Truly exceptional. I moved away from the Bradford area over a decade ago and it's so hard to find a good curry where I am now. Me and a good friend met up on Saturday and decided to pop in. Quite honestly the best curry that I have in YEARS. Service was impeccable and the food was very reasonably priced. Will absolutely be coming back when I am in the area again soon. Any chance I could steal your keema vindaloo recipe? 😂

The best food in Idle village by a mile.. friendly staff, food served as you like it.. authentic with loads of flavours.

Food was at a perfect temperature and the food was absolutely delicious. This maybe one of the best curries I have ever had. I normally don’t write reviews but the host amount of time they took and to give me food to that standard was unbelievable I have found my new favourite restaurant.

Tandoori mix has the best lamb chops and fish massala I’ve ever tried

In the area visiting family and honestly can't remember the last time I had an Indian as tasty. Chicken Balti with mushroom biryani and peshawari naan. Amazing!!

Only had a takeaway but always been perfect

Ordered the food online as we have done before but this time 1h 45 minutes before we got our food, we rang up after an hour and they said it's on its way, (we live less than a mile away) food was nice, a bit disappointed with only 3 very small pieces of fish pakoras (£5) we will go elsewhere for our food now.

We’ve used idle balti for almost 20 years, decided to try Khyber and this is where we get curries from now!! Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to everyone! 10/10 5 star.

Lovely food but we ordered way too much

My go to place for a Chicken Tikka Madras, perfect every time!!

We called in after an evening in Idle . All was ok. Food was fine but the chicken balti was heavily salted , didn't put me off but my wife struggled with it, down to personal taste.

Great tast authentic spicy food.

Update : I have been enjoying takeaways from Khyber for over 2 years now and they have always been consistent in quality, always arrived on time even on a peak Saturday night rush. Genuine five star service and I will keep on using as my go to takeaway curry house...... After having been let down by my regular curry house on the past few occasions it was time to move on and find something new. After trying Khyber twice recently i can now confirm they are my new favourite curry house for takeaway! The food is delicious and always hot, fresh and on time. I loved the little touch of the phone call from the manager on my first order offering a free starter, great business move that certainly got me interested. The menu is great and i order online through their own website instead of Just Eat, easy to use and i love that you can add extras into your curry and pick delivery slots. Five stars from me!

The food is excellent but the delivery service is absolutely awful. I wouldn't order a delivery from here ever again. When you ask why it's late all you get is excuses. Sorry but truth hearts sometimes.

Came on the recommendation of a friend for out Friday curry night and it was very good, interior could do with a bit of a refresh but that's not what we were there for, the curry was spot on!

I have to drive 10 miles and pass 6 Indian take outs en routes to the Khyber. Absolutely worth it. Best currie I’ve had. The guys at Khyber run a real slick operation well done.

I've two minutes down the road from this place for a while now and never gone in, but last night I went in with my partner and her parents as they wanted a proper authentic style curry having never really tried the curries from Bradford and we were all blown away by the quality of food and immaculate standard of service these guys adhered to. Really great atmosphere and fantastic food, reasonable prices and nice friendly staff - what more could you want? I've lived in Bradford all my life and am familiar with the fantastic authentic curries available around here, but this has reinvigorated my love for it and I will absolutely be coming by again. Keep up the great work guys!

Placed our first order from here. Very pleased. Very tasty, had a phone call within minutes of ordering offering a starter as it was our first order. Took a bit longer than normal but was well worth the wait.

Visiting friends and decided to pop in and order a takeaway . It was nice to see Ali again , always friendly and the food excellent . Will pop in for a meal next time over in Idle . Thankyou again .Andrew

Absolutely rubbish have always gone for a curry if been over Idle but last one I had would not feed to a dog. Don't know if they have changed chef but won't go back till I hear good review .about it Have always had a good curry from there when I have been over that way

Ordered food from here one Saturday night and was really surprised at the quality. Probably the best curry I've had. Fresh tasting and chunks of tender chicken. The Hydrabadi was a delight. We will be ordering more from here and have recommended to other people. A**

Let's just say it used to be one of the best curry houses around!!! But I've not been for a while so we went tonight yes the food was good the service was good, but when it comes to your order and you ask for a jug of water with your curry, and they say no sorry we don't do jugs, to then ask for two glasses of water and we get 'sorry Our Manager Does Not Let Us Give Out Tap Water You 'MUST' Buy Bottled Water At £3.10 (not a very big bottle, maximum 3 full glasses) so we again ask for tap water ' No Sorry We Are Not Allowed To Give You Tap Water' we have to buy another bottle!! But I suppose if your only spending £55 on two curries and starters and side you should also be made to buy water aswell !!!!

One of the best restaurants, I've been to in Bradford. The delivery guy was on time and the food was piping hot .Chicken tikka madras (hot) had the perfect amount of spice. Definitely going here again.

Have previously enjoyed great food from this place, unfortunately the app is so bad it’s unusable and means it’s impossible to order, shame as the food was lovely last time. Options are to use just eat and get robbed or go elsewhere. I chose elsewhere

Went to the Khyber Saturday night. I had forgotten just how good the food here was. Just had the best lamb passanda and it was amazing, not something I would normally choose but was the right choice for sure. As the menu says originally for the Mughal emperor's and I can believe it. Staff great, and very reasonably priced.

Just ordered from here for the first time after seeing all good reviews and it didn't disappoint. There was a longer than normal delivery time and I got notified straight away and arrived piping hot earlier than expected. Food was delicious, naan was a bit too crispy but just how it is sometimes, that aside everything else was outstanding and because it was my first time ordering from here they so kindly rang me up to offer me a free starter! Service is 5/5 and food was 5/5.

Tandoori mix is to die for you can tell the fish was haddock instead of the cheap fish used by many establishments.

Chicken massala had nice, soft pieces of chicken breast and the seekh kebabs were so tasty

Absolutely amazing this place . Lamb Hyderabadi is something special.I live a good 4 mile away from khyber yet the food is red hot upon delivery. Drivers are polite and covid safe , 10/10 for me every time

Excellent food, beautiful curry and really fresh breads. So clean inside, hand sanitiser on every table as well as in the entrance. All staff clean and presentable, polite and friendly. Felt really safe and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Ali the manager went above and beyond when he saw us stood at the taxi rank in a queue and stopped to offer my husband and I a lift home. Excellent customer service. We are not regulars, it was our first visit, but we will definitely be back.

Didn’t even want to give 1 star, ordered a curry a couple of months ago which never showed up, the driver had supposedly ‘got lost’ and had no phone battery... despite several phone calls to Khyber and multiple promises that the money would be back in my bank I still haven’t received my refund. Robbed of £30 for a non existent curry, totally unacceptable from a supposedly reputable business!! 1st and last time ordering from here! Obviously cannot comment on the food but stealing money from me is enough to put me off ordering again!

Originally left a 1 star review last year due to late delivery and cold. However ordered again last night and 5 star! Food piping hot, on time, fresh and dare I say one of the best curries I have had, restaurant quality at its best. Definitely recommend.

Ordered takeaway tonight and couldn’t believe how small the portions were :( chicken in both dishes was very dry and so I didn’t finish mine. The naan was lovely though (not greasy at all) and food was hot!

Won't order a curry from anywhere else!! Always had stunning food from here, my housemate had his first Khyber curry tonight and said it was definitely the best curry he's had! Flavours and meat are 100%, would definitely recommend to anyone!

Such a fantastic meal. Loved our fish tikka masala main, lamb balti and the naans were light and fluffy. Ordered on their website as a lot cheaper than Just Eat.

The food is Delicious.Ordered a takeaway which was ready to pick up in 45 minutes. We had more than enough starters and the curries were still hot when I got them home.Very little oil in the curries and the chapattis/naan breads were so fresh.Great service and lovely staff.Well Done guys.

1st time order. Use to get from kebabeesh and kiplings but from now its khyber 10/10 lovely curry not happy about £2 delivery and 40p service charge but food was amazing

Been coming here since the 80's and it still serves a great dish. I'm a big fan of the starters.

Joke of an establishment!! Ordered my food on foodhub online for collection. Arrived 20 mins later to pickup as stated only to find the restaurant was closed. They accepted my order and took my moment too. Had to jump through hoops just to get a refund. Khyber didn't even bother to give an apology or explanation. Disgusting customer service never again!!

Ordered my first takeaway last night via Justeat. Within minutes the owner called me to introduce himself and as a thank you included a pickle tray free of charge. The food and service was amazing. I’ll be back again very soon. Thanks for your very professional service
