King Do in Northampton

Food is good . Customer Service could be improved.

Not great at all. This was the second time we've ordered from here. First was, I can only describe as okay. Thought we'd give it another try, but sad to say, I was just as disappointed. Won't be ordering again. Shame as it's probably the only Chinese takeaway that takes card payments in Northampton!

Pretty standard, meets expectations.

It has good food and opens on Boxing Day and new years

They are open on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day

Always good clean food and tastes great better than all the expensive restaurants and takeaways in town.

Be aware that they only accept cash if ordered in the shop. The closest cash machine is Morison

Nice little back street take away, had a very tasty meal

Been ordering from this place for years, but recently the standard has dropped significantly. We ordered from there last night, my partner felt sick all night and the both of us have had the runs all day. I don’t know what’s caused the drop of quality and standards, maybe new management like other reviews have said. Not ordering from here again, it’s a shame really as we were a loyal customer.

The food was very good. I felt like I had more food than I used to. I enjoyed it they need more chairs

Gone down hill, rice's were dry, noodles were oily, order was wrong had to go back and collect it again, nothing given as compensation or inconvenience, reception area isn't very inviting, only positive friendly staff at reception. Will not visit again.

Food was very nice till they got new management have been an customer for 6 years and for the first time i had to spit out my food as the food was to greasy and taste like nothing : (

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT Usually I go to King Do and the orders are done quickly by the lovely staff however when I ordered today at around 7:00pm to collect, the waiting time was unbelievably long, I didn't receive my order until about 7:45 when I asked the young lady the front desk why my food was taking longer than usual she informed me that king do has been taken over by new management , therefore explaining the longer wait time !

An ok takeaway with no Heir's and Grace's,but did the job! No card payments at all, so we had to drive to Morrisons to draw money from the wall, which having to do that was disappointing as this added 15-20 minutes to our journey! Plenty of food considering it was a value meal order, plus we added 2 Spring Rolls! Filling meal but the Spring Rolls out shined the Sweet and Sour Chicken with Boiled Rice by far! Could do with a facelift to attract more customers!

Great amazing such warm good food pork chow mein is great sweet and sour sauce is good it's not watery I'm.so so fussy with foods all other takeaways taste rubbish to me must say this Chinese takeaway is great delivery has always been a short wait living in weston favell polite customer service 😋

Been going here basically since I was born 🤣 the current owners are my absolute favourite. Really nice bunch and food never fails to live up to standard.

Have not used this takeaway for about 2 years as it went downhill, thought I would give it another try and was very surprised how nice it was, dont know if different people run it but the food was lovely, it was hot and very well priced and delivery was quoted 50 mins but was in fact a lot less than that, my wife was very impressed and it takes a lot to do that Will be using again.

Really nice sweet and sour king prawns,won ton soup was nice too! Sweet and sour king prawn balls probably that's dish not for me. Sweet and sour king prawns definitely will order again!

Food is not good asked for a chicken curry with just chicken and peas and I got more peas than chicken. Never ordering again

Amazing Chinese tasted very fresh. Great work chefs. I'm very particular with my food and my Singapore rice noodles was very fresh lots of flavour aswell as beef curry in black bean sauce with veg.

Superb food, Always use for Chinese food when having delivered. Good value, plus good gluten free options.
