King Chef in Middlesbrough

A very run-of the-mill Chinese. No better or worse than any other local Chinese take-aways. There all the same... Portions are a decent size however, and the chicken curry was pretty decent.

King chef has been open for around 20 years. Family run takeaway very clean and value for money. In shop or delivery is fast and with a smile..I have tried most things from soup to battered bananas as the menu has lots to choose from.

This is the best in the area. Tasty,fresh,will cook anything you want or make tweaks. Staff friendly. Delivery drivers courteous. Prices very reasonable. Because of the coronavirus they have had to close for 3 weeks. We have had to branch out to others. None are a patch on here. Meant to be opening tonight..I'm ready😃😃

Bloke who served us was ignorant and rude not just to us but the delivery driver he was horrible I wouldn't go back

Been using king chef for years it's by far the best Chinese in Middlesbrough,clean,with absolutely gorgeous food nothing more to say.

Food is absolutely tasty, portion sizes are massive, wouldnt use any other chinese but these guys👍

Great food everytime, haven't had a bad meal yet & I'm working my way though the menu. Tonight I had the King Chef Dragon & it was delicious. Wouldn't bother recommending anywhere else 👍

Good food and service - won't find them on Just Eat but well worth the visit.

The chicken was sour and slimy in 2 separate dishes and we had to throw them out, this hasn't been the first time it's happened. Not going to bother there again.

Best Chinese in the town hands down

Ordered chicken fried rice, rice was lovely and so was the curry sauce, the chicken on the other hand, was the wettest slimiest chicken I have ever seen and it was just laid on top of the rice. Bork!

I've never been here . I've give it three stars but you can complain to Google if you want and get this post removed. I don't care. I just want it to stop hassling me about it.

Best Chinese takeout away in middlesbrough, they are super fast at delivery and they provide you with massive portions.

Tried this Chinese last night after reading all the nice comments. Totally disappointed chicken fried rice , firstly the chicken looked slimy my 7 year old asked what it was!!! King prawn chow mein wet....... well it was as wet as the chips! I can say the prawn crackers were the tastiest things we purchased with our meal. One word springs to mind BLAND

Local Chinese offering all the usual meals. Mondays they do a 3 for 2 on main meals.

I use this chinese regular. Food always lovely. Always hot and always delivered within an hour.

Tried every other Chinese in town. For the freshest,tastiest,best value,friendliest place....dont go by...delivery is our thing..all the drivers know the way...give the long chef a try,you won't regret it
