Kin Cafe in South Norfolk

Popped in for a coffee and a cake with a friend after a dog walk. First time visiting and I will be returning. Well behaved dogs are welcome which meant our little dogs could come in with us. We sat on a lovely comfy sofa, service was friendly and very quick. We both had a coffee and a Brownie - delicious, really hit the spot. Thank you!

As a Hethersett resident, I am guilty of walking my dog past here so I can enjoy a coffee and cake. The coffee here is really good and my parents adore the spiced apple cake. Generally speaking, I'm not a huge brownie lover, but Kin's melts on your tongue and is big enough to be shared. I try to avoid lunchtime because it can be very busy, but this just shows that local people and workers love this place! There's always an outside seating area cordoned off, and this is great if you're like me and own a large happy dog with a tail that is prone to breaking things. It's great having this little gem in Hethersett!

An excellent little cafe. On this occasion I had a coffee and a lovely scone but I've also called in for Soup at lunchtime. They also sell their own Italian Paneforte at Christmas. It is comfortable, good value and dog friendly.

Popped in prior to an appointment nearby and grabbed cappuccino and slice of very tasty banana cake. Staff friendly and engaging. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Mark

El personal es maravillosamente amable, profesional y servicial. La comida es excelente, una buena combinación de sabrosas opciones saludables, así como algunos placeres culpables. Hay un comedor interior limpio y espacioso recientemente inaugurado, así como una zona de estar al aire libre. En estos tiempos difíciles, es reconfortante ver que se han implementado medidas de seguridad sólidas de COVID sin que se sienta como el centro de visitantes en una prisión (¡no preguntes!).

Had a coffee and light lunch with friends and was pleasantly surprised. I had a bulgar wheat salad with roasted vegetables and a falafel scotch egg. It was so lovely. Fresh, flavoursome and delicious! Friends had fresh toasted ciabatta with all fresh fillings. Great coffee's too. All really, really enjoyed. Thank you. At the moment there is only eating outside or takeaways.

My family having been popping up to 'Kin' regularly since they have opened, whether it be my wife having a coffee and catch up with the girls, my son and I picking up post jog smoothies or the whole group choosing treats to go during kickdown! Every time we have received friendly service with a smile, great coffee and tasty homemade goodies.... However, the best was yet to come, as I ordered one if their new Picnikin picnics for my wife's birthday! WOW! The ciabatta's were enough to fill you up on their own, even before we got to the sweet and savoury treat boxes (pictured below). All packaged up and ready to collect on the morning of our trip. Thank you 'kin'.... My family will definitely be back soon!

I came this morning for some takeaway coffees. It was so nice to be able to get out and do something ‘normal’! Kin Cafe has made a huge effort to adhere to social distancing rules and I felt safe when ordering our coffee through the screen. The man that served me was really polite, respectful and chatty. I ordered a variety of coffees for the family, and the iced americano with hazelnut syrup was brilliant! This place is an asset for Hethersett, and in a time where we are sadly unable to sit in coffee shops, Kin have done a great job to ensure that we can still have great coffee whilst feeling safe (it is also clear that they have prioritised the safety of their staff which was great to see). I am recommending Kin Cafe to my neighbours!

Went with my Mum for a couple of hours just to chill. When we walked through the door, the atmosphere was really nice, and the lady who served us was very kind. The drinks were good priced and tasted good. The food itself was really nice, I will be coming here again a lot.

Lovely little cafe friendly staff great food and service highly reccomend can't wait for it to be opened on Saturday.

Very nice and friendly service straight from the get go, polite and clean table although a bit wobbly but didn’t do it any injustice. My grandma and I chose the hummus and jalapeño toastie and although there was a bit of a mess up to begin with they made it work and we even received a perfect spiced apple cake! And also a nice and warming mocha and latte to compliment the meal!

Superb, top-notch quality ingredients made into absolutely delicious and wonderfully healthy meals. Good portions, not too big nor too small. Lovely atmosphere and beautiful decor. Clean and vibrant. Very friendly and excellent customer service. Absolutely top-notch cafe, faultless in fact. Just the perfect cafe that Hethersett needs. Staff are attentive and conscientious and respect allergies and food intolerances, no-one is made to feel that they are a nuisance in asking for ingredient lists. This is all respected and the staff are patient too. Smart, clean loos. Love Kin, thank God it has arrived in Hethersett! I think Kin is actually the best healthy, vegetarian and vegan cafe in the whole of Norwich and Norfolk. It is just perfect in every respect. I can not praise the food and high quality ingredients enough and how expertly they have been put together to create such fabulous, healthy and delicious meals. Bravo Kin and Welcome to Hethersett and Norfolk!
