Best dupiaza I have had for a long long time

I like the milksahkes and have had good ones but the last 4 have been awfull, i wanted biscoff with extra sauce and choc sauce and got neither, its my money n i can order what i like, the extras werent there but you charged for it, sorely dissapointed and wont be back, very poor customer serive, waited 45min, had to go home as i was frozen then bo got sent for the rubbish icecream 15 min after id orderd, bo brought them to me as i was frozen, POOR POOR SERVICE. EXTRAS WOT EXTRAS

order wrong, food freezing! rang to explain order was wrong, they were quick to say they would send out missing food but 40 minutes later we are still waiting, won't be ordering again.

Always great food and on time, however my last order I ordered 2 cans of juice and the delivery driver gave me a 1ltr bottle of vodka and I only realised when I opened the bag inside and when I went back out the driver was gone. Unfortunately for us we don’t drink

Absolutely shocking service ordered thru foodhub and waited 1 hour 20 mins before I contacted foodhub to be told the driver would definitely be 5/10 mins with our food then contacted them again after 20 mins to be told the shop was busy and short staff but the app given information saying driver was on way all lies spent over another 1 hour talking to foodhub who cancelled my order but I called the shop then after 2 and a half hours to be told food still haven't left the shop got a full refund which need to wait 3/5 days on my money back Absolutely shocking service from both foodhub and kismet

Ordered a curry when it came I had to scoop 5 table spoonfuls of grease off the top of it and that was only some of it, the whole dish was a tasteless tub of grease, the person that made it couldn’t have not noticed when they put the lid on it, £20 down the drain and a customer lost, avoid!!!

Delivered our food to the wrong address even when the right postcode is stated. Waited over an hour for our food too for someone else to receive it

The delivery driver did not have change and seid he woud return with it and did not come back

I raved about this place when it first opened, their food was amazing. I don't know if they changed the chef, but the last 4 or 5 times we have had food from there, it has got worse and worse. Today, the nan was dry and hard, as was the chicken in my korma, and the rice had no seasoning or flavour. My hubby's Doner meat in his kebab was dry, and the nan it was served in was dry and burnt. It's such a shame that when a place gets popular, the standards slip. I won't be getting anything from them again

Order is missing. Never turned up and they aren't answering phone

We placed an order under 24 hours ago and after US contacting them, they explained today after multiple phone calls with the owner and other staff promising the food will arrive including us waiting up until the early hours of the morning. We then had contacting them when they open and have multiple conversations, false promises of call back and still NO DELIVERY OR PROMISE OF COMPENSATION OR MONEY BACK!!!!

Definitely will be ordering from here again. food was delivered on time. all the food was hot and tasted fresh. couldn't fault anything. Thanks again. Pity you don't do them stamp cards for loyal customers.

Ordered a meal, a simple munchie box , came missing mushroom pakora salad and the most meager couple of bits of chicken. Phoned and the girl was apologetic about it and said she'd get a delivery of chicken panoramic to me to make up . Never happened, phoned back too see what was going on, one of the rudest workers on the phone tried to deny everything that was missing and hung up on me. Phoned straight back to speak to the owner and he was just as bad. Greasy chips, and donner meat for 13 quid. Take note , do not get anything delivered from here , you will be poorly ripped off.

order took a very long time then arrived missing the spiced onions. the chicken within the curry was not good quality. quite disappointed.

Couldn't book delivery using card Had to go through digital banking. Didn't work either as I had to have payment 'approved' . They said they would deliver and I could pay by card when pizza arrived. I rang after 50 minutes. Said it would be another 20 minutes. I told them to forget it. Oven chips instead! 🙁

Food good as always, service good but come on guys, lifting chips into fryer with bare hands? Cheese over pizza with bare hands? Wheres the gloves? Environmental health would have a field day!

Well 2 and a half hours and still waiting for the rest of my order. Keep telling me it's on it way, can't even tell the truth. Used to go here all the time won't be back. Food was below average.

Ordered at 5.40pm called about 6 times finally came at 8.30pm and chilli sauce was missing. Very bad service this time. But food was not bad.

Nan bread was so hard and burnt you could have snapped it. Meat was very dry and hard to even cut with a steak knife. Salad was put in a plastic bag and no side sauce so glad I bought a curry sauce too. Very poor. Curry sauce was tasty but that’s all!!

Ordered as a surprise for my mum tonight .the korma came minus the cheese . Phoned up manager apologised as it was a new chef . Made a fresh one and delivered it himself quickly . Delicious as always . Highly recommend

Tikka masala was not tasting anything like it unfortunately....way too sweet like a korma. Pakora was ok though.

First time, and last. Poor quality food, very cheap. No masks worn inside, customers allowed in during lockdown despite the law requiring fast food be given at doorway or through a hatch. Do not recommend.

Chicken pakora was raw.poison in a box will never use again. Disgusting.just eat informed with photos.Had to put one star but rating is no stars.

Ordered pizza at 11 pm. One hour later called and was told that it was on it's way and would be 5 minutes. Called another twice as was hungry. Eventually arrived 12.30 am. It was cold so went back with the driver and ended up both hungry and angry.

This shop was a firm favourite of mine until tonight, the food was cold,it was late and I suspect the shop has new owners or at least a new chef,because the food was just not the same,so I will be ordering elsewhere from now on

Half an hour later. Than Said. Tasty.but not very hot..keep out spicy onions in Rogan Josh spoiled it a bit.
