Got drive thru, food was very nice especially the chips. Only bad thing is asked for a Fanta and got given a coke not too big of a deal though.

Attitude from girl serving is awful. If you don’t like your job don’t do it.

Surprisingly clean tables and chairs. Speed of service was fast

Ordered a 14 chicken bucket meal through app on Wednesday afternoon. Everything was ready in just 3 minutes. Though you can't expect a very high quality of food with this price but it's still worth it.

Nice chicken just how you like it. No big queues, drive through still hot when I get home.

Chicken wings were too small, barely any meat on the bones, seemed overcooked or old. They tasted very weird..Nowhere near the pictures of chicken wings they advertised.. Totally disappointing..

Will be putting in a complaint to corporate. Ordered a 10 piece bucket and 6 of the pieces can only be described as Kentucky Fried Sparrow. Only half portions of chips. Will not be going again

After physically driving down tonight, after many many failed orders…again we have been let down by this absolute shocking food restaurant. Firstly, the ordering machine was not working. And actually had a sign on it saying it wasn’t working, then when pulling up to the window to place the order due to the broken machine, the member of staff was rude and hesitant to take my order. Secondly, once again they’ve got the order wrong, along with not even asking me what sides I wanted. Thirdly, when I got home to check the price I had paid. Somehow, I have spent £7 more than what I was meant to have spent. Also I could not verify my order, due to them not giving me a receipt for my transaction. Fourthly, when trying to ring the store to try get this rectified, they didn’t answer a single phone call. This will be the last time this store will have my custom and payment from me. Unacceptable! Yet again, I thought let’s try KFC, yet again, dissatisfaction. Surprise?… not really !?

This is the second time missing item in order. The drink we ordered is not delivered. last time it was the dip.

For a change, the chips were actually hot! Ordered from a different fast food chain before and chips always cold 🙄. Could have been a few more chips but good quality overall.

Yet another non delivery of KFC through Just Eat. Driver spotted outside house, didn't ring, didn't get out of car, drove off. Why isn't there an immediate alert option for non delivery? now have to wait days to get money back.

My 2 piece meal had no fries with it and the chicken had clearly been sat out for ages as the skin had all gone really tough and chewy. Hardly any meat. Very dissapointing.

Ridiculous, never arrived and the driver reported as delivered! Sent a message to the driver and no reply.

Good restaurant, food nicely cooked and not greasy , clean interior .nice staff one in.particular called Elain is fantastic .she makes the visit a real treat . She is so helpful and happy it makes it a joy to go there .

Driver never arrived!! He was 2 minutes away from my house on the maps and stopped for approx 5mins and then marked the order as delivered when he’d not been anywhere near!!

Only part of the order received and incorrect. Contacted the restaurant and wanted me to go into the shop for a voucher. Absolutely useless

beware of the just eat delivery driver's he came and delivered my order and asked for my code my phone was in the lounge at the time I'd said to him I will get my phone and tell you the code 3 times but he was going to run off with my food. I had to get brutal with him and dash quickly to get my phone and let him have the code before he handed my order over was not impressed at all with just eat service just beware ov this in the future from any other sites on here 🙃.

Slow. Items missing from order. Drinks flat and with no flavour. Staff priority is the drive through and the delivery counter. I expect a reasonable service. It's not exactly cheap anymore. To be fair it was very busy, but that's a management issue not the front of our staffs fault.

Poor quality wraps. Mash was half empty. Chips tasted stale. Poor over all, just a let down.

Went to this KFC at around 4pm Sunday 24th November went through drive through ordered a bargain bucket and was told at kiosk that it would be 20 mins or more as there was no chicken on the bone prepared I couldn't believe this as KFC only do chicken we drove out and went to macdonalds next door instead no wonder it was quite in the drive through

Actually not eaten a kfc for at least 40 years. Much, much improved and no longer the soggy batter of old days. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal and now need to burn the calories off 🥰😂

Took well over an hour to be delivered from ordering and when it did arrive the chicken was cold and tough.

Alway check your order, they just can’t get it right. We drove all the way home ready to enjoy our gravy and they had given us beans! Surely it’s not rocket science.

Lovely food, we had the Christmas special burgers and they were lovely!! Staff were friendly and food came quickly and hot!! They did forget our colslaw side but after all the food we had, we didn't need it as we were stuffed. Overall a great experience

I over stayed my welcome here, I'm disabled so never rush my food and stayed over the 90 minutes allowed and got fined £60 so it was a very expensive Afternoon at the my regular KFC, but it is now no longer my regular due to this parking fine. Food was always good here. Chips were always cold which I could never understand as there was never anyone in her just Uber driver picking up. Staff can be a bit rude when speaking to the Uber drivers !

Despite my receipt showing me being charged for 2 sweetcorns they were missing. I ended up instead with a boat load of gravy that I didn't request. The vegan is displeased, they only got to eat the chips and sauce.

Great service, really nice Male member of staff, maybe late 20s/30s who offered table service and could see I had my handsful with the kids and brought over thw food with salt, straws, napkins and forks. It's everytime, there's something wrong with the orders here, just ordered a medium fried and received a small bag not even full wrapped in a bigger bag, it is very bad service 👎 why can't the staff here get an order right? Also I have left a review before and was hoping the service might be improved, the food is good, hence why I return as well a being local, not any more, I'll switch to McDonald's for my quick fix of fast food.

only one drumstick out of 6 pieces of chicken - due to medical issues, drumsticks are pretty much only bits I can eat

Whilst we all know KFC as with all other fast foods is cooked in putrid oil... but it tastes so goooood! ! ! ! Definitely my guilty pleasure for the month this one :)

Sent my daughter in with a cup and she asked for some water as she was dehydrated. Could not believe they refused her and said no.. shocked and appalled.. totally inhumane.. never ever going back to this KFC again!

Shocking! First time I've ordered from KFC and it will be the last. We ordered the Ultimate burger meal. This can only be described as an ultimate rip off. For £12.97 we got a can, chicken burger, some gravy and 8 chips. Since when is 8 chips an ultimate meal? The other two items in the order weren't even delivered. When I contacted the restaurant there was no apology, just an offer of my money back for those two items, if I wanted. Of course I want my money back but what would be more helpful would be to have some actual food delivered. Dreadful.

Done online drivethru order #10045 July 9 about 5pm purposely to get order quick in order to have a quick meal ready for 7pm night shift. I was asked to wait in the car park to wait as it's understandable having a big order. I was disappointed coz my order was late 20 mins as the two cars behind had their order on reasonable time. I went in store to find out they were handing a lot small orders to many dining in stores, uber orders and few recent on drivetru. So I complained that felt my order was least prioritised. Martin explained only that the chicken just came out and will have mine piping hot showing no concern about my order being very late carried on and ignored. I emphasise that standards regarding orders in queue was very bad and needs to be addressed. Matters made worst when having my meal at home that I only got 12 instead of 14 chicken pieces from my party sharing bucket and this is not the only time has happened but few times with wrong /missing pieces from the order. Management needs to sort this store and needs proper audit by KFC office. Staff delivering the standards and customer service attitude is rock bottom.

The delivery man was very polite and friendly with a lovely smile. Unfortunately my order was missing Large beans so I had to then cook my own whilst everything went cold!

After repeating my order 3 times to make sure it was correct and was told yes yes I've done it Sat down the my meal and ta darr wrong returned to the cashier with food which she opened and began to dismantle with bare hands straight from the till Cookies were like cardboard Basic Food hygiene 0 Basic Ability to take an order 0 Basic customer service/care 0

The order was wrong , we ordered chixken fillets , baked beans & a drink , chicken sandwich, chips & beans , didn't get that the order has gone back, WANT A FULL REFUND or i am going to FOS & I Will NAME & SHAME You

The chicken was that dry we couldn’t eat it total waste of money

Was missing a Pepsi and the mini fillets was stale and got thrown away, besides that it was good

We order KFC regularly but the last few times the quality has deteriorated to the stage where we might stop ordering altogether. the fries are soggy, the fried chicken smells not quite right and the wings were clearly fried some time before. no longer recommended, sorry!
