Khans Balti House in Doncaster

Just lately, the delivery side has gone really bad not getting your food on time and when you do, it’s cold I’m getting really fed up with it

Been going to khans for years now. If you order more than 2 dishes be prepared for them to get it wrong, they have done for years. But tonight they excelled themselves, they said our delivery would be up to 1 hour, 1 1/2 hours it finally rocked up, to say the got a 3 person order wrong is an understatement. We rang them up, 1 hour later they delivered again. Last time I use this establishment.

Two times ordered from khan balti house I noticed the food was prepared by non professional cook.

Joke, 2 hours to get food that hasn’t even been started , last time

Ordered a keema naan and got a plain naan bread. I love keema naan bread so not a happy bunny. The rest of my order was very tasty. Shame about the naan.

We tried this takeaway for the first time on the 4/10/24 we had a chicken bhuna and really enjoyed it. It was that nice and fresh we ordered again on the 5/10/24 and tried a chicken jalfrezi and it was lovely and fresh. The cheesy naan bread was delicious too.

Ordered from just eat, they forgot my rice so I rang up all I got was , okay we have finished now and the phone hung up on me. Disgusting

Very tasty indian halal food in reasonable price is available in Bently. Staff is very cooperative. Some desserts or ice-creams would be appreciated.

Garbage asked for chip spice guy on phone said no problem chips came bland and under cooked kebab came with no salat ordered few times been ok never again now

I will never buy from here again ordered lamb korma got 6 little bit of meat chapatis were hard poppadoms were soft charge more for curry got a small container what you normally put rice in rang and complained they put phone down I had been going there for 15 years but never again food was horrible

Never again. Everything was poor, especially the food.

Just started ordering from hear after about 10 years of not was very impressed at first food really good but 5 weeks in and last few weeks order has things missing and to night missing rice to go with husbands curry had to wait 25 mins for them to send some so had to micro curry and my mixed grill should have come with chicken cougons but they sent wings instead so disappointed Saturday night take away should be a treat not a nightmare

Absolutely awful. I ordered a lamb tikka seater when it arrived it was a bit of land curry. Chicken chaat starter was a bit of chicken curry on greasy bread, no salad or raita. My brother ordered mixed dishes i.e. mixed meat and there was barely any chicken in there. I feel I am doing them a credit by giving them one star………… do not go there. And we did not get a refund for sub standard food.

They've suddenly started making everything way too hot (spicy)last couple of orders have been a bit disappointing

2nd time trying and it was lovely. Food was all really warm and fresh. Had a ridiculously cheap deal of 2 x mix kebabs, 1 cheese burger, any 2 curries and naan, rice and poppadoms for £22. Not sure how this is the correct price but it was. The curries were so tasty and spicy just what we like. Kebabs were all very fresh, meat was succulent with fresh salad. Definitely wroth a try.

Waited 2 hours for delivery when I phoned up kept saying its out for delivery. Phoned 4 times. First time I've ordered via website. Never again they have your money so ain't bothered

Food at Khan's Balti House is always consistently good, Kebabs are amazing and very well priced with the best Naan Breads around. Staff always helpful. I would recommend if you have not ordered from here before then give it a try and make your own mind up.

So I ordered mix doner nan so I opend it and I found some Bogies in it and red nail and hair I will never ever again Oder from this place it’s disgusting Delivery was so late it takes an hour for them to come to your house they should be ashamed Of them selfs

Used Khans for last few years and has always been really great food & also good value for money. All our friends always been impressed when we’ve ordered from them instead of more popular take always. We’ve stuck with them even though our last 4 orders have been late or had poor flavor. Tonights ...I’m really sad to say was late by at least 45 minutes, cold and poor flavor. Only ordered two dishes, garlic chili chicken balti & chicken Karhai, both were cold and flavorless the garlic naan was cold too. Really really disappointed & when I called them there was no sign of apology for being late. Afraid to say it’s the last time we will be using them. 👎

£15 I paid for a curry, bombay potatoes and rice with naan, there was 4 small pieces of chicken in the curry and the same amount of small pieces of potatoes, stupidly over excessive amounts of sauce and nowhere near enough ACTUAL CHEWABLE FOOD. I WILL be contacting you when you open up today as I was disgusted in what I got for my money, £15 For pretty much 2 tubs of sauce! You take the piss.

First time I've had a meal from this place. Delivery was relatively quick and the meal was very nice unfortunately I can't give them 5 star's because I ordered garlic keema naan but had a plain garlic naan delivered. It might not seem much but its not the point, not only are you looking forward to what you've ordered but the garlic naan is 70p cheaper. We we're too hungry and couldn't be bothered to complain so I'm not sure if I'll be ordering anything from them in the future

I don’t normally write reviews but felt I wanted to this time. After reading some of the reviews I was scepticle to order from this Balti house. Many times I wanted to try and then decided not to in reading the reviews. Today I finally gave it a go and boy I am so glad I did. I ordered to pick up and the meal was ready as agreed when I got there On tasting it It was beautiful made with tender chicken and tasty sauce. So glad I tried I would defiantly recommend it.

Onion Bahji's were terrific.....shame the rest was poor. Pretty bland....Nan bread was dry and....more like a pitta bread than a garlic man. Runny tasteless curry.....wont be going back.

Not overly fussed on this place. The burgers they do are really nice but their curries are a bit watery.

Usually just get chips from here as they're really good, but the specials are tasty too.

Phoned up for delivery and was told it'll be a hour and a half, customer service was shocking.

We ordered tikka massala's, rice's, nan's, onion B and another starter from here. We asked for no salad with the starters - we got them covered in a type of coleslaw with tomato over everything. Gross to those of us not a big lover of tomato. The tikka massala wasn't much better. It tasted like they had chopped tomatoes and boiled them down, maybe added a little salt and loads of onion and tomato chunks....that's it, no spice etc. Pretty much a babies pure of tomato. I've had tikka massala loads of times before and this was nothing like it and just tasted like basic home made tomato soup...., did I mention not a big tomato lover? We threw it all away after a few folk full. Never got our free bottle of pop as advertised on Just Eat. Anyway, horrid flavour, not worth the money paid, not worth ordering.., EVER!

I visit khan balti house hunt lane bentley once in week.all curries are nice and tasty.khan balti staff is friendly and helpful.all kebabs are nice. Food is lovely and tasty .

Group of us had variety of foods - chips, naan bread, kebab, chicken bhuna, chicken tikka, pilau rice, etc. Ordered online via JustEat, picked up within 20 mins. Friendly guys in shop. Food itself smelled good and tasted even better. Lovely portion sizes too. None of us could fault it in any way and will definitely be going back
