the worst I’ve ever had. I ordered a haloumi wrap that I had two bites of and had to throw away. I was so disappointed because it was really stodgy, loaded with cheap mayonnaise and hardly cooked haloumi with a sprinkling of iceberg lettuce and that was it, just a beige, sickly wrap. In addition to this the place left a lingering smell of cooking fat on my clothes after sitting waiting for my order for 10 minutes. The chips were the tastiest part, if a bit salty. Felt compelled to write a review after such a disappointing experience.
