Will not be eating here again, nothing was cleaned between breakfast buffet and the carvery. Absolutely disgusted. Tried 5 times to call to speak to someone about the issues but no one answering the phone

My partner and I went for the buffet breakfast today. We have been before, but I felt disappointed by what was on offer. There was no black pudding or fried bread and the toast was pale and was like cardboard. Maybe give people the option of just having bread? The food tasted fine, just disappointed with the options on offer.

Love the food here no problems as always. Service was spot on the only issue I had (and I know that it can't be helped) was that young kids were running around screaming, and we weren't in the kids side.

The food is always exceptional here but today the service even more so, have my little girl with me for dining and Ben on shift offered to either watch my child or plate my food for me as I was unable to do both being on my own, going above and beyond normal service I receive here! Brilliant, will always come back!

Had a carvery, the meat was decent but the veg and potatoes were dry and had been there quite a time I would say, we visited 3ish on a Monday.

Seriously need too sort them bloody breakfast sausages out , bacon looks and tastes boiled or microwaved ..move with the times and up date please.. little fryed potatos..rindless bacon or even spam slices ,smokey bacon ..Lincoln sausage or mini hotdogs , French toast ... or even some chips will do ... gets boring same stuff different day ..

Our experience was made even better by Ben & Danielle very friendly with a sense of humour and both always smiling ,credit to the business 😀.

Every time we come and order there is always a mistake with our order simple mistakes like ice in our drinks when we ask for no ice or custard on our deserts when we ask for cream. It's only because the food is so nice that we come back hence the 4 star if it wasn't for the simple mistakes it would be 5 star.

Staff are super friendly, only had a carvery both times I went but it was all hot food and definitely hit the craving for a good roast dinner

Looked after by a gentleman called Stuart . Nothing was too much for him. Me and my husband love visiting here with our family

Was overly warm, not sure if air con was working

Attitude from the carvery deck was appalling, we didn’t receive our carvery tickets with the drinks only got 1 so showed the chef the order and had a stinking attitude from then, put the disintegrating yorkies on plate and slammed the tongs down back into basket. Had to wait 20 mins for our drinks to show up to table. The waitress put a hot plate in front of my 4 year old to which he could have burnt himself!! Pigs were over cooked and looked like they had been sat there for hours. Not a great visit, I understand on Sundays it can be busy and it was warm but still do better. We paid £40 to leave unhappy and angry. Do better.

Called in for Saturday tea, really useful for the grandchildren to have the tv in the booth. Great service, good food and excellent value for money especially the children's meals. Didn't have the carvery, but the menu food was quickly served

I often order carvery from here for home delivery to save cooking at the weekend. It gets delivered through Just eat and it always arrives on time, hot and very large portions too. It's a lot better than ordering junk food. There are only 2 places that I can order carvery from locally and this one is hands down the better of the 2 by far!

Had a lovely meal at Kings Mill. All was really hot and nicely cooked. Great customer Service from Thomas and Stuart, super friendly.

Clayton, one off the restaurant waiting staff , was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and absolutely amazing customer service.

Always a decent time at kings mill farm, the kids love it, the foods decent for the price. Can't knock it really.

Lovey place to go but befor I had finished my dinner a waitresses stared clearing my kids plates off the table witch then put me off my food.

We had a lovely guy Stuart help us whilst we were dining here. He interacted with both our children and made our little boys day by giving him sprinkles on his pudding. He was very lovely and we couldn't have had a nicer guy. He popped colouring over for our little boy too who doesn't do well waiting . Thank you Stuart .

The chocolate fudge cake is delicious, and thanks Bec for reminding me the folks are on the table. Hope to go back soon

Éclairs shoud have custard in them

Ordered 3 carvery’s Sunday afternoon to be delivered to our home . Arrived nice a pretty fast but omg ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.FAKE MASH POTATO WAS GREEN YORKSHIRE PUDDING WAS ROCK HARD OBVIOUSLY BEEN REHEATED SEVERAL TIMES . The food was that bad the both my son and myself have done nothing but throw up . Waste of £45

Food good, hot and plentiful. Service OK. The building is however in need of a lick of paint and chairs, walls were dirty, seats were ripped.

We had a bit of a hiccup on the meal but the chef Luke came out and ammended the problem immediately then we had a wonderful server Chloe who had a grate laugh with us and super helpful with the problem when we took it to her sharp and swift with a cool attitude thanks for making it a grate visit

Me and my husband called here for a meal. After the person who seated us not being very helpful in accommodating my request to move. We were served by a lovely young man called Clayton. He couldn't do enough for us and was super polite and helpful. Great advert for this place

Great spot for lunch - good food, delivered quickly and with a friendly approach, and definitely value for money. Very helpful staff, everyone was chatty and friendly and food was hot, tasty and well presented. Room was a bit warm - it is summer though - and the decor could do with a touch of attention, but that is totally expected for such a busy, well liked eating place.

We dine here regularly, carvery excellent

I had not had the carvery here for years and was really disappointed. No home made Yorkshire's,frozen,cheap flat ones that were so hard, if they had cut the meat any thinner you'd be able to see through it and the mash potato was definitely not real potato. The only 2 things that were decent were the roasties and gravy. Definitely would not have a carvery there again.

Went for all you can eat breakfast,the coffee was far to strong the black pudding was yuk and the toast not done enough,apart from that ok ish,won't be in a hurry to return.

If you want a family oriented pub, the go to King's Mill Farm, food is great, nice carvery or have food from menu

Not the biggest portions though value for money

Wasn't great all done on app so was quick but still managed to get things wrong my son cheese burger came with no cheese . Roast potatoes wasn't roasted enough Mash was dry not enough veg selection. Iced latte was yummy 😋

Must say YET AGAIN very slap dash with the food provided. The quality below par, but must say our Waitress Cara. Was Excellent with her 1st Class Service. Big Thank-you to Cara.

Excellent servery. Main menu good choice

We called in for a carvery not our usual type of place. The carvery was alright nothing wrong with the food but very messy at the food area all over the counter and floor not easy to monitor but during our time there was not wiped !!! The food was too open to passing customers it needs some sort of clear glass or plastic separation between the carvery area and the pub area to define and keep it apart. The whole place could do with a good clean we were in 2 minds about staying. Has the potential to be good.

Loverly place great staff Even a member of staff gave us a lift back to our accommodation when our taxi didn't show.

Good value for money and good portions sizes. Food is of a better standard than most carvery places. The only thing holding it back is that it gets very busy and it can take a long time to get served at the carvery section.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Stuart, our server was amazing and really made our meal. The food was delicious and well priced. We had carvery, but there are plenty of other choices. The carvery was also lovely with plenty of items to choose from.

Came for breakfast on Sunday, had Eggs Benedict, tasted ok but the hollandaise sauce looked like it had split as it was lumpy and not smooth. Had it not tasted ok, then I would have said something.

We always come to you for family birthday parties . Was good as always but we were disappointed when a waitress told my 11 year old nephew he could choose a free cake ... then never returned 😒

Group of us went to celebrate my mums 70th. They was brilliant. Even brought a cake out for her that we had brought. Great food and company.

Have learnt over the years that the carvery and puddings are decent, the rest of the menu items are bang average. Paid £41 for a lunch today for two people. Burger was lifeless and quite frankly Mcdonalds burgers taste far better, also a very small portion. Other meal was a chicken medley, looked like it had been put together by a child in all honesty. We both agreed we would only come back if we wanted a carvery.

Came in for my mum's 50th birthday. Food very nice. Cameron on carvery friendly and fetched us some peas when we asked. We were looked after the lovely Sophie nothing was too much trouble for her thank you.

First and last visit. Dirty, sticky tables. Splashes of liquid on walls. Reminded me of a noisy, school canteen. Food wise, the worst carvery I've ever tasted. Beef chewy. Roast potatoes and parsnips undercooked on the inside, overcooked and greasy on the outside (quite an achievement). Brocolli and carrots were so overcooked, they were barely holding their shape - think baby mush! Gravy was ok - probably the most flavoursome element of the meal. Suffice to say, we won't be returning.

Very busy evening but all the staff were working hard . Kieron made sure our meals were all good .

My wife and I go for carvery once/twice a week and it is normally very acceptable. We went for carvery on 11th June. The carverys were less than good. Carrots only half cooked and hard, roast potatoes were burnt black as were parsnips, the beef was not of the usual standard. Yorkshire puddings - soggy and cold. I am afraid there was not very much to write home about.

I recently worked in this area for several days, and ate here several times. The Kingsmill is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Both the breakfast buffet and the carvery are excellent. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I visited King's Mill Farm today with my husband and my 8mth old daughter today. We had to wait for a table and when gentle man came to collect us he was very helpful asking if we needed any help with us having the pushchair which I thought was really nice. When we went to fetch our carverys we took the pushchair with us and on my way back I had my plate in one hand and i was pushing the pushchair with the other and another worker asked me if I needed any help. I know it only seems small gestures but it meant alot, so thank you kieran and Nathan x

Had a great breakfast here today. The staff were very helpful and polite, especially Vicky who served us. Food was excellent, and a warm friendly relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend 👌

Very busy when we visited during school half term. We turned up without a booking. The staff were very helpful and managed to get a table sorted out for us very quickly despite being a large group of 10. The food was good. Some ordered off the menu, and others had the carvery.

Been twice thus yr, first time fish and chips and today had the Carvery. The food and staff etc is absolutely bang on and couldn't fault it at all, thankyou to all that make it a mint experience

I had a cheese burger and it was the same value as a burger van! That cakeaway saved the day.

Dirty nappies in the play area outside in the bushes ,had a carvery mashed potato was disgusting lumpy had more butter than mashed potato the plates were still dirty table sticky the whole place is a dive the big biffa bins outside there was more rubbish on the floor than in the bin I'm sure I seen a rat. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place

Very tatty and in desperate need of a renovation now. It was towards the end of service the veg was dry and not much choice.

Had numerous meals and guys the choice is endless its not the cheapest on drinks but the food is very enjoyable
