I am extremely disappointed with this particular KFC. Not only has my order been incorrect on multiple occasions, but the staff also need to be educated on customer service and manners. Cleanliness and hygiene are essential when working in the food industry, and KFC has failed to provide this. The car park is in a disgraceful state. I have witnessed a rat running through it on one occasion, as there is rubbish and leftover food that has fallen out of the overflowing bin. Furthermore, customers who eat their food in their cars have been seen throwing food and rubbish out into the car park, and KFC has failed to assign a staff member to clear the rubbish and empty the bins. I have decided that I will not be returning here.

Great place and service, plus the quality of food is sound. This is a complaint as I need 2 slot cup holders. The 4 slot cup holders aren’t good enough and is unstable. So this evening after coming back a month later c they still don’t have the 2 cup holders. My drink spilt, and now I don’t have my drink to go with the meal. They didn’t have these last month either. Please get the 2 or cup holders. I will then change my review to 5 stars

Staff declined to offer eat in when I visited at 2130 hrs on a Monday. They mentioned that they close the eat in at 10 and unable to process my request. Finally I had to justify the time mentioned in the Google and Manage to eat in. Still the food was not in good quality.

Didn't wait to long in queue and all my order was there and hot shame about the very poor app kfc got the old one was much better

Absolutely disgusting the bbq sauce was clumpy and had a jelly consistency wanted to kill myself half way through the burger Absolutely appalled with the meal also £2 for a tiny gravy pot absolutely disgusted do better the colonel would not be approve. Went in store to order quite late In the evening. Young woman with a kfc branded cap on served us. Amazing service, super inviting and happy and was quicker than expected.

As I entered the building I was greeted by a lovely 63 year old male with green hair however when me and my wheel chair stroll over to the front till, I was unable to read as high as the boards so I decided to stand up for the first time but when I turned around I tripped over my wheelchair because the incompetent staff couldn't move it out the way for me shocking

I usually use the drive-thru, but I've never received exactly what I ordered. There's always something missing or incorrect. The chicken at this branch is much greasier than at other locations, indicating a specific issue here. Additionally, prices have increased significantly while portion sizes have decreased. On the plus side, there's plenty of parking and the staff are generally polite.

Popped there earlier, I must say the food is indeed excellent, I couldn’t hear the rep as I’d forgotten my hearing aids. I had 2x 10 bargain buckets, at £18.99 each, along with 1, 6 fam feast. @ £17.99. Yet received just one leg bottle of Pepsi? I don’t mind paying for my goods required. Please ensure the orders are correct, as it’s your responsibility, not mine. You Let yourselves down there lads. It didn’t mar our family meal, but; it could have. Thanks all the same.

Staff seem extremely keen to shut up got told the self order wasn't working only takes away it wasn't even 9.30pm when I got there. Not impressed with it at all. Just walked out got put off it due to the atmosphere

Stopped in at 10pm after work to be told don't order from machine we may not have what you want already there and take out only Basically telling us we can only eat what they have already got cooked and get out so we got out and went to burger king instead

I haven't had a KFC for years but I am so glad we did. My chicken was perfect the fantastic crunchy coating all topped with a lovely BBQ sauce. Every thing was lovely and clean, the only thing working against it was that it was so quiet, so you can't really say that there was an atmosphere. I will say though the staff were very helpful and friendly. Oh and another thing, you have to order on those flippin interactive order boards, obviously to cut down on staff, but, not a patch on standing in a cue moaning about the person at the front ordering for an Army.

Does what is says on the tin/sign. Cannot beat a KFC. Clean restaurant and friendly staff.

When handed the food it was cold and wet. Waited to speak to staff but no one acknowledged me. Also didn’t give me any chips with my order. And I ordered 4 bags of chips.

Ordered on just eat, paid for meal, extra charge for service at 10% & delivery, ordered 18.35, delivery 19.20 - 19.40, turned up at 20.00. Cold, driver apologised for being late. Unexceptable. Paying for a service & not delivering. Won't be ordering again. Got to give 1 star or won't let me post review.

Didn't make it past the entrance when adding up the cost of the meal. Went to nearby carvery instead as cheaper!

Arrived to find tables strewn with litter and leftover food , all bins over flowing , floor wet and the light/lamp shades covered in cobwebs, there were no other customers in the store so it could have been tidied up seeing as there were plenty of staff on shift 1 of which has a full beard and didn't have a beard net on

The whole experience was awful ! The bins were over flowing, tables covered in left over rubbish from customers who had left before we arrived, the whole place was dirty, there were even dust covered spider webs on the light fittings

Ask for hot wings staff said we closed soon and didn’t want to cook any more and they closing one hour and twenty minutes time I think is enough time to cook them for us bad service

Although this restaurant is allways busy we done 2 orders and they mucked up both of them the second one they cancelled off without giving me my food

Food was served very quickly, went mid morning and the food was poor, the coating on the chicken was rock hard and chips weren't the best,the food could have been leftover from previous evening

Bought a bucket as it worked out cheaper than 3 meals.. took loads home too. It's one of those meals that after fighting the crowds at Smyths Toys that when you don't want to go home and cook and your taste buds just shout KFC... so much so, my neighbour saw my FB post and he had to go and get one 😆 🤣

Took my meal home only to find they packed the gravy on their side resulting in it leaking all over the bag.

Woman rude on phone saying look what you paid for is what you got Well it's not what I ordered or wanted Well you should have checked Checked 2 meals how complicated can it be to get 2 meals. If you want chicken... this is the KFC to visit! Yes, the prices may be higher now, but that's the same everywhere, and it isn't the staff's fault. The chicken is juicy and salty, the chips are better than Mcdonald's, the sides are usually delicious, and the drinks are always cold and full of ice, which I love. Staff are kind and helpful, always singing and dancing which makes it fun. Lots of youngsters working at KFC, it's nice to see them earning for themselves. Would 100% reccomend!

I've never been a big KFC fan however this was surprisingly very good! We dined in, good service good resting chicken. Daughter had a garlic chicken wrap meal. I would visit another KFC in the future.

On the whole, the chicken here leans toward wet, rather than crispy. I do mean wet, not juicy. It feels like it's been hot held for too long in a steam cupboard. The fries are regularly cold. The car park is always an absolute bombsite even though the staff can be be seen outside cleaning, very regularly. This is due to a little gymnastic visitor they have living in the bushes outside. If you can, take the rubbish inside because it's just going to end up everywhere. I have added a video of the bin raider for your enjoyment.

Escobar wanted a KFC. That secret blend was calling out, "Eat me, eat me". Okay Colonel. I outrank you but I will come and get some. Read the reviews and decide to play it safe. I order the three pieces of chichen. It was hot tasty and decent size.

Ordered two meals asked at collecting window to make sure drove home home only to discover wrong food and had to return the order for replacement’s . Returned on Friday at 10 pm got home and the zinger burger was a dry bun with no salad at all and chicken like leather Take a look. Told the manager on Monday he said I should have phoned They don’t answer the phone. Save your money get a bag of chips.

Went in to get meal. Queueing 10 mins before told if order will take a while. One person serving and can't cope. Get more staff or lose customers. Walked out went elsewhere.

I went to KFC with my wife and 6 kids and i asked bossman for a mini fillet burger right...bossman told me they were all out of minis right so yiu know what i did, had to grip the bloke by the scruff and drag him over the counter, "you get those damn mini fillets on boy" i exclaimed. Anyway great food and fast service

Who doesn't enjoy eating the colonels special recipe in a car park in Swansea, always a winner 😉 the only thing that was hard to swallow was the £10.19 price tag for a mighty bucket for one, and some spicy mayo, so won't be doing that again any time soon.

Probably the worst KFC I've ever had, needed to use napkins as oil absorbant matting to soak up the fat. Corn on the cob was overcooked and the chips were awful, pepsi was ok though. It was quite close to closing time but that is no excuse ☹

I found a piece of hair in my twister wrap, been trying to call for the past 10 minutes but no one has picked up the phone. This isn’t the first time something’s gone wrong with my order and have called to talk to someone about it and no one’s answered.

Appalling service and disgusting food!!! My drive-thru order was wrong so I took it back for it to be rectified but the lady that served me was disgustingly rude and refused to rectify my order, although she confirmed the mistake was made by them. The lady shouted my complaint to the incompetent staff cooking the food in a very unprofessional manner. I will never return to this joke of an establishment ever again!

An update to the main review....a long time later had a party bucket,£30+ should have gone somewhere else....things haven't changed large popcorn chicken missing..cold soggy fries,and yet again same abysmal service guess I'll have to wait another long period before visiting this tuck up outlet again.......Always check that you've got everything you've payed for... this is the third time I've been here and been given a shortfall.... this time 3 mini fillets and 8 hot wings short ....what can you say when you've no adult supervision on shift

Wow, I’ve not witnessed anybody working anywhere so blatantly showing how much they don’t care, or want to be there. Girl in the window taking orders today (11/4/23), why don’t you work in the back? Slouched over leaning on the wall, hands in your pockets providing blunt, one word answers with about as much enthusiasm as a brick. Seriously, what is the world coming to? If you’re not happy, go get another job!

If you love Moldy food this is the KFC for you, I've lost track of how many times the food from here has either been moldy, stone cold or just straight up inedible, 3 outta the last 5 times I've had food from here I've spent the night throwing up. The 1 time I give this KFC the benefit of the doubt they more or less spit in my face and give me food that could flatline me, what a joke avoid this KFC no matter what you do, your stomach will be better for it.

Sat in the car park in my car facing one of the bins. Joined by at least 7 rats of various sizes running about like it was thier summer holiday. Not the view I was expecting, sort it out manager.....

Had a bucket for one. I've never seen such tiny pieces of chicken from a KFC, and it was burnt and dry. Disgusting. Won't be going there again EVER

Walked in only to wait at the counter as three young staff members chatted behind the counter, uninterested in serving me until I prompted them. My order was taken but incorrectly charged. The food was not that great, and if the need for chicken comes over me in the future, I'll be visiting another outlet. KFC Upper Forest Way, Lllansamlet - not recommended.

Iam solidly convinced KFC is always decent in Wales. This only strengthen my convictions.

First time at this KFC and wasn't a great experience, server was very abrupt and even after making a mistake with the order disputed it immediately until I proved myself in the right. Hot wings very burnt and looked as though they had been out a while, had a zinger stacker box meal and I know the chip portions at KFC are miniscule but I actually counted 16 chips......bit annoying when you have a side of gravy and can't really get your dip on. Won't be visiting this KFC again.

13/1/23 Rats ruining all over the bins and car park. Bins could not have been regularly changed. Should be reported to environmental health. Never seen anything like it in my life.

One of the better KFC's out there. Hot, fresh food and the fries were for one, decent.

Every time I go to this particular KFC, they always get something wrong on the order. I have given up trying to correct it now, as the last visit was the last straw...they completely messed up what my daughter asked for, and my simple request of no ice was completely ignored. No other KFC seems to have these problems... today I gave them another chance. The order was complete (for once) and correct. The restaurant has had a makeover, new staff etc.

Cretins. Collect order missing items, I was watching each bit turn green on screen yet they still managed to miss half the order. Phoned and given a code for missing food. I don't live close and rarely pass by how does this help. Useless.

Absolutely the worst kfc that we have ever used. We ordered a party bucket. When we got home we were missing chips, popcorn chicken, large gravy and two corn on the cobs. We called to inform them and was asked to drive the 20 minutes back to the store tk pick up these items. Explained that another kfc was closer but no could not do that, neither could they do a refund. In all honesty they just did not want to help. In fact it seemed like we being unreasonable for complaining. Yes we should gave checked but the bags were sealed. Given a code to redeem the items if we ever are passing! Customer service, what customer service!

As expected! 3* for the taste. But much lower for the restaurant. The staff were wandering around like a scene from The Walking Dead. I tried oredering a Zinger meal from the sel service terminal but had to go to the till as I couldn't swap the drink for juice. Despite being the only one at the till and trying to get attention, the girl saw me and just turned around and started talking. I called out for service and a yiung chap served me. Yes, I had to repeat that I wanted to swap out the soda for juice. This took him two goes to get it. When the food came another lad just slid the food at me and before I could shout out for ketchup, he vanished through a door like a magician's assistant. I called out again and finally after a wait, another chap gave some. The Zinger burger looked so anorexic and small, Celine Dion had more meat on her at her last concert. Well done KFC for not exceeding my already low expectation.

Have always enjoyed KFC although I am finding lately that alternative versions are offering much better value for money. KFC is expensive by comparison and the quality of their food has down over the last few years.

Usual case of nearly the right food that was ordered. This time they were confused with zimmer boneless chicken and a chicken wing for my burger. Luckily I never cracked a tooth. Do yourself a faver, if you want chicken then go somewhere else. Not possible to give zero stars.

The man taking the orders in the drive thru was so ignorant and rude. My mother is hard of hearing and he was basically mocking my mother. After we left the drive thru my mum was in tears and shaking. That was the first time we went to that KFC and definitely will be the last time

Do not go here! 2 times now I have ordered and ordered 2 sides separately and they have forgot them both times. By the time I Get home and notice it’s too late to go back as my food will be cold, also don’t give you a receipt and charge you £34 for 2 tower burger box meals, 3 kids meals and 2 sides? A meal is £7 each and kids are £4 each so they are charging £4 per side? Really not happy I hope someone reads this and try’s to redeem there shambles or a fast food restaurant.

Whoever is working in your kitchen today (lunchtime 16/09/22) needs promoting. Without a doubt the best KFC I've had in 15 years. Massive thick fillet burger, loads of mayo, nicely seasoned and cooked. Huge hot wings. Absolutely banging.
