Our server, Will T was brilliant. He looked after us and answered all our questions. The food was great and mocha latte was excellent.

Been here twice now and service has always been prompt, efficient, friendly and accommodating. Food is great and dogs are loved.

Best place in Crosby by miles! Our favourite place for breakfast - the eggs benedict and the big benny are my favourite breakfasts in the city 🙌🏼. The roast dinners are 10/10 with plenty of gravy. The closest you’ll get to homemade quality, best roast around! Emma always has a warm welcome for you and it’s very dog and family friendly - makes for the most chilled out and comfortable experience! Also the hash browns are the best on earth. We love Kinsley’s ❤️

Fantastic. Came mother's day2025. Had the best meal. Real proper food.Sunday roast. Staff fantastic. Travelled from Warrington to meet family. My first time there definitely not the last. Thank you all at Kinsley's.

I went to Kinsley's today with my husband. We had 2 'half full' breakfasts, coffee and tea. The 'half full' breakfast (small breakfast) was certainly big enough, with one of everything you'd expect on an English breakfast plate. It was delicious, with quality ingredients and perfectly cooked. Service was excellent, coffee was gorgeous.

Great cafe with great vibes! Try their burger, worth every penny! Fantastic to bring in your dogs. I will come back for coffee with my family.

What has happened? This was one of our favourite places we have been for years but the service today was a joke. We arrived with our 20 month old for some breakfast. We ordered some for us and something for the baby. Food arriving I got mine the wife got hers the baby..... nothing. The server didn't even notice she had dropped off only 2 meals. We thought oh it must be coming let's give it a min. We asked one server who said she would check, never came back. We asked another she checked, oh it wasn't put through. We have put it through now but taken it off your bill, it will just be a few minutes. We proceeded to start our meals thinking it wouldn't be long. We finished, still nothing. At this point the baby was especially hungry and began to cry and fuss as she had not eaten. I went up and asked how long it would be, they said oh it's the next one going through. I said What? You made a mistake and decided to make everyone else's food in the venue and leave a child till last. Their response, well everyone ordered at the same time. I said it's a child, I would be in the kitchen saying this one first we've made a mistake its for a baby. If mine had been forgotten or my wife's I wouldn't have cared but to leave a child without food is beyond ridiculous. We got up and left and told them not to bother. As someone from the kitchen got my attention and said I'm doing it now. I told him not to bother. We honestly loved this place and the owner has always been there and shows such care towards us and our child. Today was shocking. I suppose I should have known something was wrong when they were also taking something off the bill of the table next to us. As we left I offered to pay and they said don't worry. We have been training new people, she told us. I understand that but it doesn't take 5 people to think let's not leave a baby's food till last. We then had a car ride of screaming on a Saturday morning. We will be taking a long break from Kinsley's. Ridiculous

Booked a table for 11.00am. Gave our order to the waitress. Drinks arrived……. And nothing else! At 11.45 we noticed tables who arrived after us had their food. Queried where our order was…. Apparently the kitchen never received it. Still got charged for our drinks despite very poor service!!

Even though there was lots of road works going on when we visited (Friday 2nd August) we found the diner no problem. Friendly service, good food and a spacious dining room. Thank you.

July 23rd 2024. Just been to Kinsleys in Crosby today after reading the excellent reviews on the food, staff and being dog friendly. I must admit, it didn’t disappoint. The food was superb. I had the tuna and jalapeño on flat bread and my wife had the feta on whole meal bread. Absolutely gorgeous. The coffee was lovely too. Very clean and we would definitely go back. We live in West Kirby and it’s well worth the journey. Nice walk a long the front, then a lovely lunch out at Kinsleys in Crosby. Perfect.

We’ve become repeat visitors here as the food never disappoints. Very tasty and nicely presented. Gets a little busy so worth booking where you can! Very responsibly priced and the staff are lovely.

Went to Kinsleys again for food with my friends today and yet again, it did not disappoint! Absolutely fantastic food, so tasty and filling. The staff are impeccable, so friendly and professional but also personable. Would highly recommend Kinsleys all day long. Love it there!!

We couldn't have been more disorganised if we tried - a group of 11 adults and 5 children. Ages ranged from just 1 year through to 77 years. Emma couldn't have been more welcoming. She attended to every whim and taste and thirst. Her staff are exceptionally helpful. We were not the only people there and everyone received the same cheerful attention. The food was delicious and ranged from egg bacon and toast, through to burger and chips, right up to full roast. Everyone really enjoyed their food with clear plates for kiddies too. We will definitely be returning.

Celebrating my son’s 34th birthday 🥳…there’s a lovely family feel to the place…dogs welcome…menu plenty of choices…I couldn’t fault my full English…if any criticism probably to much…toast was perfect…and the coffee was a nice Crosby Coffee blend…would highly recommend…👍

Saw the women's world cup final here whilst having brekkie, cheeky cocktail too. Fab atmosphere with Emma ( owner) being the star of the show...

Very tasty coffee served by a very tasty man!

They have there favourite customers that they seat first even though we where standing waiting to be seated first and they hadn't reserved a table. Senior member of staff was very rude.

First time visit today for lunch. Absolutely ace menu with super friendly staff. Great atmosphere & very busy. Can’t wait to come back!

People that work there are so nice and helpful they make you feel at home they always have time for a word and remember you from pervious visits. Food is well cooked and served beautifully 😍

I have been to this place several times and it never misses! Food is always delicious (Welsh rarebit is my fave), service is always really friendly and they always fuss over the dog :) really good price as well!

Nice place for Breakfast, food is good and Service is efficient (even when busy), price is reasonable 👍 They also have funky old Chairs like you'd see in School in the 1970's 🙂

The ambience was good, the owner was lovely, the service was good. The chunky chips were the best I have ever tasted. My only very slight grumble was with the triple chicken and bacon toastie. I like crispy bacon and crispy chicken but some was fine but others too hard.

I’ve been coming for the past year nearly every week for breakfast/brunch and never been disappointed. Amazing food and Absolutely amazing staff ❤️ Very welcoming and warm atmosphere, dog friendly (Rudo was happy with his sausages). Support local businesses as you can! And if you’re in the area definitely worth a visit

Favourite place in crosby. Friendly and welcoming, especially with children. The food is great, especially their new evening menu. Fab new quiz nights too.

My wife and I visited Kinsley’s on a Week day morning. The staff were friendly and the environment was comfortable. The food was brilliant, one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend.

Dog friendly, Family friendly, just generally friendly. Great atmosphere, and good food. They’ve always been accommodating to dietary requirements. Great value for money plus they’re open before 9am until 8pm most days.

Great food but it is never open at 0830 as stated. Went 3 times in the same week to be turned away because they "weren't quite ready to open". Rocksalt is more reliable if you're on a schedule.. Really nice food when they are open though. 👍

Did a trial shift here about 2 years ago and was never paid, not even a meal offered after 5hours. A belittling owner and substandard health/hygeine ettiquete. Best of luck to anyone eating here.

We had 5 different brunches, all delicious well made and nicely presented. Lovely staff, appear to love what they do. One star less than I would give as two of our party found the furniture uncomfortable :(

This is one of my mums favorite places to go. She goes with her friend all the time. If u can get a seat its definitely worth it, would recommend booking tho as it can be quite busy.

Excellent breakfast, good portions and well presented. Menu choice was varied and plentiful... I liked the fact that my tea came in a proper teapot and with china cups... Nice touch.. The staff are lovely... If you have a dog they make the dog welcome as well... Treats and biscuits... I noticed lots of families there as well... So this place has a welcome for everyone... As a visitor to Crosby I look forward to my next visit and having breakfast here again..

This is a fantastic little cafe that does the best breakfasts and brunchs in the area, hands down.

Visited with friends for the wolfcub taco night and it was brilliant. A great atmosphere and we were made to feel extremely welcome! We will definitely be back to try their regular menu
