Busiest time of the week, multiple orders and the delivery courier gets swamped with Drops! Food was still hot and courier was polite.

Sent wrong pop and 1 chips missing

Chips were soggy and cold and no crispy chicken at all was soft and not worth the money

Only half the order was delivered, chi ken is bangin as always.

Bentley bridge service 100% from a man called Lex Very helpful and polite.

Lex patrina and sam were all helpful during my visit as Lex helped me me on the kiosk and sam offered to clean up my table patrina also helped explain how the kiosk process works

Was fast and helpful food was good and the staff was pleasant enjoyed

The furniture is very cozy and good

food was stone cold if I wanted a microwave meal I would have bought one and it wouldn't have cost me 36quid

Cold cold and cold what a waste of money

All the kiosks were down bar one. We got as far as payment, then the payment failed and the screen locked up. Many people milking about trying to order food and just giving up. Also tried to order at the till to pay by cash, but was told we couldn't do that. See photo.... Clueless person being the counter not helping at all.

No issues with delivery however I requested regular fries rather than signature fries in my notes for the order so disappointing on that front, ended up having to do my own chips as I don't like signature fries.

Delivery got here quite quickly but we were missing all of the 4 drinks we ordered and also 3 lots of fries! Really ruined our experience and it was a treat for Mother’s day too. Would definitely not order from here again and wouldn’t recommend to others.

chicken was very bland, The inside was very dry whilst the outside wasn't cripsy. overall quality was appalling. I've had food from this store before and haven't had an issue like this before.

Found hair in my wrap! Went to refund it & the asian worker RAJ started shouting at us saying ‘you want a refund’ & snatched the food out our hand & was verbally abusive. We ordered the special deal of two fries and two fillet burgers but we ordered two lots of it so we should’ve recieved 4 burgers and 4 fries. We only received the one lot of 2 burgers and 2 fries. Delivery driver said he asked and double checked it contained everything as the bag was tiny and kfc workers said it has everything. it shows on their screen what we ordered, do people not have the decency to double check orders anymore or do they just hate their job so they’re be half arsed?

I recently visited KFC Bentley bridge and was disappointed with the service. I had chosen the option for my order to be brought to the table, but instead, the blonde cashier loudly called out my order number rather than delivering it as expected. Her attitude made it clear she was unwilling to fulfill this part of her role. If table service is offered, staff should follow through with it properly. Otherwise, why offer it at all? A more professional and customer-friendly approach would go a long way in improving the experience. I hope this is addressed so that future visits are more enjoyable. In addition there is no need for ego and kindness goes long way do better!
