For the second week in a row, I have found a really really good KFC. Congratulations to the staff at this restaurant who really go the whole way to make you feel welcome and serve superb chicken.

Kfc, absolutely shocking customer service. I am disabled and I can not read and the people behind the til refused to accommodate me and help me order. Instead they sent to a machine that I had no no idea how to use, so I ended up with the wrong food, was charged of 35 pounds. Just let me order my food at the till. I will not be back. That clown Ronald macdonald does it better

Can get very busy, especially drive-through. Has several disabled spaces and a Radar Key operated disabled loo. Push button main doors do not often work, which can be really inconvenient! Edit. I've been again tonight, and the automatic door is still not working. It's a heavy door and difficult to open from a wheelchair. Knocking stars off until they fix this problem

Food poisoning!! Had a chicken wing on Saturday P.M and ever since have had awful food poisoning

Fries we're cold, hot wings were bland. Mini wrap was poorly made. But we came near closing time so that justifies it

Slow drive though, no reflection on staff as apologised, for this it’s more of the business model. The chicken burger was dry uninspiring, expensive, would not buy again. Also they don’t take cash, no I’m not old fashioned, cash is still boss if you don’t use it you loose it peeps, freedom from corporate and Big brother control is real, so keep cash alive where possible.

Quite possibly the very worst food around. Ordered Trilogy meal. Well i dont want it 3 times. The burger was evil, old dried out tiny chicken portion, brown lettuce abd stale bun. The chips cold and soggy, popcorn chicken was soggy and no pop, the fillet was cold and dried out. If i hadnt driven home id have thrown it back at them. Place needs closing down steer clear

Order screens were faulty, so had to then try and re order at the counter, none of the app benefits worked so had to pay more. Mens toilet was blocked with a floater which sums up the standards. I have always loved KFC, this made me regret not getting a chicken select meal from McDonald’s. Oh and the cleanliness was awful in the restaurant area

Water and one portion of fries missing

Best fast food chain ever existed in Colchester. Excellent and exceptional quality customer service. I love ❤️ the staff courtesy. I will recommend this place for a family and friends outing spot.

Only ever used drive through. Not much of a 'stop-and-eat' location! Food is always fine, but check your order is correct before you leave..!

Have to say that this visit to KFC was made so much more enjoyable by the presence of Michelle. Not sure what her job role is officially but she was interacting with everyone. Bringing food to the tables. Checking everything was OK. Bringing extras etc. Just like you'd get in a restaurant not a fast food outlet. What a treat, well done Michelle!!

I honestly had not been to a KFC for about 5 years as my last experience was tasteless chicken and very thin limp chips. Boy has it changed and I thoroughly enjoyed my food, especially the thicker chips, well done KFC, will definitely visit again soon.

Missing items from delivery. Disappointing

The service is slow. Staff are unenthusiastic and act as if they would rather be elsewhere. Toilets are rank. Smell of urine and paper everywhere. If that's the standards in the toilets I wouldn't trust the food hygiene. When raised to the staff nothing was done to rectify this. Not the first time these problems have been seen when visiting here

Slow service half the staff can’t speak English

We ordered at around about 18:45 and waited well over nearly 2 hours for our food to arrive so we needed to drive to go get it me and my father are diabetic as well so Eating at a certain time is a necessity making me nearly late for my scheduled injections and our food being late isn’t a problem I’ve ever had with just eat

I would like a refund for this order as it was nearly 2 hours late it was for my children who fell asleep while waiting for it to be delivered when it finally arrived it was cold and went in the bin not happy at all!!!!

I placed my order and was originally told it would arrive 30 minutes later. 4t minutes after that it finally came, COLD!!! There were not enough drivers available and my order sat into he shop for over an hour waiting to be delivered. I feel there should be some sort of compensation for this.

wrong order brought, was unable to eat what yhey brought. KFC or just eat would not refund or bring what I ordered. Absolute crooks, nobody could care less that the order was not filled. person a KFC I spoke to on the phone said not my problem you need to take it up with just eat. just eat said they will only give half the amount of refund as its their policy. So I had no food to eat and lost £18.

Ordered a trilogy box meal and it comes with a mini fillet piece of chicken. Safe to say it was minute not even mini, had a this order multiple times from other branches but this one always seems to put the most tiniest piece in box meals Vs the buckets. Ridiculous

Went this evening after a long drive home. Thought we'd go for KFC for once instead of Maccas. Boy oh boy was that the worst decision of the day.. Service was absolutely excruciatingly slow after we'd ordered, by the time we'd actually recieved the food there were another 3/4 cars stacked up behind us, and once we had a delve through the bag noticed that even though the staff may aswell have raised the chicken, culled it plucked it and cooked it from scratch, they'd still managed to miss something off of our order. We got home shortly after, got in and got the food out. All of it was stone cold except the gravy, a pitiful amount of chips, sauce wasn't even inside my tower burger but instead squirted next to the burger. Kansas bbq chicken bites had hardly any sauce on them, and to top it off, both of our drinks were flat and flavourless. Absolutely terrible food and service, and we're both still hungry even after eating it anyway as we're both too tired to cook. Cheers KFC, money well spent 👌🏻

gave concise directions, driver in wrong location, my mobile rang but no one spoke, walked to where he was mapping in rain, no one there. then notified it was delivered but no food recieved.

Absolutely disgusting, we visited for a take away meal but also used the toilet which was partially flooded, there was sick in one of the toilets just generally absolutely filthy, I’ve seen cleaner toilets at a festival. We informed the man at the till he didn’t say much other than sorry. We definitely didn’t see anyone attending to the issue. They should have been immediately shut off. Needless to say we didn’t eat the food due to concerns of the massive lack of hygiene .

Yesterday Saturday evening, we had table service in kfc there was one cute chubby boy served us our order he was so nice and polite. Whatever we asked for he gave us on our table. Then again coming back to home we saw him doing outside bins he smiled and wished us good evening and thanked us. We asked his name he told his name is Mandeep. Best wishes to him.

phoned the KFC store and was told the courier left over 20 minutes before was called. the driver was very apologetic but still took well over an hour to get food when was estimated 25-45 minutes. quite disappointed

Overworked skeleton staff. Check your orders, always wrong.They worked to hard ,that's why, poor kids... How they get away with it I don't know. They never seem to have the staff and the young people are running around like madness trying to keep up with orders.

I wish if they were missing items they would inform you / give you the option to cancel. Ordered a trilogy box meal with a zinger burger but it was just a regular burger. Mash was ordered for my son who can only eat soft food (the whole reason we chose kfc to order from) and this didn’t turn up so he was left with no food and very upset. Chips were stone cold. Chicken was hot and tasty though. Delivery time kept being pushed back. Overall disappointing

Went in to order, slower then a dead badger crossing the road for service. Went to use the toilets while waiting, came out feeling so dirty I thought I'd have to fine a puddle to wash in. Proper rubbish. If I hadn't been fancying chicken all day or promised my daughter I'd have walked out and gone to maccas. Pull you finger out KFC!

Worst KFC ive ever used... this resturant really gives the brand a bad name. I live local and have used on several occasions, I have now given up... Cold food, rotten salad, high waiting times, un-friendly staff & resturant very poorly maintained / kept clean. KFC should be ashamed and should consider new management for this branch!!!

Went through drive-through after a day locally at the zoo. Man who serves us was exceptional, and knows how to spot a yellow car.

Really weird ... the name says Fried Chicken... but we got 3 wraps with under fried chicken. I had to throw mine as it was pink when i bit into it. Really disappointed.

This has to be the worst in the area, surely? Order via the app, justeat and deliveroo drivers get preference over your order, today was a record of waiting for over an hour inside (the app is ergo pointless). Fake apologies, a lot of younger people working there, that don't actually want to work there it appears. Amazing experience if you like watching cruel social experiments.

Fast food when it can be staff in rush to complete orders for eat in and drive through.it is what it is ..food to feed a craving..
