Absolute Pi** take. This is why some Caribbean shops get bad credit. Firstly we spent over £50 on Deliveroo. What we received was total disrespect! Pure bones for curry goat, ordered a large with rice which was a tiny portion, my portion on its own was just bones- wtf! Mac and cheese portion tiny - not fit for two people. Fish soup- bad! And 4 pieces of plantain for £3... disappointing!

i order cuoat and rice and it was the most natyness curry goat i ever ate it was nasty disgustibg and i nearly vomit this shop should be close down there have no idea how to cook carribean for very nasty dirty stinking food im so upset and it was a waste of money

It was the worst curry goat ever! The meat was terrible, dry and tasted like off! Felt sick straight away.

The food isnt what it suppose to be. Order stew chicken and it came like fried chicken with a funny bit of gravy on it and chicken was so hard it wasnt edible. I asked for fried dumpling and they gave me festival which was hard and not soft. Rice was bitter and burnt. Wake up ill next morning. Wouldnt order again.

I was shocked and horrified when I received my order. The food was burnt throughout, and the meat was not goat as I had ordered. One person had to throw up in the bin. Please see the attached images.

My local Caribbean spot but I'd travel further for something nicer so only been a handful on times if even that. Prices are fair, wouldnt recommend eating in.

I ordered a large meal,it was barely 2 mouth fulls of Ackee and salt fish.Im very disappointed,.They tried to charge me again even though I’d paid online.The food was barely warm,even though I live 5 minutes away.

Awful, they always arrive late, their food arrives cold and oily constistently and they have horrific attitude, judge you and have Zero respect, avoid for sure.

Could do with bigger portions especially as you mainly get bones in the curry goat.

Placed my order at 12:45, it arrived at 14:40 Our lunch break is finished and we were unable to have a proper lunch break at this point. The person we were speaking to was rude over the phone and couldn’t tell us where our food was and how long we’d be waiting. He couldn’t provide us with the delivery drivers number and i would like a refund. All in all my order took nearly 3 hours to come. I am livid

Firstly my food arrived over 20minutes late, not only that but the lady i spoke to on the phone was very rude. When my food finally arrived it was cold and tasted absolutely awful, it was the worst £6 I have ever spent in my life. The curry goat was dryyyyyyyy and almost tasted like fish.

After seeing all the latest reviews i was sceptical to order from here but i took the risk & i have nothing to complain about. Came on time, was hot & very tasty. I got fried chicken, steaw chicken, oxtail & coleslaw it was Yummmmyyy!! Will definatly be ordering again!!

Delivery took 3 and half hours Delivery man gave away my order to the wrong house The food wasn't worth the wait..I could have made the food myself in the time it took to come. Very disappointed

Order my food at 13.11 for a 13.55 delivery, at 14.19 still no sign of my food so I called in, was told my food was on the way now. At 15.04 just eat were told the driver would be 5-10 minutes, no offer of compensation for my wait and the food by the time the food turned up at 15.24 and the only upside was they reimbursed me £10

It come 45 min late and cold. As anything could not even eat the food. I expect a full refund and will not be ordering again

The stew chicken wasn't nice at all , the chicken was over cooked and dry! But the lady that called to advise that they had run out of curry goat was extremely nice and helpful .. shame the food wasn't the same :(

Though the food was lovely, our order was over 80 mins late and we had very little compassion from the person on the phone at the restaurant (who was serving people at the time during our phonecall) and the delivery man made no attempt to be apologetic.

It gave me a horrible stomach ache.

Delivery need to be more faster

The restaurant delayed the delivery time by 35mins and were still 15mins late however the manager seemed genuinely helpful on the phone and did try to help as best he could which is always nice. The mac and cheese was a bit bland and cold... disappointed in that - but the jerk chicken was perfect as usual! Will continue to order again and again from this takeaway as the jerk is worth the delay!

The large portion was more like small and the fried dumpling was too small apart from that, the chicken wings are really tasty and the mac and cheese is full of flavour

Ordered food at 4.55 the food came at 5.55 when it said it would come by 5.35,Terrible ! Plus when the food finally turned up it was cold and the rice was A bit burnt and the curried goat there was nothing of it more rice than any meat and I payed £7 quid. Couldn't believe I paid £7 for couple spoonfuls of curry goat! It didn't advertise that the goat came with rice (although it did) so I ordered rice separately (one size only at £3) and that was a tiny portion too! The food was 40 mins late with no call or anything and the goat didn't taste/look like goat meat....

This time around the food was not great.

Doesn't tell you that all mains come with rice so I ended up ordering too much extra rice, which was a waste of money. Curry goat was hardly any meat and mainly fatty. Plantain was extremely soggy. Everything was poorly packaged and the fried chicken was not dry; it came in a sauce which it also failed to tell you. The other food was delicious such as the saltfish fritter (although it says saltfish fritterS but you only get one) and the fried dumpling.

Food was really dry and burnt. So so dissapointed as i have tried jerk hut in leyton which is always good. Will not order from there again.

The seasoning is on point. Not too worried about the length of time for delivery as long as they do, the meals are well worth waiting for

Usually they're on point, but I got the last hardest rice, no gravy as requested. Jerk Lamb was over salty and my drink was mixed up... still better than nothing i guess.

This is a great restaurant offering authenic Jamaican Jerk. I visited once before ordering on just eat - top class! This time I ordered the jerk chicken and rice and peas. Even though the delivery was a little late, the portions was great, and the chicken was well seasoned. These guys really take pride in their restaurant and providing a good service. I will continue to order and recommend them highly.

Food was beautiful! Only downfall is the delivery time but i have to admit it was worth the extra wait. The oxtail was soft and juicy just how i like it!

Normally Jerk Hut’s food is amazing. However, unfortunately, on this occasion I had to cancel my order. I had placed my order shortly after 1pm, and the estimated delivery time was 2:10pm. At 2:30pm I still had not received my order and so I decided to call up the store. To be honest, I lost count of how many times I called and spoke to 1 of the staff members at this branch, but on many occasions I was told that the driver was near by. Anyways, after waiting for another hour, I called to cancel. Very disappointing as I hadn’t ate all day and was looking forward to some good Caribbean food. The driver clearly had not been informed that I’d cancelled my order, as he just called me to inform me that he was outside. I let him know that I had cancelled and wasn’t interested in collecting the food (it probably would have been cold by now anyways). This is an incredible shame as I’ve previously enjoyed the food here, however, I will not be placing orders here again. I’ve now decided to order somewhere else that offers reliable delivery services.

First time customer. Jerk chicken was tasty and festival was nice, although I found the festival to be pricey for just one. The red peas soup was a joke, worst I have tasted, it was like drinking colored coconut milk, just awful!! The mac and cheese was too salty, had to throw away, I dont know if this was an isolated incident as other reviewers have raved about their mac and cheese. If I was to order from them again it would be jerk only, I guess the name of the restaurant speaks volume.

Food was great but they have to work their delivery service...waited more than half an hour after the estimated delivery time before I got my food.

I ordered a Jerk Chicken with rice and peas. The rice was so tasty it could be eaten alone with a salad. The Jerk Chicken was so deliciously seasoned I thought my Mum had made it. Delicious. Lovely will order again and again for sure.

everything was perfect. they made a mistake with oxtail soup instead of oxtail but changed that right away with no hassle. definitely will be ordering again with them !
