Drive thru not good for large cars

It is what it is. Easy to use order, fast to serve, although order was slightly wrong staff politely and quickly sorted this. Overall was clean and tidy. Toilets a bit dirty but it was busy when we went in so maybe staff just hadn't had time to clean them yet.

Great food as always and fantastic service. Definitely would use this over the lakeside one. Kaela was very helpful with my dietary requirements

Big Mac was delicious, store seemed to lack the wax crayons and colouring books I’m so used to, also no toy included in the order, for that I shall deduct 1 star

Staff member at the till was friendly ,helped me choose my order. dining room was clean a staff member was cleaning every so often when i was there which shows they like to keep on top of cleaning which i don’t see in many stores. food was hot and fresh will be returning to this great establishment

Usual burger king grub in a busy retail area. Toilet was in quite a state, broken flush and the tap felt like it was going to fall off before water would come out. Fun.

This is one of the better Burger Kings I've visited, the food is very nice and the place is clean and tidy. Ordering is done by self service machines which is a plus and minus point, it doesn't print a receipt so keep an eye for your order number, there isn't a great deal of seating, but then it is mostly a drive-thru anyway. Apart from these points a good experience overall.

Check your order before leaving 3 times now they've forgot items off my order. Still as rubbish just you have to wait longer now to get your food 👎👎👎👎

Didn't even know it existed no advertising at all !!. Food nice well presented the tray, but the table was filthy unfortunately

Dreadful service, the lady before me was incorrectly charged (2 big Macs instead of 1) and later found omissions. I asked for a black coffee ( served white!) did not find out until I got home as the cup had a lid and I had to throw it away! Dreadful

Ate chippy with his friends after football and Princess ate a salad to be trendy (disowned her after that) and Susan ate all the food in the restaurant and then proceeded to eat the actual building. Then George broke susans neck cuz she ate his burger as well and mine. I pinchd Susan. Good day today and then got the house burned down cuz George was watching w2s on youchube. next time I promise that me and the lads will drop Susan off in the middle of nowhere and leave her there. Chippy was fresh and tasted like George's poo

Got the order wrong and had to go back in to discuss. Also started charging for additional condiment’s which took the edge off the £12 meal. Can’t say I’ll be back any time soon which is a shame as I prefer the food over other fast food brands

Lovely clean store an food was amazing

I visited at lunch time and the place was empty of customers and I still had a 7 minute wait for food. Atmosphere nil Plenty of customers across the road at McDonald's.

We decided to go to Burger King as we always use McDonald's, and we hadn't used Burger King for a long time after the food in our opinion had gone down hill....but we had heard that the food was better now....when we arrived there were only a few cars in the car park (which we found out that most were delivery ones...we went in and found we was the only ones there, we ordered our food and then sat and waited, the staff then called out our number and we collected the food and sat to eat...to be honest the burgers and chips were good....but the atmosphere with the staff was lacking a feel good factor.... although they were polite and friendly...we will not be going back again soon...

Ordered through just eat. Didn't bring the chips and a full meal. Called for a solution and couldn't do anything and passed it off. Even if this is policy I would expect better service from a big chain such as burger king.

Hot food, nicley cooked fries, and coffee all for a good price oh and the toilets were very clean

Food as always, but whatever happened to "Have it your way"? I wanted a BOTTLE of Coke to take away, but was told I HAD to have a drink in a plastic cup...or nothing. And since I paid for a drink with my meal, not too happy. I really do not want a drink in a plastic cup inside my car. Burger King: the customer is right Stop with the " Sorry, we can't".

Stay away from Burger King as all they what is your mo ey with out giving you your food order they said it was nothing to do with them once it's out for delivery as i said they have a Responsibility to make sure i get my order but they didn't care so stay away from burgers king

Typical of all Burger King chains now, the food is terrible! They play on the "Flame Grilled" thing but actually they're just defrosted in store when you order it, thrown together by kids who clearly don't want to be there, and served to you almost stone cold! Completely miserable experience! If you love how Burger King USED to be, then avoid all of them bow, you'll be bitterly disappointed!

It's an easy and fast place to get a cheep fast meal from . Not really a place to sit and have a family meal . Due to the small amount of seating and all the delivery drivers standing about waiting. But good for fast food ie drive through . Shame they don't do any large fries at all .

wouldn’t recommend, took 15 minutes to make a vegan royale, staff there decided to laugh at customers because they are freaks and then decided to start drama about it. very childish environment

Clean tables but quiet so no atmosphere. I know there is a cost of living crisis but I was shocked over the prices, it's been a while since I've been and I think it will be a while before I go back. Manager & staff was polite & helpful

Absolutely atrocious food, very small burger bacon wasn’t cooked, nothing like the pictures, use Burger King because better quality than Mac Donald’s not in this case. Very disappointing experience won’t visit again!!! Update- that night I was sick and had to miss work the following 2 days with an upset stomach, will never eat there again and advise the people running it to train staff on food hygiene and cooking principles. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Selling the items you don't even have

Ordered from machine , no tickets etc, got 2 cheese melt burgers, when we opened them, no cheese at all or even cheese sauce, just 2 dry burgers, rank, one star only cos it's cleaner then Taco Bell next door. I'm surprised Burger king or Taco Bell are still open down there cos they are both terrible places with really bad service, the first time I used this Burger king the bread buns fell apart ,like crumbled in your hand because they was obviously out of date and not fit for serving

Foods ok. But Prices have gone nuts. Not worth it. £20 for 2 burger meals… Medium / large meal is a con. Coffees are exactly the same size, small & they are half full.

Should be shut down bye trading standards for there same size medium and large meals.. Daylight robbery

I took my son to eat here on 15 th March 2023. He wanted the chilli chicken, they were served up very quickly and l noticed they looked very dry and l had the feeling that they had been cooked quite sometime before we arrived. As they didn’t look particularly appetising l didn’t try one. Thankfully l didn’t as my son has been Unwell all day with an upset stomach and diarrhoea. Having spoken to the Manager, Kai, today he said there is nothing they can do. Thank you Burgerking

Better than McDonald's in my opinion

Always go here because the food is usually fresh and hot, not this time was cold. To say there was only 1 other person in there am not sure why tables weren't clean and a big puddle of water on the floor next to the drinks machine. If the staff hadn't looked so miserable I would have taken the food back to be replaced.

Food always wrong on delivery and always a long wait on the drive thru

If there was a zero star option I would give it. Orders are almost always wrong. Staff handed over my meal without saying a word. When I asked if that was everything she turned her back on me and then just said 'yes' over her shoulder. Her tone was terrible. The order was over £50 and should have been double checked but it obviously wasn't. Got home with items missing and they don't even answer the phone when you try to contact them. Didn't even get a receipt. Won't be going there again.

Disappointed....for a newly updated place. Touch screens didn't work. Staff busy..didn't get served ... Shame as food is usually very good. Left ....

Plant burger is a beast! (Meat free beast of course)

Had to wait to be served, wait for my food and then felt very disappointed as value for money was not good. I ordered large meals and the fries were different in each of them. I also got a fries with bacon and cheese toppers for £5, there was less fries than a small portion.

Staff was bearly looking at counter and checking on customers. Forgetting to add straws to drinks or just don't care about anything. One staff member while in working hours was sitting and talking to a friend

Tried to order on screen but it would not compute so had to order at the counter. Thus forgot to order a drink, quiet when we were there so easily fixed. Food came out as ordered so no problems. Toilets available for those with tiny bladders

Supposed to be a drive through. They make you sit in the car park for 10-20 mins every single time you order. 18 mins for 1 burger. Jokers!

Can't even get a simple order right!

Walked in to order at a self serve station, which didnt print a receipt or order number out only displayed onscreen. Drinks dispenser gas had run out so all drinks were flat, went to take a seat but place was gross with food debris on everytable and floor. Was the only people at the time in the restaurant at 1:30pm on a sunday afternoon. Establishment had only one Toilet which was unisex which had no toilet paper, and the toilet was broken so couldnt be flushed. Its wasnt a pleasant visit. Taken photos to show exactly what it was like 🤢

As usual the food and service was excellent.

Really slow ... Staff say "sorry for your wait" but not 1% mean it !! Unresponsive when asked a question. Just poor customer service. I'll leave it another few years before trying again.

I have been going here since it opened, never had a bad word to say about the service or the food.

Ordered my lunch here just for quickness, sadly it was a disappointing size but will learn that offers are always a tad smaller size than normal items on the menu.

Franchise so prices more expensive than other Burger Kings and don't let you use app codes

Burger greasey plus meal took long time chips nearly cold. Gas gone on coke machine. Toilets dirty.

BBQ melt was missing the cheese, chips were stale & barely warm, only plus was the cashier with a cracking figure

Grubby place, got our food in a paper bag, very few chips, not impressed. This was at Scunthorpe. Tables dirty.

Server was useless. Wouldn't help and kept saying they don't do offers even though theyre on the app and the last time I came they put it through. Please don't waste your time here..go to taco bell!
