KFC Sandyford - High Street in Stoke-on-Trent

Most awful kfc, very greasy and slimy chicken.

Food was hot on arrival. I request at least 4 legs and I ended up with all legs! So happy!

Burger was slat together with hardly any mayo, no gravy with either meals shocking service

Usually have no problem…but went through drive through today paid for Large meal and got Regular and also paid for Kansas BBQ dip bites and they weren’t in the bag when I got home….

courier very polite came and checked address and delivery order code before getting food out of the proper just eat insulated bag . food nice and hot this time thank you.

I do not recommend, no fries x2 and the wrap had only chicken

Both dips were missing from both meals. Disappointing

not happy that had to stand on door step and answer question about delivery code by driver and food was getting cold. had to computer to search in email for it and he still was refusing to hand over food till it went through , it took over 2 minutes to do. NOT HAPPY with this , should be on the receipt on just eat app telling us about it or on the website.

driver claimed an issue with car however the tracker showed he made a few wrong turns for some reason food was cold and I missing my x2 cans of 7up shocking customer service

We went through the drive through and had only a few minutes wait for the food. We had 2 large Chilli Wraps and a portion of chips. The chips were cold when we got them but we thought we would just put them in the microwave when we got home. The 2 Wraps were disgusting. The chicken was limp, not crunchy at all. There was only enough chicken for a small wrap and it was dripping with chilli sauce. The wrap at the bottom third was just sauce and wrap. If I had been eating in I would have taken it back. Tried phoning but no reply. We shan’t be returning

The food was good after a long wait through the drive through, we got to the counter to collect our food and could see 1 young man very busy cooking and when he came to the window to give us our food he took the time to explain that the wait was due to staff sickness he was very apologetic.

Ordered at the drive through, got home and opened up a burger with PINK chicken and a hair in it!! Absolutely disgusting.

A piece of chicken was still pink inside, only noticed as it was very chewy. Not a great meal and it was binned after that

Cheese not melted, very cold, just taken straight from the fridge. Zinger not warm enough. Very poor service.

Awful! Out of stock on main food items. Staff rude and unhygienic. How do you run out of pre brought pre potted sauces ? Saw someone handling bins then handling food with no hand washing taken place.

Absolutely shocking service got order home half of it was missing a boneless banquet meal contained 3 chicken strips 4 pieces of popcorn chicken no chips not even half the meal that costs nearly 10 pounds and to top it all off family bucket sides were missing aswell the only reason I've give 1 star is because there wasnt a no star option

Paid £2.99 (£3.99) with a drink and received hardly any fries as pictured and one Mini Fillet even though in the picture it looks like there’s two. Not even enough to feed a child let alone an adult. Chicken also tasted undercooked. Will never go back, poor quality and quantity!!

It was absolutely shocking. There was nothing positive to say about the experience today. the place was untidy, the staff were hopeless, and the food was awful.

Ordered 2x 8 mini fillets at the drive through when I drove to the payment window I was asked if I would like ketchup or mayo I declined but said I would like BBQ sauce to then be told no as there was an extra charge … I said that’s fine I will pay extra for it to be told no he couldn’t do that and advised I would need to go through the drive through again for a couple of post of BBQ sauce 🤔🤔🤔🤔. Absolutely ridiculous what happened to great customer service ???

Food slower than definitely expected and way to many dirty tablets: however, I don't understand customers walking away leaving the mess they do, but its still only 30 seconds to wipe down after

Heard no knock on the door. Food was left on our doorstep for who knows how long. Food was cold and did not include the gravy we ordered. Requested compensation but told this was not possible due to the food being supposedly delivered early. Shocking service all round.

Service was great!! I left a note asking for gravy if it was possible as I couldn’t select it and there was a free gravy in the bag along with a note! I liked this very much and appreciate the extra time put into my order xx

Very bad oily and greasy dark chicken I think never changed the oil test was very bad but unfortunately we living far away and I recommend to everyone please don’t try this place .

How hard is it to read an order off a screen and put it in a bag? Absolute waste of time. Always find a way of messing up my order, every single time.

Unfortunately given poor quality chicken, missing popcorn chicken (again) and chips were a little on the cold side.

I ordered two small pots of gravey that did not come. these come to almost £5 and the meal wasn't the same without it.

Items missing from order yet again and not overly warm food

Extremely poor quality, chips cold tipped in brown bag, chicken looked like it was cooked yesterday. Extra chicken fillet tiny broken in bits , even my dogs wouldn’t eat it. Complete waste of money.

This used to be a really poor place for service and time you waited for food . Its totally changed now and service is fast and friendly, much improved customer experience 👍

Driver left food outside didn't knick loud enough

basically took out a mortgage on my house to buy our kfc, as u do these days.. the driver bought me the wrong drink, and two burgers and two corn on the cobs were missing.. but we got extra beans that I never asked for.. anyway, phoned kfc and matey was really good, said I could drive down and he'd give me my missing food plus some popcorn chicken for the trouble. The food was alright I guess, better then McDonald's leather chicken nuggets. Take out food just ain't as good as it used to be is it

there was no experience didn't get my order it says its been delivered but nothing

waited ages for the order and when it came there was no chips

The staff working at the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful. Whilst waiting for my order I observed the staff working as an effective team, helping customers and up keeping the cleanliness of the dining area. I received my order promptly and when I got home no items were missing and food was nice and hot.

He’s just drove off with my order

I didn’t receive half my order and the half I did was cold I’m not happy at all

food didn't arrive, I was waiting by the window for my food when it was aparently delivered, not happy with this theft, there are no safety features in place to make sure customers get their meal, next time I'm simply going to drive

plus the order was missing all the dips that came with the meal contacted the store who said they would send them and they didn't plus the food was stone cold and soggy
