Ordered at 7.15, arrived at 8.52, should have been 33 minutes.

I want a refund food cold no popcorn chicken

Delivery driver was very dismissive .

ordered a meal with 4 portions of chips, was delivered with no chips, phoned and the response was can I collect them, after paying for delivery why would I want to collect.they blamed the delivery driver, but as the bags are sealed by them prior to delivery how could they say that. my only response from them after that was they would give me a code that let me have 4 portions of chips when next in store.

Yet again we did not get our full order, it was missing a can of Pepsi Max this time 2 out of the last 3 orders there has been food missing

food was just warm. salad was just greens leaves a few bits of sweetcorn and a little splash a dressing. beans were more sauce than quantity of beans. seems to get poorer quality ever time

The whole order was cold upon arrival and had to reheat it all before eating. Also the baked beans I ordered at £2.99 were missing from the order!!

5 chicken wings from us this Easter holiday 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗 Popped in store on my mobility scooter with my 7 year old daughter We enjoyed the food, very tasty and hot. 🤤 Chloe served our food she’s was friendly and helpful. Me and my 7 year old daughter was singing along to the music while in the restaurant. 💃 and all the staff were friendly and helpful, holding the door for us as we left. 🦽 Also the toilets were easy to use and clean. 🧻🚽 We will be back again soon 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗

Dreadful!! Food is freezing and spoke to KFC and the driver had it for 45 minutes

Came in to get a 3 piece chicken meal and was very disappointed. 2 drumsticks and one piece that was so dry. Hardly any chips and overall very disappointed. Won't be using Greyhound again and it will be a while before getting a KFC again. Can't beat favourite chicken.

I went to KFC greyhound and they always do the best food out of any other KFC before. Staff always friendly including Katy and Caroline and other staff friendly

Walked in this lunchtime, was redirected to the kiosks and met by an efficient member of staff Simon who understood I wanted certain bits of chicken so then went above and beyond to find out if they could accommodate my needs. Came back and informed me they could, helped me with the rest of my order, not only that but asked me to take a seat and brought my order to my table without me asking! First class service! Highly recommend

Not only did our order arrive with items missing it also took at least 45 mins for the order the leave the restaurant! The delivery itself was fast! But the restaurant took ages making the order, missed items and the burgers had been chucked together!

Never delivered. No phone call received so unsure where the food was actually delivered to.

I ordered a click and collect on the website and, when i'd brought it back, i realized one of the burgers was missing. Then i called their customer service line and the person on the phone was very helpful. 6 days later, i went to collect the burger that was missing and it was very smooth and efficient. I literally just explained what had happened, what day and gave them a code. My burger was given to me and a drink added. I totally recommend 🥰

Delivery time get changing, nearly two hours after order food turned up cold

after having to re put this order through due to them getting it very wrong the first time, I called a spoke to a lovely staff member, Katy who confirmed this order and would sort it personally. it arrived correctly the second time!

It was a KFC order so pretty standard as KFC food goes. The food was hot enough, just slightly poor on the presentation. The driver was polite and it is nice to have people like this deliver your food. Just a shame you cannot tip riders after the delivery as I feel tipping them before they arrive does not guarantee a service. I believe in tipping for good service and as this was only discovered after the food arrived it would be nice to goce a gesture at that point, not before! Please thank him.

Used to work here years ago when it opened and I am shocked. Why have you got the slowest people on the tills? They spilled the drink, didn't apologise and still served it to me. Burger was cold which is no surprise with snails serving. No smile, no thank you, no customer service at all. I would be shocked if Penny was still in charge with that level of incompetence.

The hot wings and the 2 pieces of chicken were tiny, such small portions at extorting

I visited yesterday around 8pm and the staff were lovely, even helped me with directions and my popcorn chicken was hot and tasty.

Items missing meaning someone went without a meal. When you pay 40 quid for food, you kind of expect everything to be there. Ridiculous.
