King Currys Indian Takeaway in Calderdale

Had the lunchtime 4.95 deal - seekh kebab lamb, naan and mint yoghurt side salad. YUM! Will be back. (we were at the Brighouse 1940s event - fabulous - very well attended!)

I've wanted to try this place for a while. My test curry for a new venue is chicken Rogan Josh, I tried one for lunch as I'm now quite often in brighouse at lunchtime. Very good, probably slightly hotter than the norm, not too hot though and towards the top end of medium. Reasonably priced, quick pleasant service; without doubt I'll be back for more.

I've heard of this food venue, tried it today. I'll be back! I tried chicken Rogan Josh, my stand by curry venue trial dish, definitely passed the taste test. A little hotter than is traditional for this dish, but not too hot to eat, at the hotter end of medium.

Love this place. Unique idea of grabbing takeaway food prepared to quickly and easy re heat at home. There’s a selection of curries both meat and vegetarian you choose what curry/s then type of rice plus size. As well as numerous delicious sides (samosa / pakoras ect) The food was lovely and great quality and the price was fantastic too. I’ve been here a few times now and each time the quality has been great, hassle free choosing nicely packaged up and great value
