Avoid! Don’t waste your money. Kiras Place used to be my favourite takeaway when Golam owned it, I don’t eat takeaway much now so haven’t ordered from here for a long time, it has gone completely downhill and I will not be returning again. Prices are ridiculous for the food you receive. Dissatisfied and disappointed - £5 for cheesy chips and garlic! Chips are clearly cheap frozen chips & the garlic sauce has more mint than garlic, served in a polystyrene box with a tiny bit of cheese sprinkled on, not baked in the foil tubs like they used to be. I only came here as Pizzamatic was closed, £3.50 for the same food but tastes 100% better & you get a bigger portion.

Worst place ever horrible customer service the women in there is ruin there food is out of date taste vile the only thing that could eat was the chips and they was stale. Called up and the women gave abuse on the phone then hung up waisted £32

Staying at a caravan park near by and chose here for good was fast and brilliant food couldn't go wrong would recommend to anyone

Absolutely disgusting service, woman claimed to be manager then apparent owner took over call called me a liar and said server didn’t claim to be manager, ordered of company weekly… customer lost, only complaint was delivery guy who apologised on behalf of company thant order came 1hr 45 min later

Pizzas are beyond delicious. Every time I eat one I feel this is the best pizza I've ever eaten ... and I'm an old man now - I've eaten thousands of pizzas. Best out of thousands

Food was OK. Delivery was OK. When receiving our order we realised we were 3 portions of chips missing. Rang to ask about it and was spoken to very rudely and hung up on at one point. Customer service training necessary! Was shouted at, told 'I haven't got time for this as I have another 5 deliveries to sort out!'. Very aggressive person, clearly not suitable for customer service position. Still haven't received my missing items, however have paid for them!!!!

I cant Express how nice my food was tonight I went for a Margarita pizza donner pizza and the steak beef kebab and it was stunning everything was beautiful the steak was superb I wasn't expecting that from a take away but absolutely lovely delivery fast even in the snow polite.driver lovely experience

Use to love the parmos from here but the last twice i have orderd both times it has gone in bin. One time beacuse the chicken was still.pink and the second time the chicken was off and sour Will not be ordering again

I ordered chillie and garlic along side my kebab meat and its was loaded with garlic amd no chilli and its ruined my meal completely

Having been spoken to very rudely by someone in the takeaway and them putting the phone down on me, I will never use this place again. All I rang for was to enquire where my food was as it was late. When I did get my food it was cold.

can't pay cash on delivery anymore. would stop me ordering as mainly is cash I have on me. was very disappointed last night

Didn't even get food !!!!! Was told 45mins for delivery after waiting 2.20 hrs order was cancelled . Will never use Kira's again

Pizzas were undercooked, Chicken was fatty, And delivery took around 1 hour and 35 mins. And the order was wrong when it come missing items / wrong toppings on the pizza.

This is a great local takeaway, started ordering from here when my sister in law told me how nice it was. This is the best place for a parmo in the East Durham area.

Used to love this place but no longer get my business, order placed for delivery 70mins later went to pick it up , not even started it . + asked for plain mayo got garlic mayo.

Was in crimden dene caravan park last night and felt hungry,asked the man on site if he knew any takeaways near,and he suggested Kiras place,we had a drive up at about 7 ish,place was busy which is a good sign,ordered a kebab and a pitza with chips. Which came to just under £10,which was great value!! We went back to caravan to eat our meal which was absolutely brill,my kebab came with loads of meat and the salad was brill,loads of proper tomatoes and salad ,the pitza was also excellent! Will Defoe be back again!!

Pizza was disgusting, could taste the old oil from the meat, old and new chicken mixed together, and it was burnt. Kebab, burgers and parmesans are nice.
