King's Arms in Greenwich

I often come for drinks to this pub. It has a great interior and good choice of beer. Also very nice garden at the back. But most of all very hospitable staff (Kush and Jana are the best).

A really cool spot to grab some lunch and beers. Good menu and the service was spot on!! Very attentive and friendly. Recommend to anyone in the area

Stopped in for a drink and we were warmly welcomed by Kush. He was patient, friendly, and took care of us well. He described the cider for me so I could decide whether I wanted it or something else. Kush was super apologetic that the chef was on break around 4pm. I think it’s normal and deserved for chefs to have a break, especially between lunch and dinner service. I didn’t mind at all. I liked the warm low lighting, it was relaxing.

Beef pie has little fillings. Alright beer. Men’s room needs a service to stop leaks. Close to Greenwich Park.

We stopped with friends to quench our thirst, a beer that was not very cold due to the hot glasses but otherwise the cider was very good. I recommend this pub because of its very warm atmosphere and lovely setting.

The staff were attentive without pestering and facilities clean. The food was excellent ( confit duck mains) were of a good size well laid and delicious out the young children food came 1st which is so important . Hence the 5 stars for review as we all agreed it was very good . Well done👏👏👏

Highly recommended restaurant. We were served very politely by Kush and Jana. We ate three different burgers and they were all delicious. The selection of beer is also very extensive, and we also enjoyed it very much. Beautiful location and beautifully decorated for Christmas. We will definitely come back in the summer.

Everytime we come to visit London we have to make a stop to The Kings Arms for a fish&chips. Our experience today was the best so far ! Kush and Josh have been so kind and helpfull. We were able to taste the beers to make sure it was to our liking and they made us feel extra special during service. The food itself was as good as usual. We recomend the Kings Arms to everyone looking for a nice and cosy lunch. Thanks guys, the Frenchies will be back as soon as possible!

We had Sunday Rust (pork), Steak Ale Pie, garlic bread and a beer. The total bill was 44£ The service and the food was amazing. The staff is super nice, with a cozy Christmas vibe . Really recommend

On a cold winter evening after a walk in Greenwich Park the warm glow of the King’s Arms enticed us to enter. The staff are warm and welcoming and the relaxing atmosphere is enhanced by a spotless renovation that has somehow managed to retain the character and charm of the traditional local. The house red is ridiculously good.

Amazing pub! Our servers ,Kush and Oskar,who served us were incredibly friendly, helpful, and had the warmest smile throughout our visit. Their outstanding service made us feel right at home. The food was also excellent—high-quality dishes at very reasonable prices. Everything from the atmosphere to the service and food was just spot-on. This place is a gem, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone!

Stopped by for a lunch in between museum visits. Kush-Oskar took fantastic care of us. The chicken strips and nachos were fantastic, and 100% recommend the mulled wine for the adults!

Been returning here for years when I’m in London with the family from Berlin. But more recently under hosts Kush and Josh - the whole experience just feels friendlier and even more homely…

Excellent gastropub with good variety of drinks. Went here after the tour of local Greenwich attractions (marine museum, greenwich observatory, u of greenwich's palaces). Kush and Josh were super nice and helpful.

We had fish & chips and the steak & ale pie and everything was delicious, special mention to Kush and Josh who treated us very kindly.

Great food and atmosphere definitely recommend

This pub is one of my favourites in Greenwich, situated close to the park gates and close to the market. This was the last pub on my mini tour, and it was enjoyable. They had 5 cask beers but I opted for a double Monkey Shoulder, it was around the £10 mark. The pub is traditional with a lot of wood panelling giving it a somewhat cosy feel. They also have a very nice, spacious, beer garden. You get a good mix of people in here i.e. tourists and locals. The service is always good here. They do sell food but I did not eat. In summary a really nice pub.

Whilst visiting Greenwich booked table at the Kings Arms Saturday, initially told about 1 hour delay but considering it was a Saturday and they were busy. Food arrived before an hour, service, quality was very good.

We're local and we really like this pub. I tried their new, seasonal Christmas turkey dinner and it was really nice. We definitely will be back to have it ahead of Christmas. £17 for a roast, and they still charge you for extra gravy

Beautiful pub in the center of Greenwich, nice environment with a well-kept outdoor garden, excellent for a stop. We stopped for lunch, very long waiting times and average food quality. On the other hand helpful staff

It was the worst roast dinner I've ever had. I went with two other friends, and we all ordered the roast pork. They told us it would be 45 minutes to wait for our food, and as we were in no hurry, we settled down in the beer garden with a drink to wait for our dinner. We were so looking forward to our Sunday roast. But when the food came, it was cold. It was not just a little bit warm, it was really cold. The potatoes had only been boiled, not roasted. There were a few tiny hrey baby carrots, a tiny bit of soggy cabbage, cold gravy, and barely enough. The menu said it came with cauliflower cheese, but this was missing, and the Yorkshire puddings were burnt. Mine was like a stone. It actually bounced off the plate when I tried to cut it. And it was a very small piece of pork. We went back to the bar to ask that they reheated our food, and for more gravy, we also asked about the missing cauliflower cheese. The waitress got angry and was quite short and impatient, and said we would have to pay extra for the gravy. The chap behind the bar who took our order said it wasn't his fault and that he had told us about there being no cauliflower cheese, but he hadn't. I asked the waitress why she was angry, and she said she was actually having a really nice day and she was in a really good mood that day. Totally atrocious service. Eventually, they said they would warm up our food and bring more gravy. When they brought the plates back, the food was still cold. They had not warmed it up at all, at least not mine. They added a few soggy chips to make up for the missing cauliflower cheese. It was inedible. We were so hungry by then that we had the only thing that was edible, which was the tiny portion of roast pork. At least it wasn't burnt to a crisp. We left the rest. Don't bother wasting your money here. Much better food and service in the market.

We happened upon this lovely pub and stopped in for a drink and some food. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thought the drinks were very reasonably priced and food was delicious, particularly the mac & cheese. We are here on holiday and headed home, but if we lived in the area, this would become a regular hangout.

Went in with my friends and planed to get a drink and some food but after ordering a drink the woman serving us gave us many dirty looks and made us feel very uncomfortable and then came and told us we had to leave with no explanation, not letting us order any food and staring at us the entire time we were there.
