Terrible food terrible service lady kept on getting confused when ordering from drive thru chicken was way to greasy never ordering from here again

They are trying to scam me we order a bottle of coke they did not give as ,

Missing food spent £40 something and get half my food I ordered

Absolutely terrible, half the food missing, the delivery man was fine as it’s not his fault

There is always something missing going to have to try somewhere else! Last time burger this time popcorn chicken its always leaving someone without their meal!

Cold cold and cold what a waste of money

All the kiosks were down bar one. We got as far as payment, then the payment failed and the screen locked up. Many people milking about trying to order food and just giving up. Also tried to order at the till to pay by cash, but was told we couldn't do that. See photo.... Clueless person being the counter not helping at all.

Delivery got here quite quickly but we were missing all of the 4 drinks we ordered and also 3 lots of fries! Really ruined our experience and it was a treat for Mother’s day too. Would definitely not order from here again and wouldn’t recommend to others.

No issues with delivery however I requested regular fries rather than signature fries in my notes for the order so disappointing on that front, ended up having to do my own chips as I don't like signature fries.

Even though it was late delivery, the food was hot and very tasty. Thank you for your excellent service

Food is absolutely cold, i placed an order earlier to be delivered at 6.30 My order came early and cold. Restaurant prepared my order early and let it get cold. I had to eat cold food. Very bad from kfc

chicken was very bland, The inside was very dry whilst the outside wasn't cripsy. overall quality was appalling. I've had food from this store before and haven't had an issue like this before.

Found hair in my wrap! Went to refund it & the asian worker RAJ started shouting at us saying ‘you want a refund’ & snatched the food out our hand & was verbally abusive. Really bad service & attitude! DO NOT EAT THERE, GO MACCIES! Raj needs training & additional support to have better customer service

We ordered the special deal of two fries and two fillet burgers but we ordered two lots of it so we should’ve recieved 4 burgers and 4 fries. We only received the one lot of 2 burgers and 2 fries. Delivery driver said he asked and double checked it contained everything as the bag was tiny and kfc workers said it has everything. it shows on their screen what we ordered, do people not have the decency to double check orders anymore or do they just hate their job so they’re be half arsed?

Always dirty and the staff aren't very friendly or even good at their jobs.

I recently visited KFC Bentley bridge and was disappointed with the service. I had chosen the option for my order to be brought to the table, but instead, the blonde cashier loudly called out my order number rather than delivering it as expected. Her attitude made it clear she was unwilling to fulfill this part of her role. If table service is offered, staff should follow through with it properly. Otherwise, why offer it at all? A more professional and customer-friendly approach would go a long way in improving the experience. I hope this is addressed so that future visits are more enjoyable. In addition there is no need for ego and kindness goes long way do better!

Very fast delivery. Lovely food. Asked for no leg meat and this was respected. Small gripe was that the chips were cold but the rest of the food was warm enough. Would order again.

Delivery driver having no customer service skills, no hello, no how are you. He just opened gis mouth to say 'pin, pin'. Then he left, no "good bye', no "enjoy your meal". Just turned and left. Pity.

24th Feb around 8pm. Me and the missus popped in as she fancied a her guilty pleasure, a krushem (time of the month) We ordered two and they were fantastic. I then ordered another one for her, an a different worker made it. It was like a watered down mess, no idea how he made it but was nothing like the first two. I went up to the guy who served us the first time and he sorted us out another one as I think he knew it was wrong and wanted to resolve it. Loverly guy, didn't catch his name. You're a credit to customer service.

Cold food missing items No delivery problems

Twice in one week, Bentley bridge KFC has got my order wrong. I specifically stated I didn't want this or drumsticks, and twice they put them in, thus spoiling my eating experience. They are are a law unto themselves and will hurt my throat. And I will sue the pants off u.

you don't get your full order and when then kfc refuse to send that food so now I have to put in a second order so my kids can get the food I originally ordered and pay delivery again. its a joke!!!

Delivered ahead of the initial projected time which was great but did have to microwave and air fry it as was not that hot. No biggie though.

Absouloutely disgusting food over cooked dry chicken the owners need to actually need to step in and fix there staff as standards are horrible you rob hard working people of there money with high prices and give them cold horrible food have some respect and dont give people food that you would not eat yourself over the years quality and quantity just going down hill would rather spend money at nandos value for money

Drive through or in store service. You can pre-order and collect from the app or pay extra for delivery. Good food.

Well everything was ok until I only had one popcorn chicken instead of 2. The original or already had popcorn chicken included. then I agreed to an additional one as part of a free off and never got it...disappointing. IWhatbis the point in offering it if you never get these things. .like ordering sauces. Hit and miss. Uts tge small things that count like wipes or napkins.

Worse kfc ever. Gave me a snack box with 5 bits of popcorn chicken n a few fries. Took it in the shop and the guy told me it was correct. This was after waiting in a drive through for 15 min with one customer. I had to take a picture it was so bad. I’ll upload it now. Awful. It’s like they don’t want customers Literally 5 bits of popcorn chicken n a few crusty fries. He told me it was correct as it came up to a line positioned half way up the box. Meaning they make packaging with intent to only half full it !! Forget kfc. I’ll prob stop using them all together now. Not just this branch Reply to the reply. Your reviews are wrote off !! If u was going to improve it’s should have been when the first few one stars started coming but it’s seems a year later your still hiring people that treat customers with disrespect. The first guy I approached on the tills looked at what I recived , apologised and said he will go sort it out for me. Then an Asian guy come from the back with my food in hand and told me it was normal and gave it me back!! Isn’t that against fast food policy?! If somethings opened and touched by staff they still give it back to the customer after I was told it was going to be swapped!! I think not. It was not only one quarter on the way full but it was all nearly cold.i took it from him and took a picture of it and told him i was uploading it with a negative review. He said ok !! Gave me half empty chips and chicken hard and not warm. I took it in the store and the manager told me “ it is what it is “. I told him it isnt and to refund it. He didn’t not give a crap. Who taught this guy customer service im unsure but it definitely was not the guy with the white beard on the side of the building

Kfc Bentley bridge do not read or take any notice of the restaurant notes that you leave as a request. Not even 1 item i requested was in my food order.
