it was late for starters, ordered food for 5 people, could barley fill up one person with the portion sizes given. paid £37 on uber and wouldn’t have payed £10 if i knew what was coming

Good pizzas and good service. I only gave 4 stars for atmosphere because it's just a pick up place, but the staff is nice.

I tryed this for the first time yesterday and it did not disappoint. The pizza was fantastic full of toppings and tasty, the fries and chicken sides were lovely and the garlic bread tasty. After trying a few places that have been a let down this will be my new go to. Fresh food, quick service 😋

Less than Mediocre kebab and tiny pizza,again mediocre! Twenty bloody quid!!!!! 😱 Never again! Don't confuse this place with kings fish bar which is also in Kingswinford and is great!

Used to be the best place around. Now think it's funny to add £2:50 to every meal delivery. Lots don't charge . Bye bye greedy

Not worth the money or hassle now if im spending £20 for 1 burger meal and forced to spend more than i want to just to get i delivered even though now im forced to pay a £3 delivery now ?! Jokeman! 🤡

Never again the worst food ever pizza I have never had a pizza like it soggy base and the toppings were horrible it all went in the bin sorry I hate giving bad reviews but it was that bad

I ordered through Uber eats and normally ring them up to amend the order due them not having the option on the menu which isn't a problem for them normally. Today I was put on hold for 15 minutes whilst I could hear everything in the background and they were having multiple conversations about other things, I decided to hang up. Called again straight away and confirmed if my amendment was ok. He replied sharply "yes ok thank you goodbye" I was extremely annoyed as I had other questions to ask and before I had chance the phone was put down on me. Needless to say the phone tone manor was awful, customer service was shocking and to top it off the food was cold when received. I will not be ordering from you again and I hope you learn from your mistakes so you don't loose other customers (after reading other reviews it seems you don't) ill stick to Pepe's.

Update - Ate last night - still knocking out the best kebabs around. Didn't come for a while after pitta bread kept breaking but all good now. Tika is amazing Best chicken tikka in a pitta bread around, easily. Even the pitta bread was spot on

When you order £79 of pizza via just eat and paid with PayPal you would expect to actually get the food

I don't normally get a Problem with this place but tonight Scared me to open me door.. when there was 2 man Delivering my food.. Get this sorted please & And a Little heads up to people you never know.. Won't be Ordering late again That's for sure.

Printed menu ( delivered 2 weeks ago) quoted £12 for an item .. the website states £10 .. ok fine I can live with that, … the driver turns up demanding £17 ! … believe me, there is no mention of extra delivery charges on the menu… and, when I questioned the driver, said I could have it for a’tenner’ sent him away and his parting comment was ‘ f@&k you and you c@“t’ for the review, I would give it zero … 1 star is the minimum you can access.. shocked is an understatement.

We live in kinver with limited take always so decided to give this a try was good value and good quality and came hot and fresh. Would recommend

Delivery driver drove down one way street the wrong way. When asked if he had a diving licence, he sped off. Pizza was nice tho. There using Delivery drivers that shouldn't be behind the wheel of a car .

Ordered food at 10pm they took my money and still told me the food was coming at 11:35pm but never turned up, would definitely not recommend.

This place needs shutting down absolutely disgusting food covered in grease and fat. Payed nearly £20 for 2 meals and have both gone on the bin cause I would not have fed it the dog!! Fix up or close staff are so rude aswell never ever again!!!

Not sure what's happened always used this take away, foods always been tasty a bit more pricey than most but honestly whoever's the new owners are or managers it's awful the service given wrong price over phone rang back to query it they slammed the phone down will never use again. I would consider before ordering from this take out guys.

Tried to charge me more, think they tried it on a bit. But when questioned gave me my money back. Apart from this food was ok, except delivery driver was putting together some food boxes and jokingly pushed some on the floor. Not impressed tbh

Orders a kebab and 2 kids sausage meals. All that came was a massive heap of greasy meat in a box and 2 fruit shoots. What they sent wasn't even edible. I am far from a fussy eater but this food is ridiculous!!!

Orderd pizza's last night normanly very good been customer for a while however, this time the pizza's looked as though it was thrown into the box. Asked for one meat feast deep pan came as a thin crust and one thin crust vegetable without cheese (vegan) asked for extra vegetables to compensate not having cheese. No extra vegetables on, loads of tomato sauce on both which left an after taste. The pizza's and fries were cold on arrival. Very disappointed with the standard and quality of food, thought a bit pricey for what we had.

Order normally pretty good but unfortunately the food was cold looked like the pizza had been thrown into the boxes, asked for a vegan pizza only came with small amount of veg, hardly any meat on the bbq meat feast, more sauce than anything else on both pizza's, also asked for deep pan for meat pizza and it came as a thin crust. Hi , well l just had to comment today on the quality of the kebab that my partner and I had last night firstly my order was wrong and tje quality of the chicken kebab was disgraceful admitting it was chicken but god knows what it was seasoned with anyway I'll not be going back and l do mean never .

I would rate it zero if I could. Didn’t get a full meal but they took the money, no stuffed crust even though we paid an extra £2.50 for it, completely wrong pizza & no bbq wings either. Chips were soggy like they’d been sat there for hours, pizza was greasy And the southern friend chicken was pale. Do not even bother unless you want to make yourself feel ill. Should be ashamed of themselves for serving food that isn’t acceptable.

Ordered food at 18.25, it was due between 18.55 to 19.15. The order never came, tried ringing them for over 2 hours and it kept saying line busy. At 21.25 I finally got to talk to them and they said it would be here in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, I rang them again and they said it would be 15 minutes and they would send some free ice cream. Didn't turn up for another 20 minutes, the free cake came with the order so clearly when they told me it had already left, it was a lie. By some miracle, the food that I was told left over an hour ago was still warm. It finally arrived at 10.25, 4 hours after ordering The food was also microwaved and was very rubbery. Definitely will not be ordering again

Kebab was vile tasted asif it was cooked yesterday stone cold plus didn't have the sauce we requested to go with that my kids left there chicken nuggets an chips as they said it didn't taste very nice also shop didn't look clean at all safe 2 say it will be the 1st and last time I will eat food from kings Kingswinford 👎

Awful pizza woke up with food poasing will never order from here again definitely think you need to improve your cleaning skills and cooking skills before having a pizza shop .

It might be a good shop but the owner Khan he is a cone man he take picture with the royal family use on his Facebook page than start selling goods on face I have place a deposit than being to collect Item was to big we can't get out of the shop after ward I have family problem than I can't go back as we are over 260 mile apart he promise me he will refund my money back each time I try to call him he calling me piss off and verbally abusing now I am complaining to the royal family's this man using the royal picture to show of and cons the people like my case and I am taking a legal action against this man to recover my money by the way money is not big to worry only a £100 but the behaving by the Khan and talking like others as bad manner and using a photo taking with royal family to impress the others for his one interest I hope royal family's legal team will deal with this cone man . Note I have a evidence for everything I Wright here and I keep every text trough the text massage, WhatsApp message and Facebook message as well as the picture he published on face book with royal family for his own interest Don't trust him do do any business with him he is not the person what he is trying to impress you his rating 0

We have just ordered £28.00 worth of food from Kings and it's safe to say it was an utter waste of money. Two kebabs, two portions of mozzarella dippers and a couple of cans of pop. Having ordered the lamb shish kebab what actually turned up was a tough lamb steak hacked into strips, falsely advertised as whoever wrote the menu clearly has never had an actual shish kebab to know what they are meant to be like. You could sole a shoe with how tough it was. The donner meat was dry, the chips are horrible and taste like cooked in stale oil. Absolute waste of money.

Such a shame delivery was 20 mins late, no contact, no apology , food was amazing, customer service needs a bit of work, get the basics right, but I'll be back , fab food !!

What the actual fu** £14.00 for 2 meals and all I could manage was the salad the shawarma was tasteless :/ very disappointed If I am paying £1.00 for a can of Coke I expect coke I’m sure the Pepsi isn’t a pound even with the sugar tax 😂😂🤣

NOT RECOMMENDED.... £7 for this...for a kebab which was actually just 3 pieces of meat wrapped , as thin as a sausage, no salad...just meat..and under it there was some type of slimy substance...(just the view made me wanna throw up...it's now in the bin) fries were soggy as if they poured water on it... +1 can of dr pepper and 1.5L of pepsi, all of that cost me £13...could have had a way better meal TWICE in McD... the only good thing i can say about it is that the delivery was fast.... that's about it...

Terrible used this company 3 times First time great Second time 2 hours for delivery 3rd time no show I called to chase delivery 1and half hours after Order they say its on way and should be with me any minute 30 mins later no show So i chase again and they tell me that i never ordered with them Shocking Shame cause food is nice

Where do I start . For a change I went to collect my order . Ordered it in the shop so you think it would be piping hot . NOT the case I live in wordsley so about 5 minutes away I get back home to find it stone cold straight In the bin . sick of the shop now so many chances. Will not be going back not even if I had the chance to cook food myself
