Recently moved locally and was quick and easy for food while unpacking, the service is fantastic very polite, and the food had been spot on, had the masala fish 3 days in a row! Quality and quantity for your money is bang on. Polite and welcoming every time. Can’t fault the place.

Completely wrong order ordered chicken meat and chips and sent me donner which I don’t like did not bring my £2 can of coke either what a joke and no refund avoid

2 meals missing and over an hour late.

Order was delayed repeatedly, over an hour late from original expectations. Not the first time either. Delivery was rejected, already had to make alternative arrangements.

I go there every few days either for me or my son I love the kebab from there plenty meat and not shy with the sauce definitely recommended.

i don't know if this place has changed hands but the fish was absolutely abysmal for £9.45 won't be using again sorry

they delayed the order twice l, I tried to call them 8 times but no answer, food was very greasy too.

I ordered a tin roe but revived a fish cake which was wasted as my husband does not like them first time we have not been satisfied

order was completely wrong, I was meant to have bacon on my burger, it was missing. onion rings were ordered but we got two orders of hot wings. if I wanted extra I'd have ordered them. won't be ordering from these again

Very good but the kebab was not what I ordered but still the quality was good

asked then to label which had vinegar due to an allergy but this wasn't done. food is good though.

I am absolutely disgusted with Kings I ordered a large cod which cost me nine pound Plus and even my cat would not eat it never again it wasn't cod it's smelled awful.

Late food cold no salad and small quantity

Eating my chips every now and then felt like I was chewing little grains of stone, plus ordered curry sauce and I got green peas.

We had 2 items that were wrong. Usually it's spot on with this place but got incorrect items this time

Absolutely disgusting. Used to use this chip shop all the time. Had pie and chips - pie lukewarm, chips gritty when chewing and on further inspection small black bits all over chips.

ordered food, at 4:40pm, 2 hours and 20 mins later, still not received it, cant get through to the shop, DONT BOTHER!!! not worth the 2 and half hours of waiting

Cold and I paid extra for more Donner on one kebab and they were both the same, chips were mushy.

No credit card facility. Too expensive 6 quid for donner kebab. Or 5 quid can't remember only remember being too expensive. Wasn't even good.

Disappointed. Chips cold. Ordered fresh roe 2 x tinned roe sent.

Delicious and hot as always. Love Kings never had a problem.

Ordered a larger kebab and chips when it arrived there was 3 bits of kebab not worth 8.99 also ordered a large curry sauce it came in a small pot and blonde hairs in the chips. kings is a joke don't waste your time or money and they don't understand how to pick up a phone very rude avoid at all costs!!

Came 40 minutes late & didn’t bring the drink in the meal. Also didn’t follow special instructions regarding salad on the burger

Ordered my food at 12 didn't turn up until 2, attempted multiple times to contact the restaurant no one answered !!!! food was cold, chips were hard and chewy just not very nice at all food was like it had been left on the warmer for the 2 hours it didn't turn up then when it finally arrived was cold

Tried calling 4 times! Went in to order and take away today, food was vile! The chips were chewy and hard! The fish had two bones in! Luckily it was me eating it and not one of my children! Never again will I order from here! Food was inedible!!

Food was nice, shame about the delivery time. Restaurant said they were very busy, in my opinion don't give out unrealistic delivery times if your busy, it naked for unhappy customers

First time ordering and was very impressed. Ordered large mix meat and chips I think it was more XL portion was huge and all 3 meats tasted good will be ordering again.

Food delivered late and stone cold. Gravy was so cold I had to scrape it out the pot with a knife. Such a shame. I was starting to like this place

The man that works in there has no manners whatsoever. The customer service is atrocious. I would not recommend it to anyone and the food does not taste as good as it used to. Please run.

Burger was spicy burher when it didn’t state it was spicy just said chicken burger so thought it would be normal chicken burger

This place holds the Guinness world record fr fr this place delivered this bish faster than a McDonald’s drive through. Placed my order within not even 5 mins next thing I know my food en route. That has to be the most fastest delivery I ever experienced unless I got lucky. Good stuff.

Another good order from kings. Food was red hot. Really good size portions. Plenty of chips and the burger was packed full of tikka chicken. Delivery was rapid. Was at the door in less than 15 minutes which for a Saturday night is very good. Will defo use again next week

Ordered food at 4.56pm and was delayed twice! Tryed to phone them continously for 30 mins, first no answer then engaged! Food finally arrived 7.15pm.

One of the best chippy in the local area. I've been to a lot of chip shops in the area, the chips are amazing, lovely orange chips. They give you a prefect portion every time and not short change you on food like a lot of chippys. Kebab meat is brilliant too, I always go for lamb and surprisingly their salad is fresh. The problem they are facing which all chip shops have, the cost of their supplies have sky rocketed and this has to be placed on the customers. It just means a bag of chips is like £3 and Donner meat and chips can be upto £6.50. For me, chippy teas are a luxury, which is a shame as it is comfort food

Lefted off bacon on burger but all was great

Food Is terrible chips were brown looked like they had been cooked and then heated in a microwave the grease that came from the food was ridiculous to the point it had seeped threw the bag and the food was open

Gravy was one lump. Not sure what happened tonight, these guys are usually spot on. My husband is a nurse and this was ordered so he could eat before work but he didn't have time once the delivery was changed

Order was wrong and 45mins late. Lateness I can forgive but it's the second time I've been given a wrong order that hasn't included the extras I paid for. Half the order is something completely different to what I ordered. For the prices they charge this is unacceptable. Justeat needs to do more to protect buyers from this.

food is delicious, chips are the absolute best and get loads for the prices,nice staff and food is never horrible always good and tasty. Best chip shop in dudley!

Food was lovely but couldn’t get in touch with the restaurant when I wanted to chase my order as it was late.

I ordered from here around a week ago and absolutely loved it. So in the mood for a chip shop again, I thought to order from these. However, I wish i didn't! I got told by JustEat it was a 15-30 minute wait on it, which I was fine with, when ordering at 17:30. I made the order, and was tod it would come between 18:40 and 19:00. I understood with it being bank holiday, so I didnt care about the wait time. However! I did not get the food until 20:00! That's over an hour late! That will be the last time I order.

I asked and payed for an all steak pie and got the complete opposite and got a steak and kidney pie

Instead of putting the mushy peas in a pot like any other sensible chip shop they decided to drench the chips and pie in them. The special pie doesn't provide an option, they sent a chicken (I think) pie (not steak and kidney or meat and potato like you'd expect), alongside the mushy peas covered chips. Extremely disappointing.

Everything was lovely but we ordered scampi which was processed and tasted cheap but wasn't cheap to buy. Wouldn't order that again. Will definitely use Kings again though.

Food containers covered in lard. Food arrived 25 mins late. Charged £3.10 for bottle of pop for it to not arrive.

I asked for chilli sauce an got mayo , so I now have a mixed meat an chips no one will eat at 7.50 I’m not happy , is there anything you can do

Food cold and 45 mins past original arrival time. Unable to get in contact with the shop, line ringing out for over an hour. When they finally answered the phone, the man was terribly rude. I only called to ask for some sauce on the chicken meat. He shouted and put the phone down on me. Unfortunately won't be using again! Awful service and food not worth the hassle.
