Food was great.... Atmosphere great..... Parking for disabled outside the front door great. Best of all was the staff. Saturday afternoon and very busy but all the staff (bar, servers, chef) and everyone else pleasant and welcoming. Keep up the good work 👍👍👍

We probably only call in very rarely. The food is just eatable at best. The staff are nothing but rude.we didn't know everything shut at 9pm our tab was taken even without speaking to us. Very very disappointed. Certainly won't be going back in a hurry

Apparent shortage of staff and meal not recognised as lasagne

We entered the restaurant and were granted by a staff member who signed us in and showed us to our table. After which we proceeded to the bar to order our foods as we already knew what we wanted. As we visited quite often I had a few coupons from green king for a free drink and £6 offer on standard carveries, so we placed our order and used my coupons then processed to wait for our order as some of us were having carveries and the rest meal from the menu. A short time later our food arrived and handed to us by two very friendly and helpful staff members. The staff were so nice and friendly, they checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. After we consumed our delicious food we ordered some delicious desserts. Afterwards my nephew won some toys for the toy machines and then he went to play in the outdoor play area, then we left. The atmosphere was wonderful, the restaurant and other areas were clean and tidy, the food was amazing and the staff were fantastic as always. That's why we continue to visit the King's Mill Farm.

Had a lovely time, carvery was fresh all 6 of us enjoyed it, hot and tasty, very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Came here for my dad's birthday the place was lovely and we enjoyed our food alot however no diabetic option for pudding otherwise i would give 5 stars but apart from that it was amazing

Was served primarily by Nathan who was very nice and throughout the night had exceptional service. Food was also excellent and was more than enough.

Top quality staff service quality food

First time at kings mill farm and we wasn't disappointed the food and service is amazing portion sizes was great. The cakes are huge I've took one home can't wait to try it. Massive thank you to Hannah too for the friendly chat and smile made us feel really welcome. Will be back with the rest of the family.

We all had a great time we were a party of 9 and the staff were really friendly and very helpful we didn't have to wait long for our food , The food was excellent so I booked in again with my family for a breakfast on Christmas eve that was great too .

brilliant service from laci, maddie and tyler! made the visit so worth it

Ok for those having carvery. No problem. However, some of our party had ordered other than carvery. The wait between starters and mains was one hour five minutes. They didn't come and clear the tables and when we asked how much longer the mains would be, was told they came when the table was cleared from the starters!! But they didn't bother clearing until we complained about the wait. No apologies. Just surly slamming down of the long awaited mains. Mains not great. Carvery pub. Don't bother with the menu. Poor.

Brilliant birthday breakfast with santa for my little girl. After a little hiccup laci and Tyler were fantastic at solving our issue and went above and beyond to make sure my little girl had a fantastic breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in a lovely environment with fab food and staff 😀

Great people, food and atmosphere. Got a large group and everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially emma, emily, Ben and key- nothing was too much trouble. Recommend any day. The kids loved the play area inside.

1st visit.staff pleasant. Good choice on menu but we went for turkey etc.area a bit messy but very busy.all hot.plates taken away efficiently. No room for afters. Let down a bit in ladies toilets,could be better. Will return.

We had a table for 8, requested round table which we got. The carvery was hot ( plates too ) The other meals we had steak, burger and hunter's chicken was also nice and hot. The staff were very pleasant came to us on several occasions to see if everything was fine.

Food was good but when ordering I ask for something not to be added and it still came on the plate - not good if I was allergic to this food. Then I ordered 3 cakes to take away. 2 where very large slices of cake but one, the one that came in the largest box was a tiny piece of cake. That was most definitely not worth what I paid for it

Staff are absolutely brilliant. Came in for a fudge cake and it was lovely. Brilliant customer service from staff and I looked at the carvery whole I was in there and it looked great, will try it next time. Lovely team and lovely pub. A lot better then Toby Carvery

13 of us attended a Christmas party here , all had the carvery which was outstanding. Staff were so helpful too.

All staff were fantastic especially Tina who cuts the meat. The food was delicious and the pub was lovely & clean. There was plenty of choice of food & we always Enjoy getting take-a-way cake to bring home.

Went through the website and clicked "plan your breakfast with santa" and apparently it showed me a normal booking. Nothing else. Went it to explain what's happened and they said they can't do anything about it. Because I booked it as normal even thought I went through the website again and clicked on plan breakfast with santa and through me back to normal booking. What a waste of time. Never going back to that place. Was really looking to see my kid having breakfast with santa

Table hadn’t been wiped when we were seated and no cutlery on the table, had to go and fetch our own. Had run out of turkey at 6pm, beef was so chewy it was inedible. Yorkshire puddings chewy and tasted burnt so unable to eat and very lumpy mash. Whole place looks shabby and it could do with a massive refurbishment, would not recommend!

Not been here for years but came out for some lunch with my wife on a rare week day off, the food was really good and our server Tina was really helpful and friendly. Don't order the ultimate soft drink unless you're really thirsty though, it's huge lol we both had a Yorkshire pudding wrap and they were so good. Nothing to complain about, it was all top stuff.

First of all the carvery is very good BUT , food off the menu is something to be desired, visited yesterday for a kids birthday party, ordered the chicken combo for a change , chicken wings were over cooked , chicken breast if you could call them that was like leather and could hardly put a knife through them ,seems the chefs wants to cook the food quickly and not bothered about cooking quality food . Had this issue with over cooked steak a few months ago , wanted it medium not cremated. Also don't feel great this morning! Kids play area for under fives was over run by older loud unruly children, which we did complain about because we had 3 year olds in there and couldn't play with the soft play stuff because it was being thrown about by these kids. Sorry to put this on here but I was infuriated and didn't want to cause a scene in front of the kids . As I said carvery good but fast food needs to be slowed down a bit and better cooked and quality food to come out of the kitchen.

Lovely warm welcoming breakfast buffet restaurant, but really wanted to mention the Waitress Hannah who was superb. She welcomed my family and found us a larger table (we originally could only find x2 tables together). She also brought my 3yr old her own small plate and just made sure we had everything we needed, the hospitality industry needs more people like Hannah. Thanks

laci is an amazing waitress. She had a very good attitude and was treated very well though out our stay.

Popped in for a quick lunch on my lunch break and I was impressed with how friendly and accommodating the two people were who greeted and served me. The food was also very pleasant and just what I wanted. Well done. What a great job you have done.

This was the best carvery available! We came as a huge group and the service was amazing! The food was amazing and the carvery man, Tina, was the nicest man ever and even gave us an extra Yorkshire pudding😂. And after this, our waiter Layton carried all 15 plates out in one round! We will deffo return!

Came here for breakfast. Let's just say, it's not for the lactose intolerant. They had no dairy free milk for coffee, no cereals, no fruit. They also had pastries. The servers looked down their noses for asking for certain things. I do not recommend it.

Went for lunch with family. We all had an excellent carvery meal. Well cooked food, served by friendly staff, made for a lovely afternoon out.

Came for a carvery. Good choice of meats and vegetables. All cooked nicely and hot. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. And no pots. Don't have to think about what you want as the choice is varied. Shared a pudding. 👍

The price is really good considering the state of the world currently and service is excellent also. Wait times are short. Its just a really nice place can't say anyhring bad about it. It's my go to place for dates or for some good food when I'm unsure what I want.. Maybe the menu could have some more options on it. But there is enough variety as it is..

What a cool idea. A indoor heated pool that you can rent out. Owners seemed very friendly. I would definitely be going back for my kids' pool parties.

A firm favourite for a carvery. One of the best in the local area. Tina is a great carvery chef and host, and whenever we’ve been here and he’s been on, he’s offered service with a smile. Also a big up to Cameron the chef for making some incredible food (roasties are always a treat)

Tina, the carvery chef was so lovely, very professional and polite. The chef, Cameron, his food is well cooked to perfection. Easy to get a table at lunchtime during the week. I suggest booking on evenings and weekends. The establishment is always clean, warm and friendly. Bar staff are polite and helpful. Winner for me every time.

Nice food with good sized servings and also amazing dessert portion sizes. Staff were friendly and helpful and the place itself was clean and inviting. Only point I want to make is our party of 10 was put in a booth with an additional table and chairs placed at the end. Being in a booth made it awkward to get out. Apart from this we all had an enjoyable evening.

The gentleman on carvery I think his name is Cameron. Was lovely spoke clearly so I could hear him the carvery was fresh and well pressented.
