there wasn't a hash brown on my order

Drinks spilled on the floor under the table and not cleaned up but tables and toilets were clean. Staff extremely helpful and well informed about menu choices. Food exactly as expected; tasty, well cooked, filling and great value for money. Boneless chicken, corn and slaw, with milk shake and ice cream for under £5, whats not to love?

The service at this KFC is terrible. Whent through the drive through and even though it was only me and a car in front it took us over 20 min to get are food. The woman on the counter had to ask what my oder was twice. When I got home I noticed the food was cold and the order wasn't right. I would avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Delivery driver was really nice and polite. Good service. Food was okay, bit soggy and some prices were dry inside.

Waited over 1 hour for food and when arrived it was the wrong items and was freezing cold

Came in at 9pm. No one but us in. The chairs were put in an order to stop you sitting down, even though it was open to 10pm. The food took 15 minutes and was lukewarm. The zinger burger had very little lettuce and mayo. Chips were cold and hard. Fire door was propped open with a stool! It was freezing inside! Very disappointed

Never received my food, don't trust delivery. Was outside waiting to collect, he placed as food been delivered and disappeared. Very disappointed People be aware of that

The mini fillet burger and peice of chicken wasn’t included in the order, gravy was like clumpy water and cold. As were the burger and fries only part of the order I was happy with was the can as the main part of the meal being the burger looked like it had been thrown at a wall prior to being put in the bag. The restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for putting food on anybody’s plate of that standard will not be ordering from here again, absolute disgrace

Stone cold. Not the drivers fault as it's only a 5 minute journey. Clearly left the restaurant cold

Staff are terrible all of them like 12 year olds running it, no manners, all looked like they wanted to go home, stood about looking at each other when I walked in….like no no you serve him to there co workers no one wants to be there at all… on top of that no gravy no beans come on…….needs a new manager

There hasn’t been a time I’ve come here and not found hair in the chicken. It’s in the burgers and the fried legs and thighs. Which is a shame cause the food is really nice. Please get your staff to wear hair nets!! because it’s completely put me off coming here

We ordered 3 pieces of chicken, we received 2 drumsticks and 1 chicken wing!!! That is not what we expected, the portion was tiny, once again I ordered 1 x buttermilk dip which never turned up, I also paid £2.99 for a small tub of gravy, which when I received it it was only half full, again a major disappointment

there wasnt the amount of chicken there should of been, chip bags were only filled up half way and everything was cold and we had to reheat in the air fryer
