Food was bang on, fresh and warm cooked to perfection staff also very friendly, they also have seating inside with great atmosphere if ever need to sit in and eat but we did a takeout this time hopefully will sit in one day soon

Ordered a meal deal half of it didn't arrive. Talking about arriving 1 hour late and freezing cold. Had my granddaughter for the evening and in tears about the food it was that bad. Had to get cooking so she could eat. Never again.

No steak in uncooked panini more like a few bits of donner ... waffle cold nasty no flavour bit of sauce n few slices banana dry af... see photo do not bother....

Delivered part of my order first and one hour later delivered the rest.

Food arrived a hour and half after ordering. Half an hour late. Wrong panini was placed in the bag. Rang restaurant to ask for the correct meal to be delivered they said it would take a hour to Re-deliver a plain panini. (The takeaway is a 2 minute drive around the corner) they agreed to re-deliver the panini 3 hours ago and it’s still not here (actually comical now) absolute joke. Awful customer service and I’ve ordered here for years. Won’t bother anymore.

Ordered food; chicken wrap had uncooked chicken in it. Half the food missing! When complained the order taker said what shall we do about it! Like we paid for the food! Wont be ordering again!!

Ordered: burger Garlic bread Dessert Then recieved a phone call to say the Pizza oven was turned off 2 and half hours before they closed and had no ice cream but would I like to still like them to cook the burger. Considering 2/3 of my order was missing... no thankyou.

Good food but delivery said 1.50 before checkout and jumped to 2.50 needs sorting.

I order from these guys, and their service is excellent. Food is very good quality. Recommended you try them.

When it finally arrived, not too later than promised. Opened bag to find they'd forgot the poppadoms. However, all 3 curries and both starters were really nice and we will definitely recommend and be ordering from here again. Spicy yet tasty, not too oily like most takeaways, chicken well cooked and nice fresh chapatis and rotis.

Literally fuming. Food was meant to be delivered at 16.45 and they rang me at 16.50 saying they had run out of cheese burgers?? Why are you cooking the food at the delivery time for a start but the attitude of the person who rang me was disgusting. Will never order from here again. scruffs.

I ordered from this restaurant at 5:45pm last night. The restaurant confirmed the order would be here at 6:30pm and texted me at 6:12pm to confirm that the order was bagged and on its way, however by 6:45 the order still hadn't arrived, so we rang the takeaway to ask if it was on its way as we'd been waiting for the order for half an hour. The man we called was VERY rude to my mum about it. It got to 7pm and the order still hadn't arrived, so we called yet again to ask about the order. The man said it was on its way, however by that point we'd been waiting for 45 minutes as it'd been "on its way" for that whole 45 minutes. It wasn't until 7:20pm our order had finally arrived, with the driver saying "it was traffic" that kept him so long, which is a ridiculous thing to say as we live 5 minutes away from the takeaway and he wouldn't have had to come through any major roads to get to us. We reported this to Just Eat on Twitter. I wouldn't put this takeaway on the Just Eat website as I feel they don't deserve the business for this facade. Anyway, 4 stars for the food, not half bad. I like pizza.

What went wrong? Have always enjoyed the curries but delivered late, it happens! Wrong items received. Rang up they sent again and it was cold on delivery. Very greasy. Chicken jalfrazi dry and bland more like korma. Balti exotica not as good as normal. Hope this is rectified

I ordered a chicken burger meal, kids cheese burger meal, big bottle of Pepsi and chocolate cake and custard. When the delivery driver past me the bag it was all covered in custard the lid wasn’t on the cake and custard and it had leaked all over mine and my daughters food! Not to mention I paid £3.50 for that cake. Not happy

I ordered the shredded peri peri chicken Keebab. When it arrived it was clearly cheap chicken donner meat with peri peri sauce chucked on. If i wanted chicken donner i would have ordered that as its an option in the menu. Dissatisfied to say tye least and its very misleading as they also sell peri peri chicken thats on the bone grilled.

Not the best but nothing to complain about too much. Menu on the burgers isnt very informative and paying 2.50 delivery is a big enough put off for me to order from pretty much any takeaway. Probably won't bother with khan's again.

excellent food certainly not shy in giving big portions. would recommend all day especially the Asian style lamb curry with naan

Compared to past time we've ordered from here the food quality has dropped with the curries being far blander than they used to be, maybe it was just an off day, who knows. What I can complain at though is the person delivering it charging £1 extra than what was stated on the receipt. So not only was the food worse than average it also costed more than it should of. One thing that probably explains the poor food though was it took 20 minutes from ordering for it to be delivered. That's questionably quick for given the estimated time was more than twice that. Not too bothered though, only ordered from here because an error occurred with just eat from trying to order elsewhere, since we didn't know if it was an error with just eat or the other place we ordered from here instead. This was our 2nd option because it used to be good, fair to say if it's going to be like this again it won't even make the list.

Delivered much earlier than expected. Pizza was slightly undercooked, but plenty of toppings and tasted good. Garlic bread was tasty.

ordered and was here within 10 mins. very strange. chapatis look like kitchen towels. chicken Karahi tastes of nothing and I mean nothing! ohh hang on I’m getting a stale taste of bread 🤢

The bonoffee cookie dough was awful. The toffee sauce and cream was non existent, barley any strawberries on it. The seekh kebabs were dry, no sauces added on even though it was requested. No drinks were sent, though ordered. Honestly disappointed.

Food arrived very late. And cold. Rang back to explain was told they give us free food next time. Told them we wanted a replacement which they eventually sent, food thrown together and not very nice. Shame as we usually like ordering from here. Last few times haven’t been up to standard, won’t order again unfortunately.

Okie dokie, I will start in brief, Food: Good Delivery: early Customer service: shocking So, we go in to this review looking at the food. I ordered a full piri piri chicken with chips and three tubs of mayo at 30 pence each I should add. The chicken was possibly some of the best I've eaten in the area, this said upon halaling this poor bird up it would appear it had been left in a rather, shal we say, amputated state. I mean The last time I checked chickens tended to have two legs, not one. Although the bird I had been served may have been slightly handicapped, it was rather nice. So we move on to the chips, well they were chips, not much more to say. The mayo. well the mayo up on leaving the restaurant seemed to enter a phenomenon unknown in popular culture but non the less seemingly real, know as "the somewhere between keighley and haworth triangle" As you may or may not already know things in this area tend to disappear, and not only the rims off your BM. Yes the mayo did not arrive. We swiftly move on to the customer service. It was shocking. Upon calling the restaurant And querying the items that didn't arrive, what followed was an almost lifeless gent informing me they had closed and that they couldn't do anything about it, what proceeded this was, well nothing, I'd been hung up on. So let's summarize. If you don't want to talk to anyone about missing items or disabled birds, this may just be an actual edible choice in a town known best for it's inedable fast food.

Officially the worst curry I've had this year

First time ordering from here not impressed with the quality.. ordered keema and chips keema was definitely not fresh. I also order a special parmo which was advertised as meat,salami and chicken but there was no meat on it. Wont be ordering again 👎🏻

Ordered food. Came very early which I was happy with, but that’s were good service ended. The burger I ordered was horrible, tasted like frozen birds-eye fillets rather than a fresh fillet. Hash brown tasted cheap and horrible. My milkshake wasn’t with the order so deliver driver said he would get me one and bring it back. I will say he did this very quick no more then 10 minutes. My milkshake was very warm had melted completely, tasted like warm milk with no flavouring. Was most definitely a wasted £10

Best food in keighley. Hands down. A bunch of top lads making top shelf food, before you ring any other restuarant or call your old go to, try khans.

my family loves Khans because they love hot curries. but I can't eat hot spicy food so I always ask for my chicken tikka masala to be warm not hot. as I like very mild curries. Unfortunately out of the 4 curries iv had from Khans only one has been mild as I'd requested. and it was very very nice. but 3 I haven't been able to eat because they have been far to hot for me.

Food arrived a little earlier than stated that's always great. Food quality was decent, nice portion sizes cooked real nicely a little oily with the curry but that's just due to the way it's cooked didn't effect fold quality. Appalled at the 50p service charge from Just-Eat so will be ordering my phone call direct next time! Would happily recommend this place to friends and family :)
