Café local to us. We've been a few times now. It's table Service and the staff are brilliant. On our second visit, I was amazed that the waitress remembered our previous visit, which was probably a week earlier, and also our order. We will definitely be going again.

Found via Google. I had eggs Benedict, hubby the substantial kings breakfast. Both used good quality ingredients. Service and staff great Would visit again.

Breakfast was delicious and service was quick. The Staff are friendly, and the menu is reasonably priced.

It’s a gem of a place. All the breakfast ingredients are the best and almost OCD in presentation. Service is friendly and efficient. I loved it.

I went with a blind friend and we rang to reserve a table downstairs. There are not many tables on the ground floor but there is upstairs seating. The toilets are upstairs. Outdoor seating is also available. Food is delicious and hot. The staff are friendly and happy and nothing is too much trouble. Cakes are delicious and served with cream if wanted. The atmosphere is lovely and we have been there a number of times. Costs have risen with inflation and are average for the town.

No where can beat the amazing food in this friendly little place! Will definitely be going back!

I've visited Kings Walk Cafe a few times now when coming to Grantham and I can say the service has been excellent from the moment you step through the door. I've always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The selection of food and drinks on offer is vast and varied but never lacking in quality, I'd highly recommend stopping off here whether it be for a quick coffee or a meal you will not be disappointed.

Started going to this cafe for the King's English brekkie. V nice food, service is on point. Seems a well run establishment and all staff are friendly

If this place goes out of business my life is over. Staff are lovely, the food is awesome and the prices are fair.

Remarkably poor experience - firstly they forgot to take my order, when I asked someone they said I’d have to place my order with someone else?! Then they forgot to bring my food. When I chased the food at the till I was told “I thought you had already eaten it”. When it arrived there was only 2 of the 3 tiny pancakes advertised. I queried this and was told “I thought you wanted a small one as it’s for a child” which I found strange as I had already paid £6.95 which is the cost of the adults size? The food was okay, nothing special that you couldn’t get in any other cafe with much better service.

Friendly staff, great food and coffee

Food was of excellent quality and the cafe itself is nice and tucked away in a court. My only complaint is that it was cold in the cafe I cannot fault the food or the staff . I will return when I do my food blog maybe in the summer . As promised I return to the Kings walk cafe ....I have increased my rating to 5* I'd recommend the scrambled eggs on white toast ...and also the full breakfast....if your in Grantham give it a go you won't disappointed.

The layout is very nice. Dining out especially on a sunny beautiful day is great here. The service is great and food is good.

Only had 2 pots of English tea while I was there, but the tea was a delicious loose leaf blend, very tasty. They also included a small biscuit on the side of the saucer. Very yummy, tasted homemade! ❤️ The food on other people's tables looked tasty! When I have more time to spare, I will go and order food next time I'm in town. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I was recommended this cafe by a local and although the atmosphere was friendly and good service I felt the portion size was to small, i had a chicken, cheese and mushroom pananni that wasnt particularly full with filling, for the price your paying I'd have least expected a bag of crisps rather than the insulting thimble sized dish with 6 crisps in. I HAVE EDITED MY REVIEW DUE TO MAKING AN ALLEGATION I COULDNT CO-OBERATE SO HAVE WITHDRAWN IT.

Such a lovely welcoming atmosphere! The food and drinks were excellent, but for us the real highlight was the toddler friendly experience including highchair, toys for the table and even toddler sized cutlery!

If you fancy a filling breakfast the Kings Walk cafe is a great place to go, eat in or take away. I had a couple of toasted muffins with bacon and sausage plus an egg and they were lovely, and on another occasion i had a takeaway Full English breakfast in a box and my morning coffee which were also very nice.The cafe is clean and the service here is fast and with polite staff i will certainly make this cafe a regular.

Nice sitting outside but table service was poor - sat outside for 10 minutes waiting for service before entering to see 5/6 waitresses just chatting around the bar area.Does not make you feel valued as a customer. Food was ok.

Good all-day breakfasts and super-friendly staff.

A very busy place which unfortunately doesn't allow dogs inside. The food is great though and the sausage sandwich is highly recommended. Mostly wheelchair accessible but the overflow seating is up some steep stairs. There is public parking nearby but as it is in a courtyard it doesn't have its own car park.

This tucked away café IS the the best café for miles around especially for the kings or queens breakfast it's perfectly cooked and presented and they serve decaf tea and cakes staff are lovely and I would highly recommend this place A*

Everytime I go in the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food is spot on every time. They are also very accommodating if you want to change something about your food, they are so happy to help you with it. Keep it up guys! You're amazing.

Breakfast at 9am in Grantham? Shouldn't have been a problem but couldn't seem to find anyone open who would take cards. A local pointed me in the direction of this place, tucked down a wee alley. So glad they did - friendly, good food, nice relaxing environment and best of all, a meaningful GF option. AND the cookie that came with my coffee was GF too. Will be back for more.

This a real little gem of a cafe, a 'must' if in Grantham. There is plenty of seating outside, inside and upstairs. Staff are very friendly and efficient and the food and service was reallygood. Definitely worth a visit.

5star customer service. A quick lunch and drink 100% recommend. We had soup and it came with tasty bread and a fab selection of drinks available. Excellent phone manner when reserving our table as can get busy, but Kirsty was amazing and equally had outstanding customer focus at the table for service .The lady boss was so kind and friendly and came over to make us welcome and made an effort to make us feel special . Loved the food , service , restaurant setting clean, modern light and bright . A big Whoo hooo Yes 👏 from us we will definitely return 👍

Warm friendly welcome, a good choice of savoury and sweet on the menu. I had a New Yorker Pastrami Sandwich to take away and it was amazing. Well priced.

We have just had breakfast here for the first time, the ambience is lovely, quiet so you can have a good conversation and the coffee was amazing ‘caramel late’ my wife had Eggs Benedict and I went for the Works which was amazing, eggs cooked perfectly, food and coffee hot and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this cafe and will certainly be returning.

I ate here yesterday and had the eggs royale but the salmon didn’t taste or look right and I’ve ended up with food poisoning. Not saying it’s the restaurants fault or anything like that but it definitely wasn’t the same as I’ve had before and I always eat the same food and don’t want others being poorly how I was.

Called in here for lunch pretty much at random to break up a five hour car drive and everything was nigh on perfect !

This was once my all time favourite cafe in grantham....what has happened ???The service is slow...my food was so burnt i had to send it back !!! This is now my 3rd visit where i have been dissatisfied...i wont be returning.

Ordered 2 coffees,1 X sausage sandwich to share. Coffees were consumed well before sandwich arrived. Bread was cheap and thin. Then ordered 2 scones and 2 more drinks,girl tried to put additional order onto already crowded table, didn't have a clue. Scones were cheap and horrid. Enjoy the £21.00 you charged us,we won't be back. Rubbish food and comedy sketch waitress service.

Lovely friendly place too eat in Grantham

The wife and I went in for breakfast this morning whilst in Grantham for a bit of shopping we picked this place after reading a few of the reviews and wasn't disappointed very nice food great atmosphere friendly staff will definitely be back next time we are in the area as other things on the menu sound good

We have started coming here on a Sunday morning and I have to say we love it! The food is always delicious and the staff are very helpful and friendly too.

Only give it 4 stars because I dislike the packing away of outdoor furniture whilst still drinking /eating, otherwise the food is good and the service is good so no faults there. There is plenty of seating, it's comfortable and the facilities are clean xx
