Great friendly and fast service via drive through. Food what you'd expect.

Always great service especially from Lewis he is always quick extremely friendly and never Gets the order wrong always service with a smile he really is great and a credit to the team at Bentley bridge kfc. Thank you Lewis for always going above and beyond with your service you are appreciated

Absolutely disgusting service. Sat here right now at 21:50. States online it does'nt close until 23:00. When arrived the chairs was on the tables, we was ignored by all 4 staff for 5 mins, to then be told to order through kiosk, no choice to eat in on the kiosk. When received food we sat down at a table that did'nt have the chairs on. got popcorn chicken instead of the fillet. When i informed them they just took the box back and put the chicken in. Giving us a filthy look. For one of the staff members to start taking chairs off 2 tables shouting across to us and 2 other people telling us to sit on those tables instead because they are short staffed. There are litterally 6 people in here which is included us 2 and 4 staff members in the kitchen. Disgusting way to make customers feel welcome.

Food was luke warm. Staff were very unfriendly. Got my order wrong I informed them. They just looked at me took the food and came back with same food just a piece of chicken dumped on top. Chicken was oily. They don't close until 10:30 but online it states 11pm. We arrived 9:50pm The chairs were all up on tables so we sat in a booth... a lady got chairs off table and slammed to floor and shouted for us to sit there as she stated was short staffed . I could only see 4 staff member but there was only 6 customers 2 of them. me and my sister. Was really disappointed and will definitely be using mcdonalds instead.

We had a family bucket 10 pieces and we all had upset stomach’s with in a hour of eating it. It was very oily and also salty.

Sticks were not on corncobs and I was sent an incorrect item

Sat in at Bentley Bridge today for lunch. Met by a lovely young man, Ryan, who was so polite and helpful, helping anyone who asked anything of him or if he saw someone struggling on the self serve as that was the only way you could order. I queried something with Ryan and he dealt with it effectively and efficiently all with a smile and he most polite. For that part and the food, everything was great! The markdown in my stars is for the attitude of the manager on shift, the lady with the Jamaican accent! I witnessed her grab a member of staff's arm and drag them out the way and then prod another member of staff in the back to deal with a customer! Absolutely shocking and down right disgusting! I know you were busy but, please, be kind! No body should experience disrespect at work and certainly not by a colleague and definitely not by a manager! All of this in view of your staff and everyone dining,! Shame on you!!

the driver broke down we kept calling him and he kept saying on his way but wasn't moving on the tacker food arrived cold had to warm up the food which made it taste horrible

Ordered a colonel meal for 9.99 and it came without fries

never received the whole order. driver was on tracking as here waited at door for delivery via pin number. Delivery was then marked as delivered by driver with no food received. Had to request a refund for the whole order.....very poor.

This is not the first time I've had a issue with my order from KFC. For some reason the Quality of the food is not that good.

The food was great, but the collection of the food was not the best. I accidently pressed eat in, when I was taking out and I apologised and asked to take it out. The two men who got the bag and helped put it in were very nice and gave a great service. But this female worker was ranting because we pressed eat in and she was moaning about it saying that if we pressed it then we should stay in and blah blah very miserable woman. Don't see what her problem was when she wasn't even serving us 🤣 and its not like we was rude about it we asked nicely and apologised for the mistake.

Not the best visit. Food was warm at best obviously had sat on the "warmer" for sometime. Staff bored or uninterested. We visit this site because they are usually the best . But not on this occasion very poor food .

Came in the drive thru a couple of days ago and was greeted by this lovely young lad Lewis. He was polite and friendly and made sure all my food was served at a great standard. Would definitely come again for this great service xx

Went in last night about 10.05pm on the door it says open until 10.30pm Wife went to sit down to be told can we sit on the other side as they are cleaning down the one side (no issues with that the guy asked politely) Recieved food about 10.10pm server was polite but the guy working on drive through proceeded to come over and tell me its takeaway only now you cant eat in I dont think so its says 10.30pm on the door. Our server said dont worry eat your food in it's no issues Spoke to the duty manager as we were leaving at 10.30pm about our experience (rebecca) and dont think she was particularly bother about it either as she never even apologized but lamely said she would speak to the staff member I'll obviously think again about spending £25 at this kfc

Not packaged properly. There was no lid on the chicken so someone felt it was hygienic to place the popcorn boxes directly on top of the chicken! Not impressed!

Driver couldn’t find me even though it’s pin pointed on the map and haven’t had this issue before with multiple orders too the same address. The rice box was missing the rice and extra chicken too.

Kids have really enjoyed there meals 🥰 both meals were nice and hot not cold just perfect thank you so much 🥰 received everything I ordered too there was no missing items….really happy xx
