Orded an American burger and pineapple pizza. It's made my stomach go really funny and made me sick and go toilet!! Somethings not right with the food as it's not the first time. I ordered one last year and was dreadful definitely not again.

Great takeaway, reasonable price and very nice food.

I ordered my pizza at 6.30pm and was told on the website that there was a forty five minute wait. At 7.40pm I rang to find out where the food was only to be offered a can of coke with the delivery. I turned that down and was then offered a bag of chips which I refused. I finally got the man to admit that my order wasn’t even ready. I said that I wanted it delivered within ten minutes or I would cancel my order. Funnily enough it was there. The pizza wasn’t as good as previous ones so I was very disappointed and doubt I’ll use the take away again.

I order now online but when I did go in the staff were friendly and efficient. The food is always good here from burgers to pizzas and pasta there's got to be something for everyone.

Extremely poor value for money.

Ordered food at 6pm to be told would be 1hour 10 delivery. Then to wait extra 30 mins after delivery time and still no food. Ring them up to find out where food was to either be cut off and go straight to voicemail or no answer at all. Food not delivered at all was not happy customer so will not be ordering from them for a long while if at all. Disappointed customer as food was always lovely

Pizza is usually amazing. Yesterday however let themselves down big time. Ordered through food hub and was told to expect an hour wait which is standard. Usually food arrives about half an hour. Two hours later still nothing and website had said they'd closed which at about 8pm seemed strange. Phoned them and no answer. Made the decision to go and see if they'd shut, after all unforseen incidents do happen. Shop was open and cooking. Informed them that I'd been waiting two hours and that couldn't contact them. They said a driver hadn't turned up. This is obviously something they couldn't predict but by not informing us of delays or us having the ability to cancel the order was poor service. Found my order was just sat waiting to be made. Once there they made it speedily and threw in a garlic bread as a freebie. However upon getting home found one of the pizzas had the wrong base and the other had been requested with extra toppings that were missing. Normally would have phoned but as they'd essentially unplugged the phone was no point. The pizza they'd made was actually nice even if not what we'd actually ordered. The food here is good quality but they need to be more customer service focused.

This place always goes above and beyond! Their chips are to die for and their burgers are next to nothing I've had before! You ever fancy a nice, fatty takeaway this is the one to go to! Absolutely love this little place

Well... Order regularly from here but tonight didn't even receive my pizza and no one answering phone! £13 down and no food! Not happy!!!!

The pizza here is absolutely amazing want a fresh beautiful tasting an looking pizza here is the place to go. I would recommend the pizzas from here over dominos, pizza hut or papa John's. I'm addicted to these pizzas one happy customer.

Great food, and my order has always been exactly what I have asked for as many other takeaways that I have been to tend to get it wrong.

This place is bad i asked a plain cheese burger and he put pickle in it i called and said im alleric to the pickle and he replied just take off i thought fast food outlets know allergies very bad service this place will kill u be warned I notice ge never replies to comments shows how good his business is he also told me bring the burger back next day I thrown in bin keep away

Simple cheap easy food! Good portion sizes. Can be busy, depends on what time you order.

Lousy service. Waited a hour for a delivery, no one came. I rang and they said they had already been and no one answered the door. Load of rubbish as I was near the door. After making this point on the phone they hung up the line. Never ordering from them again.

Just order a burger had a hair in my chips and so much sauce on the burger it was soggy. the rest was OK. but clearly your chef are not wearing hear nets. At a time like this you should be on top of your game hygiene wise not good.

Just had pizzas delivered, 5 year old grandson eating his when he found HAIR.. LOTS OF LONG BLACK HAIRS actually cooked into the pizza!!!! Called the shop manager offered to send another.. like we'd actually want anything else from their kitchen!! Will be reporting on Monday!!

Steak and cheese pizza was delicious! Just a shame the delivery driver was massively rude. Got annoyed because because he found the back of the house and I wasn't willing to go to the back. I have a front door facing the street. Why would I use the backdoor? Hung up on me when I was trying to explain. Then he Just thrusted the food over

Big disappointment! Food arrived 45 minutes late. We tried to phone, but were unable to get through, due to line being constantly engaged. We picked this place to try based on reviews, that was a mistake. The pizza was basically cheese and dough. There was hardly any toppings and barely any tomatoe sauce. Breaded mushrooms were swimming in grease. Would recommend chicken wings and fries, despite this, I will not be ordering again.

Such great food, every single time! Almost restaurant quality - genuinely. Great pasta dishes, superb chicken or cheese burgers, crunchy french fries and lovely pizzas. Highly recommend it!

Tried many a pizza place in Hucknall - this is the best for a takeaway. 9/10 times is great - very occasionally a bit cold if very busy - forgive them everytime as knocks socks off of other local takeaways. Also delivers to the Beer Shack next door- awesome!!

The best takeaway i have ever had! Me and the Mrs refuse to use anywhere else! Its perfect i can't fault a damn thing! Takes a little longer to deliver and we only live 10 mins from the store but it is well worth the rate! Everyone always asks where we get it from when we order for friends!

Haven't eaten here for a long time it used to be really nice but never again will I eat here I ordered a burger and fries and a pizza the burger was tasteless the cob was dry the bacon on the burger was more like fatty gammon and the pizza was just horrendous very disappointed used to be so good what ever happened?!?
