Received the wrong order when delivered by Uber so went in store myself to rectify. Staff in store couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you so much for your customer service - top notch.

Found hair in my wrap! Went to refund it & the asian worker RAJ started shouting at us saying ‘you want a refund’ & snatched the food out our hand & was verbally abusive. Really bad service & attitude! DO NOT EAT THERE, GO MACCIES! Raj needs training & additional support to have better customer service

I recently visited KFC Bentley bridge and was disappointed with the service. I had chosen the option for my order to be brought to the table, but instead, the blonde cashier loudly called out my order number rather than delivering it as expected. Her attitude made it clear she was unwilling to fulfill this part of her role. If table service is offered, staff should follow through with it properly. Otherwise, why offer it at all? A more professional and customer-friendly approach would go a long way in improving the experience. I hope this is addressed so that future visits are more enjoyable. In addition there is no need for ego and kindness goes long way do better!

24th Feb around 8pm. Me and the missus popped in as she fancied a her guilty pleasure, a krushem (time of the month) We ordered two and they were fantastic. I then ordered another one for her, an a different worker made it. It was like a watered down mess, no idea how he made it but was nothing like the first two. I went up to the guy who served us the first time and he sorted us out another one as I think he knew it was wrong and wanted to resolve it. Loverly guy, didn't catch his name. You're a credit to customer service.

Absouloutely disgusting food over cooked dry chicken the owners need to actually need to step in and fix there staff as standards are horrible you rob hard working people of there money with high prices and give them cold horrible food have some respect and dont give people food that you would not eat yourself over the years quality and quantity just going down hill would rather spend money at nandos value for money

I order 2 meal box today take away but I never see sweetcorn in no one of them that’s not there first time it’s happened before

Drive through or in store service. You can pre-order and collect from the app or pay extra for delivery. Good food.

The chicken was very oily and fries were stail ordered large but got regular fries. Did not get receipt the server screwed it up and through it in the bin at the drive through window.

Just went here to order food. Was left standing/ for over 5mins. Went they staff finally came over they wouldn't take my order over the till, stating no orders over the till. What's the world coming to?? Why employ ppl to just stand there. Just get robot's . It's a joke

Well everything was ok until I only had one popcorn chicken instead of 2. The original or already had popcorn chicken included. then I agreed to an additional one as part of a free off and never got it...disappointing. IWhatbis the point in offering it if you never get these things. .like ordering sauces. Hit and miss. Uts tge small things that count like wipes or napkins.

Worse kfc ever. Gave me a snack box with 5 bits of popcorn chicken n a few fries. Took it in the shop and the guy told me it was correct. This was after waiting in a drive through for 15 min with one customer. I had to take a picture it was so bad. I’ll upload it now. Awful. It’s like they don’t want customers Literally 5 bits of popcorn chicken n a few crusty fries. He told me it was correct as it came up to a line positioned half way up the box. Meaning they make packaging with intent to only half full it !! Forget kfc. I’ll prob stop using them all together now. Not just this branch Reply to the reply. Your reviews are wrote off !! If u was going to improve it’s should have been when the first few one stars started coming but it’s seems a year later your still hiring people that treat customers with disrespect. The first guy I approached on the tills looked at what I recived , apologised and said he will go sort it out for me. Then an Asian guy come from the back with my food in hand and told me it was normal and gave it me back!! Isn’t that against fast food policy?! If somethings opened and touched by staff they still give it back to the customer after I was told it was going to be swapped!! I think not. It was not only one quarter on the way full but it was all nearly cold.i took it from him and took a picture of it and told him i was uploading it with a negative review. He said ok !! How can you be employing such a person. Is he a family member or something

I had two chicken burgers, pop corn chicken and fries, cold, mess, disgusting, over £20. Person delivered unpleasant. Never use again!

Gave me half empty chips and chicken hard and not warm. I took it in the store and the manager told me “ it is what it is “. I told him it isnt and to refund it. He didn’t not give a crap. Who taught this guy customer service im unsure but it definitely was not the guy with the white beard on the side of the building

Kfc Bentley bridge do not read or take any notice of the restaurant notes that you leave as a request. Not even 1 item i requested was in my food order.

Wouldn't give any stars , kids went bowling for my grandsons birthday and wanted KFC, inside they wouldn't let us order at the counter even though 3 staff standing around talking took ages to work it out on the screen they just watched. Rude,miserable staff if it wasn't for the kids I would have not bothered. Then watched us trying to order ice cream then we went and asked to be very rudely told we have none machine broke. NEVER WILL I GO IN THERE AGAIN.

We just ordered through the Uber eats app, just received my order 3 x stuffing towers 1 x zinger burger and wicked variety bucket. These meals are not cheap it’s close to £60. I am so disappointed and annoyed. I don’t very often order a take out. Reminder to myself not to bother ordering out, over priced for the money I spent we could have had a 3 course meal somewhere. I am so fuming I’m never ordering from KFC again.

Food was luke warm. Staff were very unfriendly. Got my order wrong I informed them. They just looked at me took the food and came back with same food just a piece of chicken dumped on top. Chicken was oily. They don't close until 10:30 but online it states 11pm. We arrived 9:50pm The chairs were all up on tables so we sat in a booth... a lady got chairs off table and slammed to floor and shouted for us to sit there as she stated was short staffed . I could only see 4 staff member but there was only 6 customers 2 of them. me and my sister. Was really disappointed and will definitely be using mcdonalds instead.

Absolutely disgusting service. Sat here right now at 21:50. States online it does'nt close until 23:00. When arrived the chairs was on the tables, we was ignored by all 4 staff for 5 mins, to then be told to order through kiosk, no choice to eat in on the kiosk. When received food we sat down at a table that did'nt have the chairs on. got popcorn chicken instead of the fillet. When i informed them they just took the box back and put the chicken in. Giving us a filthy look. For one of the staff members to start taking chairs off 2 tables shouting across to us and 2 other people telling us to sit on those tables instead because they are short staffed. There are litterally 6 people in here which is included us 2 and 4 staff members in the kitchen. Disgusting way to make customers feel welcome.
