KFC Runcorn - Hospital Way in Halton

The most dirty place I've ever seen. Shame KFC ! No table service.

Ordered from the drive thru, arrived home and part of my order was missing, i would normally check but as i only ordered two things i didn't think it could be possible to mess up an order, i drove back to get a refund, asked about some sort of compensation for the inconvenience as nothing was offered during the refund and was told it was managers discretion, last time I will ever be ordering from here, utterly useless

Mediocre at best. No gravy, no coleslaw but at least they had chicken. Came away missing a Zinger fillet. Litter on a few tables. Not too much to ask for people to put their rubbish in a bin, but someone should be on top of tidyness. This is a regular tip. My wife advised that the female toilets were a mess. Can't comment on the Gents, as I don't plan to stay in the place that long. Fast Forward to Saturday 18th October 2024. They now have touch screens to place, and pay for, your order. Place your order, pay for it and wait to be called out. Even the dining area looked much cleaner.

From the time I ordered the food to receiving it was well over over an hour and by the time we got the food it was cold

Ordered from KFC Runcorn last week and was delivered with items missing, so I thought I’d give them another chance, however this time I ordered at 16:14 and was given a 15 - 25 minute delivery estimate, it finally got delivered at 18:12 just under 2 hours after the initial order although most of the food was hot, the chicken was dry and the fries were soggy so unfortunately I will not be ordering from this KFC again!

Missed a lot of the order. The food was stone cold and absolutely dreadful. The worst one we’ve had from this KFC and now the last; especially given how much it costs!

2 hours for delivery, courier took over 40 mins alone so the food was cold.

Chicken stone cold and I don’t trust re heating it also chips were like mini chopsticks solid cold and a waste of 24.00

Staff shouting at each other, found pieces of hair in my chicken. Also when I opened the bag it looked liked they grabbed the chips and chucked them in. They was all over the bag and gravy was half filled. Shocking service, they shouted my number and I said thank you, no bye no thanks for your order. I just got stared at like I had 10 heads

delivery and food was good, However they didn’t deliver the fries and popcorn chicken, this seems to be a regular occurrence I’ve only ever had a few order correct, for some reason the staff don’t check or they can’t be arsed

Food was cold, did not receive my large Pepsi max, delivery driver was taking multiple orders whilst having mine in his car leaving my food to go cold. Unacceptable.

I ordered the food because online it stated 20-35 minute delivery time. It took over an hour to be delivered. I can appreciate restaurants can be busy. However after waiting over an hour I was expecting fresh hot food. This is not what I got. Fuming

Fries not very hot or very nice, chicken was very nice and nice and hot, delivery was prompt.

The app said the driver was at the restaurant for 45 minutes! And though the driver was very apologetic for being late, the food was stone cold when we got it.

came at 9pm today, the staff were a laugh and made us feel so welcome, especially the girl on til, made an extra effort to make rice boxes for us even though it was late which we really appreciated. the food itself though was really underwhelming :( chicken was so dry and looked like it had been double fried because of how dark the batter was. and whoever did this mini supercharger wrap has got to be stoned 😂

Garlic buttermilk mayo dip was missing from my order

Food was good but never ever get the dips that it says you’re supposed to get. When you’re paying £30 for a meal the least I expect is to get the free dips

Ordered a oreo crushem and they only told me after i paid that they no longer sold them and then tried pressuring me into swapping it for something else and got annoyed when I demanded a refund.

We asked for the burger to be plain with just cheese, it was neither and the chips were disgusting

Items (hot wings and sauce) missing from order and fries were cold in one of the box meals. Not only were the fries cold, they were also burnt. That’s quite some achievement. Burnt cold fries! Runcorn KFC meeting their usual low standards.

Extremely dirty place. I got stuck to the floor with a soft drink spill. Tables hadn't been wiped down at all.

The order was missing two zinger stackers which was £9 each.. i tried to call and enquire but after 4 attempts to get through, i then had to wait for 7 mins by which point i hung up and drove to the place.. when i mentioned that i had two items missing, they asked me if i had brought the order back with me.. sorry, but only part way through my meal did i realise that two items were missing.. ultimately i got them after again having to wait further 8ish mins.. hugely disappointed & inconvenienced

Ordered 2 mini flaming wraps, chips and gravy and what got delivered was 1 mini flaming wrap, 1 BBQ wrap, chips and beans. Don’t like bbq or beans so what a waste that was.

Portions are getting smaller and smaller, over £5 for a tiny tub of about 7 pieces of popcorn chicken and a corn on the cob, not worth the money

They forgot chips in my main meals . How can you actually forget chips in a main meal . Everytime I order from here they always forget something main e.g wrap onces and the drink and now the chips.

ordered. given an estimate 19.20-19.40 waited like a Muppet till 20.30. tried to get help through the app told to wait. app then changed to delivered 19.25. no way to properly complain or sort it out. really bad service no help at all and no food. Delivery was a none issue, however this KFC is an absolute joke. Completely incorrect order and this is the last straw, 1 in every 4 orders from this specific KFC are either wrong or missing items. Shut this place down.

First time just eat user. Food was delivered swiftly and as predicted. Our food order wasn't quite right. We each chose corn on the cob in our meal boxes but both received gravy - which we didn't want or eat. The correct receipt was attached though. Would have been 4 stars for food but gave it 3 because of this.

All looking good until you receiving your order and looks like they just picked out from the general waste bin. You obviously not meet the food safety criteria in any level. Food was absolutely shocking, service was very poor, greeted with childish mannerisms. Take it or leave it attitudes... Chicken was dripping in oil, chips portions very small. Not happy at all with this place happened a few times now so leaving this review unfortunately.

Multiple missed items with no refund or explanation as to why. One item was made completely wrong. Never had a fantastic experience here but have never complained due to understanding of contributing factors however, there’s no sound explanation to how this order had gotten so wrong. Incompetent would be a compliment.

I’ve been to Runcorn KFC several times, and it’s consistently more disappointing than a decaf coffee. The chips are either reheated or undercooked—harder than my love life. Fancy some fresh lettuce on your burger? Dream on. There’s more mayo in the box than on the bun. Have dietary requirements? So do I, but apparently, they don’t give a cluck. And when they ask you to choose a side, don’t bother—it’s a lucky dip, but without the luck. The staff? Ruder than a traffic warden at Christmas. This isn’t a one-off; it’s their standard service. Do yourself a favour: drive to KFC Widnes and let’s hope Runcorn KFC gets shut down quicker than a bad joke at a comedy gig.

Missing 1 fries. Took ages. Lukewarm food at best (we're 10 minutes away). Fries that stuff arrive were dry and overcooked and there was barely a full portion. Just feel ripped off tbh. Won't make this mistake again.

Food is brill,service is slow but the guy behind the counter serving tonight was lovely he gave me a large drink due to waiting so long and 2 dips.will be back again!! This guy knows his customer service.shame didn't have a name badge :(
