Food fresh hot and nice unfortunately the place is left down by full rubbish bins And car park could do with a clean

Went through the drive thru. Asked for boneless feast. Opened the bag and there was no chips. Went inside and told a staff member. She wasn't interested. So the girl who gave me my oder originally came to see me. Told her the chips missing. She aggressively said I put them in. Eventually had them plus a "lovely attitude". Does she really think I would con them out of a couple of chips!!!

It's alright, I buy here if I have no time to cook. Wicked Variety!

Very fast service, great to sit down Great food

As KFCs go, this one is generally okay. However they sometimes pull a fast one. Last couple of times I've driven through I've had lettuce in a wrap instead of the rainbow slaw that's supposed to be inside. And I always need to ask twice for a spork/napkins, sauces etc. There is one silver lining here, when you dine inside, there's sometimes a older lady who clearly appreciates her job here and is a pleasure to order with. Photo for reference, £6 twister wrap, may as well have been a Flamin wrap for £2... disappointing.

Nice place and atmosphere. Plenty of car parking. High WI FI is available. Very clean toilets

Food arrived cold delivery driver was rude and arrogant

Never arrived, have messages that just eat sent him somewhere else so he binned food and went to other deliverys

Ordered at 16.28. Arrived 18.15. Nearly two hours later

Items missing, items wrong. And out of what was delivered it was chucked together as if it was 2 minutes to closing time. Terrible

Don't rec here unless you go to KFC all the time. Very confusing asked for meal got completely different

I am extremely disappointed with this particular KFC. Not only has my order been incorrect on multiple occasions, but the staff also need to be educated on customer service and manners. Cleanliness and hygiene are essential when working in the food industry, and KFC has failed to provide this. The car park is in a disgraceful state. I have witnessed a rat running through it on one occasion, as there is rubbish and leftover food that has fallen out of the overflowing bin. Furthermore, customers who eat their food in their cars have been seen throwing food and rubbish out into the car park, and KFC has failed to assign a staff member to clear the rubbish and empty the bins. I have decided that I will not be returning here.

Great place and service, plus the quality of food is sound. This is a complaint as I need 2 slot cup holders. The 4 slot cup holders aren’t good enough and is unstable. So this evening after coming back a month later c they still don’t have the 2 cup holders. My drink spilt, and now I don’t have my drink to go with the meal. They didn’t have these last month either. Please get the 2 or cup holders. I will then change my review to 5 stars

Staff declined to offer eat in when I visited at 2130 hrs on a Monday. They mentioned that they close the eat in at 10 and unable to process my request. Finally I had to justify the time mentioned in the Google and Manage to eat in. Still the food was not in good quality.

Didn't wait to long in queue and all my order was there and hot shame about the very poor app kfc got the old one was much better

The driver wasn’t even assigned until 2 and a half hours after we placed the order and the food that came was missing some items. Not worth the money at all. There shouldn’t be a charge for delivery if it takes that long as we were told it would take about 30 minutes.

delivery never made to my house , we not be ordering off app again as I now have to order from somewhere else and be £20 out if pocket until you investigate

Went in store to order quite late In the evening. Young woman with a kfc branded cap on served us. Amazing service, super inviting and happy and was quicker than expected.

As I entered the building I was greeted by a lovely 63 year old male with green hair however when me and my wheel chair stroll over to the front till, I was unable to read as high as the boards so I decided to stand up for the first time but when I turned around I tripped over my wheelchair because the incompetent staff couldn't move it out the way for me shocking

I usually use the drive-thru, but I've never received exactly what I ordered. There's always something missing or incorrect. The chicken at this branch is much greasier than at other locations, indicating a specific issue here. Additionally, prices have increased significantly while portion sizes have decreased. On the plus side, there's plenty of parking and the staff are generally polite.

Food arrived cold, 6 missing items and delivery was 20mins late so disappointed

Not happy, Delivery drive gave my food to my neighbour, even though they rang me gave the house number and gave my exact location on the app. Only when I had an alert to say food was delivered, I went outside, flagged the driver down who was driving away. The driver went to the neighbour to get my food back. If I didn’t go outside someone else would have had my food. There should be a rule to identify the order number to the delivery drivers before food exchange. Won’t use this service again

For the second time in a row they have forgotten something on my order absolutely disgusting that you continually let them do this I will be putting a formal complaint

Popped there earlier, I must say the food is indeed excellent, I couldn’t hear the rep as I’d forgotten my hearing aids. I had 2x 10 bargain buckets, at £18.99 each, along with 1, 6 fam feast. @ £17.99. Yet received just one leg bottle of Pepsi? I don’t mind paying for my goods required. Please ensure the orders are correct, as it’s your responsibility, not mine. You Let yourselves down there lads. It didn’t mar our family meal, but; it could have. Thanks all the same.

Staff seem extremely keen to shut up got told the self order wasn't working only takes away it wasn't even 9.30pm when I got there. Not impressed with it at all. Just walked out got put off it due to the atmosphere

They forgot to add super charger dips to both meals

Stopped in at 10pm after work to be told don't order from machine we may not have what you want already there and take out only Basically telling us we can only eat what they have already got cooked and get out so we got out and went to burger king instead

Wrong order. I asked for buttermilk mayo sauce, bbq sauce and coleslaw but I got gravy!!! Very unhappy!!

I haven't had a KFC for years but I am so glad we did. My chicken was perfect the fantastic crunchy coating all topped with a lovely BBQ sauce. Every thing was lovely and clean, the only thing working against it was that it was so quiet, so you can't really say that there was an atmosphere. I will say though the staff were very helpful and friendly. Oh and another thing, you have to order on those flippin interactive order boards, obviously to cut down on staff, but, not a patch on standing in a cue moaning about the person at the front ordering for an Army.

According to the tracking facility on your website, Driver was over half an hour at the restaurant waiting to collect the meal, following which he had to go about 10 or more miles west of my address. By the time the meals arrived, as they were cold I had to microwave them, which did nothing to restore or enhance their texture or flavour. I am a regular customer with Just Eat, but this experience will do nothing to induce me to order again in any hurry

Most of the chicken coating was missing, looked like someone had a pick of the chicken! I shall not be ordering again. Chips were horrible too. Can't believe I paid all that money and didn't get a decent meal!

Love the kfc when going to drive through but everytime we order there’s something always missing or wrong every time

Arrived to find tables strewn with litter and leftover food , all bins over flowing , floor wet and the light/lamp shades covered in cobwebs, there were no other customers in the store so it could have been tidied up seeing as there were plenty of staff on shift 1 of which has a full beard and didn't have a beard net on

The whole experience was awful ! The bins were over flowing, tables covered in left over rubbish from customers who had left before we arrived, the whole place was dirty, there were even dust covered spider webs on the light fittings
