KFC Seaham - Dalton Park in County Durham

Popped in to try their stuffing tower meal deal. Looks nice on TV and we were pleasantly surprised how filling and tasty it was. Staff friendly and seating areas clean and tidy.

Never order online only bring some stuff out not all over it absolute joke 😒

Food was very good and fast only thing that let the place down was the toilets were very dirty and needed a good clean

Worst service ever! Today 22/09/09 at 2.08pm I’m absolutely fuming, ordered take out food with my kids and our sides were missing. Drove back literally 1min later to ask for our sides . The girl at the till disappears then moments later the girl who “packed “ the order comes and says “I packed the order, and put your sides!” At my grown age with kids in my car, lying and hustling coleslaw and gravy?! Then the manager comes… Manager has the nerve to come and say ohh she’s been work here for years so will take her side! And funny thing is I have been to the same KFC a few times and have missing items from our order. I know deep down that girl knows her mistake, I hope she gets her karma for upsetting myself and my kids! As for that manager, she will be jobless soon if she tolerate such stupidity from her staff and still stand up for them. Doubt this shop will be open for long, sad my family has always supported this KFC as we are local. Never returning again and putting my kids through such trauma.

Staff in this store defraud couriers of restaurant delay fees as they mark orders as prepared when in reality they haven't even started preparing orders for just eat and uber orders.

Food very good fast service and good surroundings

DISGUSTING ! ordered a box meal it was served within 10 seconds, absolutely freezing cold so said i want a refund as there is no way i would eat food served so quickly and cold! not one apology or a word spoke. to me about except for (did you pay with your card) DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY IN THIS PLACE WHI HAS FOOD RWADY AND COLD TO SERVE ! STAFF ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL! they all need training in all departments of this kfc. i've never found a decent kfc yet!

I think this is one of the best KFC restaurants I love the food there so fresh and cooked well.

Absolute rip off. Food was stone cold and the portion size for the price an absolute disgrace . Vegan burger was virtually inedible because of being covered in a peppery spice. Never again!

Food was dry and cold!! Probably the fact that had previous deliveries before ours

The service from just eat is appalling. We have received none of our food. The delivery driver did not even give us a chance to answer the door and sped off without leaving our food and then stating on the app it has been delivered. I expect a full refund and will not be using this service again.

Food was fine. Delivery driver took the mick. He sat outside KFC for 40 minutes before moving then tried to apologise saying he was stook in traffic. Must have forgotten the app has a tracker on him.

This was the worst KFC meal I’ve ever had , so dissapointed ! Wings tiny with small slivers of chicken , fillets over half thick stodgy half cooked batter , and chicken portion small piece of thigh that again was hardly any chicken just predominantly doughy thick batter . Whats happened to the quality ? Hope it was a one off but going to be reluctant to order again.

Worst KFC I've had the chicken piece was sloppy skin .it's meant to be crispy I pealed it back had a bit of the chicken and it tasted off! Put me off my whole meal.this place needs inspecting by food hygiene it would get shut down.i only gave 1 star because you put it in the bag .never again

Visited the drive through this evening, a young lad was very rude through the ordering box. I let that go and drove around to pay. I confirmed that I ordered the right box meal and he said “YOU DIDNT TELL ME THERE WAS A CODE!” And threw the scanner on the bench. I couldn’t believe my eyes to be honest. Can KFC not train their staff? Honestly what has this world come too. No one can be nice. Dalton Park KFC has the worst customer service.

Every aspect is so inconsistent, sometimes the Food, Service is as expected.. othertimes they can't do anything or get anything right, more often than not it's the latter. Also always check your takeaway order before leaving.

I've been here as I really like kfc on the go. But most common issue I've seen here is the staff, one of the most rude staff I've ever seen. And the cleanliness isn't that grate. Technically staff doesn't bother to go extra mile by giving the customer a little smile and keep the Restaurant clean.

The food went from murton, all the way to south hetton, easington and then headed towards seaham. It’s freezing cold which expected as it’s been drove all over for the past 30-40 mins. Disgusting service. I expect a full refund as it’s inedible. A very un happy customer

This is probably the worst KFC I have ever had in my life. The chips were both stale and undercooked. The bun on my zinger burger was stale. The sauce was rashioned and everything was dry. The chicken was bland and tasteless and looked like it had been cooked over a heated argument.

We didn’t get what we ordered . We asked for a 14 piece family bucket and what we got was horrible. It had hot wings in which no one like hence why didn’t order them they was not 14 pieces and they was chicken wings it looked like a box of left overs

20 min wait in the layby for chicken,that's not fast food.

Ordered kids bucket pop corn chicken with pineapple stick and sweet corn. Didn’t get sweet corn or pineapple.also boneless banquet didn’t get chips. Won’t be going there again🤬🤬🤬

Just got delivered food was cold and disgusting. Phoned shop and told to complain to uber eats . It's the shop that needs to take responsibility for the food not uber 😡😡😡

My food was only lukewarm and about 20mins late from the first time I was told on map. I followed it on map and my order was at Deneside on way to Murton. No wonder it was only lukewarm.

Updated experience. Noticed no table service which is a shame and the place could be a bit cleaner but the food was good and service not bad. I would say the experience is better than others I have been too around Durham. I like the seating here and the location. I have had takeaway from here and is always spot on. Food is not cheap like McDonald's but you cant get chicken like KFC, is nice now and again.

Order status would did not change from accepted for 40 minutes and there was not an option to cancel the order, eventually status changed to preparing then courier collcted. The actual delivery time from the restaurant to my house was very quick but over all the other was late and I'd have preferred to cancel but again there was no option to do so
