Kim-Yin in Ribble Valley

Food cold on arrival, egg fried rice?No egg to be seen. Dark and had no taste. Seems its been stood for a while or reheated? Sweet and sour chicken. So tough the chicken pieces were impossible to cut with a knife. Sweet and sour sauce tasted like boiled sugar. Just two weary looking pieces of green pepper in there too. A very disappointing experience, never again!! A complete waste of money as its inedible and 99% has been binned.

Fantastic Chinese, easily the best in Longridge. The S&P box is enough to feed 3 people. Curry is average but still very good, as is the black bean, but the chow mein was amazing! Staff are always helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, plentiful menu choices and options, fast service, reasonable prices.

Clean premises and prompt preparation. Never had a poor meal from Kim Yin at Longridge.

The best Chinese I've had in a long time. Great to find somewhere still serving home-made chop suey rolls. Chips are perfectly cooked. Owners are very pleasant and deserving of my continued custom.

Unfortunately over cooked fish and rather sad chips. The standard has dropped sadly.

Love it. Fab king prawns. Best green peppers in black bean sauce in area. Not huge portions, but fills you up.

Good lord what can I say... Firstly, ordered chicken fried rice... A typical standard dish in any Chinese?? Not here 😒... Tub of fried rice with a few pieces of Chicken on the top and a dash of gravy... Yes you heard right... GRAVY.... Rest of food was bland although the chips were gorgeous

By far the best of the 3 Chinese's in Longridge in my opinion. Beef in honey and black pepper with salt and pepper chips was excellent.

Really good Chinese food, the portions are massive for the money and the food is good quality. The takeaway is really clean but only takes cash, there is a cash point across the road though.

We had a beef curry that was OK ish .Also special chowmein a bit better..Spare ribs were very tough ,couldn't eat half of them so wouldnt recommend, also I noticed when they were cooking chips they looked anemic , not cooked enough ...should be a nice golden color.

Chicken curry was greasy, salty and horrible and the prawn toast was burnt to a crisp. Satay beef was virtually unchewable and was mainly vegetables. Worst Chinese I’ve ever had . Don’t come to Kim Yin.

Best Salt & Pepper Ribs for miles around,tried all the chinese take aways in Clitheroe & Whalley & none are no where near as good for spare ribs as what Kim-Yin do.

Lovely food and great service here. Only tasty place to eat in Preston that reminds me of my home town. As a uni student. Good food is a must, especially the fried rice and special ribs.
