Food was good and Hot, however, the restaurant and disabled toilet were very dirty. Every table had Food waste on the floor and empty food papers on the tables...

No coffee tea or wet wipes......?

went through the KFC drive thru with my two children. had a really busy day and honestly just wanted something quick and easy to eat. was no cars in the drive thru so presumed we would be served quick. got told through the intercom that they were busy and would be with me in a minute. when I finally got served, I got told to park up and noticed at least seven other cars parked up and waiting for food. my food finally came 20 minutes later. went into the shop for some ketchup and saw only three front staff members all looking around 17/18 years old. they were cleary inundated with orders and had no help from anybody else. not an enjoyable experience and bad management.

A nightmare of an experience. Had a near 30 minute wait for the order to be then told that half of the items were not available, and was then offered items totally unrelated as replacements. I declined and asked for a refund, which initially was an issue in that the assistant didn't know whether that was possible. The staff didn't appear to care, they were just going through the motions, with fake apologies per a script . Having spoken to friends and family since, this apparently is a known problem with this KFC store, it was recommended to me to use the store near Morrisons.

Got a piece batter/coating the size of a chicken piece

Had a 3 piece chicken meal, all 3 pieces were drumsticks with very little chicken on them.

Decided to give KFC a try again after quite a long time of not going there....we got a six piece bucket meal....after getting home settling in we started to eat only to find it was a five piece instead of six piece bucket.....I know most people would say go back or ring them up....but to be honest we didn't fancy the hassle so we just won't go there again....

Better this time round, chicken was freshly cooked and the corn nice hot and juicy! Shame the chickens they use are tiny now. Not like before Staff look a little confused and need telling a couple of times as they seem to forget instantly what you're ordering. A food hygiene rating of 4 would need to be improved on as its a franchise that should have higher standards.

In my 10 piece party bucket, we add 8 chicken legs and two thighs but the beans were good

Absolutely terrible I purchased a 6 piece Bargain bucket with a large sauce I received 6 drumsticks and some soggy fries which looked like they had been there all day It cost me £17.38 !! Bargain you’re having a laugh I advise anyone against buying anything from there! Disgusting

UPDATE — FOUND HAIR IN MY CHICKEN. ***** Ordered via Uber 4-5 times and EVERYTIME has been missing items or someone else order. Last time I went through the drive thru the woman was unpleasant through the speaker and then we were waiting at the window with no acknowledgement for over 5 minutes. No customer service skills required to work at this KFC clearly. Worst KFC I’ve ever known.

Absolutely rubbish wrong order due to staff not being bothered however the food was of a substandard level expected from KFC and so bad it went in the bin

Phoned manager who gave me a code 34014463 for next time. On asking why an item was missed off when only 2 people waiting , she laughed down the phone and hung up. My advice is to check your food is all there before leaving as they are incompetant. And rude

The food was great, the service was excellent. Toilets super clean and Restaurant clean.

Ordered a box meal. Side missing. Chips likes ball of wet potatoe all stuck together and me up all night with chronic belly ache. This place should be shut down. Please don’t torture urself by eating from a chicken shop ran by 18 year olds all doing 4 hour shifts with no care in the world. Don’t do it guys. Let my suffering be a lesson

Pulled into the drive through at 16.57pm today, only to be told over the tanoy “we don’t open until five darlin”. I suggest you advertise the fact in future as your website says 11am-10pm. Could do better KFC Scunthorpe. Custom lost as I popped over to Maccies.

Went on a very cold day looking forward to nice hot coffee with our meal to be told no hot drinks available.This is not the first time this has happened very poor service.

Very frustrated, took my son here for his tea. He has special needs and wanted to keep him calm before his club, had meal and dessert plus drinks. Took our time as was early for the club. Now have a £60 parking fine to pay along with the £35 I spent in the Restaurant. I’m a regular here every Monday evening as a treat for my son after his club. Not coming back anymore.

The place wasn’t clean. Dirty tables, floor and over full bins. Wrong order, paid for large got regular had to go back and ask for correct size drinks. Staff all look like they don’t want to be there. Then a new staff member came for his shift and parked his car in the ‘No Parking, for order pick ups only’ bay

When I'm looking for a quick and delicious meal this KFC NEVER fails to provide. The staff are all friendly and make your food quickly and to a suitable standard. I used to bike here some times and sit inside while I eat my meal, it was always chill with plenty of room although now that I'm driving I go through the drive through and take my food away.

Nearly empty , gravy tastes different tried fobbing me off with a tiny piece of chicken for part of my meal . Tables aren't regularly cleaned either

Always hot and tasty, good service. Fries much improved recently. Took 25 mins to get served at drive thru, and not at all busy!

Brilliant service good tasty food

Food was OK but, staff need to be more customer service focused. I fealt they were doing me a favour by being there. No thanks for the order given and little acknowledgement given to me. Food just presented to me again no Thankyou offered. Bordering on rude. If this wasn't a branded takeaway they'd be out of business.

Chicken coating soft and grease

Got the order wrong and chips stone cold. Couldn't bother complaining as was in car and it was raining heavily.

Been a while since I was last in this branch; staff very friendly and one in particular very helpful, didn't get her name unfortunately. Food piping hot and tasty. Great improvement.

Had to go and collect my food as was ordered through an app and never arrived but was put down as delivered. Ordered the meal I wanted only side left was coleslaw not what I wanted but I was ok with that, meal arrived quickly but was the end of the night so was probably the left overs.

Easy to order on the big screen machines when you walk in. Then a decent turnaround time at the counter for us to get our order sorted and passed over to us. Although we took our food out and back home, the restaurant looked clean and presentable inside.

Terrible attitude from staff. £27 for two adult and one child's meal to have your food pretty much thrown at you 😞. Won't be returning

Must admit don’t always come here, but it was on our way back and it’s always cheaper buying and collecting it from store rather than using Just Eat….anyway ordered pretty quickly didn’t have to wait long, got home to find we were missing our hash browns/cheese from our tower burgers - we made it a box meal. The chicken piece it came with was ok and they’d given us a large popcorn chicken instead of a small (tbh can’t complain at that bit). So was a bit disappointed really especially as it was my other half’s first time trying this burger after telling him it was good

Nice location close to other places to eat if desired and just off of the M181. Food was good but they needed to change the oil as our chicken come out very dark in colour. Also found, like many other places, the self service screen where out of recipe paper or was broken. There was plenty of parking and there was good facilities for disabled access.

Even though we waited for a bit, the staff was really nice and they gave us some extra dips as an apology. Lovely place

Service functional, food was placed in front of me immeadiatly, guess thats the reason it was cold and soggy. Toilets were horrendous...clean but the smell of urine was unbearable...definitly not returning.

Me and my family have visited this particular KFC restaurant 4 or 5 times now and the drive thru maybe a couple of times more and it's very safe to say that we have never once had a vist that didn't result in some kind of issue whether it be service, menu or dirty tables even though there are hardly any customers in. Today I visited the drive thru. The only meal really order from any KFC is the zinger rice box but EVERY single time I've asked for it over the past year or so at the KFC I've been given the same reply even though it is clearly being advertised on every single menu in the restaurant and in the drive thru "We're not serving the rice boxs today". When I've asked why, again, I've been given the same reply "Because management have to told us we're not serving them". There's no reason why other than that. I then have to order something else which isn't a big issue but the fact that I then have to wait 30 minutes minimum to receive my food for it then to be served cold is ridiculous. I know this isn't down to servers who work there but I think it's safe to say that they need to look a bit closer at their management team who obviously have complete disregard for their customers. Stear well clear of this restaurant in my opinion. The Lakeside KFC which is right across the other side of town is much better and where we will be going from now on.

Nice food as always ( for a fast food joint)

Waited half an hour after getting served for 4 vegan burgers and 3 of them were so stale and hard they were inedible. Genuinely, could not bite through them and broke a knife trying to cut through it.

Drive thru disaster! Fancied KFC on my way home from a two hour drive so decided to stop here. Ordered 3 pieces of chicken, fries & gravy. Also asked for my order to be double bagged as I’d still got a five mile drive home. I think that was my mistake as that request request actually translates to “put whatever you like in the bag ‘cos I’ll be too far away to bother bringing it back” 😬 When I arrived home and opened the bag I found three of the skinniest chicken legs I’ve ever seen with not enough meat on them to feed a five year old No breast or thigh pieces. A tub of some white sloppy stuff that looks as though it might have been mashed potato, I never tried it, but no gravy. On a brighter note the fries were there, hence the one star. However, I didn’t eat them cos I only like them when they’re dipped in KFC gravy of which there was none. Dipping them in the sloppy mash wouldn’t be quite the same. So, I’m still starving and will need to be ordering a Chinese for delivery. At least they send me what I ask for! Definitely won’t use this drive thru again and wish I’d read other reviews before I decided to waste my money here ☹️

Absolute shambles! The place is run by kids not a single responsible staff member there. They only care about having a laugh and getting paid for it. Currently been sat in the drive through for almost 30 mins baring in mind there’s three cars in front and has been for all this time. Clearly can’t handle running a business. Told once I got to the ordering machine it’s cash only, no signs or anything before you come into the drive through so once you’re in your stuck for god knows how long. Many times they’ve forgotten items and I’ve had to come back just a joke really. Said too many times I won’t go back but this time I mean it. Don’t waste your time or money. Shocking. Finally got to the window and all services are down so can’t use app or offers either. The only reason I chose to come here. Definitely won’t be back.

Well, first of all I went through the drive thru it was empty staff was slow coming to the microphone to ask what I wanted. They had no sauces got given my order went home and my bucket selection only had 3 bags of chips instead of 4 so I was happy and the food wasn't hot either, thumps down not impressed at all.

Went in the drive thru today, it was a long wait as they were obviously short-staffed but the lady who served us was absolutely lovely, friendly and bubbly. The chicken burger was tasty and well cooked although lukewarm. The fries, although never good from kfc were absolutely awful, cold and soggy. Tasted like they were microwaved from the day before. Such a shame as its not hard to cook decent chips

Got food delivered, Cold and gross, like it had been sat there for 12 days. Complained to the manager who was the same as all the other 18 year olds that work there and fobbed me off saying it was the driver fault, drivers don't dry out chicken in an hour.

Poor food - Chicken cooked in mucky oil. Order short had to go back. 8-9 chips in each packet. Won't be going again & don't recommend

A bit cliché, but the food was undercooked, as is often heard about KFCs. However, I didnt even get as far as seeing the chicken, which is the typical complaint. Could tell it was undercooked from the external batter! If the batter is obviously not cooked, no chance I am risking the chicken! Add to this one of us is autistic and had a meltdown because of this, I really dont think we'll be visiting any KFC soon... KFC is absolutely no longer a "safe food" anymore.

I visited at a quiet time. Upon arrival the chicken was not up to the usual KFC standard. It had clearly been under the warmer for some time.

Quick turn round from entering to leaving ,. Loved the food.

Wanted to buy a big bucket of chicken and they don’t have gravy or beans. This is happened several times over the last three months and this is the second time I’ve drove straight through the queue without buying anything. I waited in the queue for over 20 minutes as well.

Not been to a KFC for years, was really lookimg forward to my fast food lunch but was disappointed, my zinger burger didn't have much zing and the chip portion was small, I had to wait over 15 mins for my order even though it was not particularly busy and no napkins available, staff friendly enough but not as expected :(

Poor!!!! Have waited 20 mins in a queue of 3 cars at the drive thru (8pm) and then had to park up and wait even longer for the food to be brought to my car (another 10 minutes so far) Sat here really wishing I hadn’t bothered………….Will probably avoid from now on and use one of the other outlets in the area.

Sadly there was a 20 minute wait in the car for our food. Barely any staff on duty. The food was overcooked and threw mine away chips were dark brown. Never had such a disappointing drive thru meal before

Normally love KFC but the service was shocking someone was having a argument about wrong order and nobody else took order 15 waiting to order!! Then another 15/20mins to get it.and had to go back twice as some of my order was incomplete
