KFC Runcorn - Hospital Way in Halton

put a not on to say to contact the number provided as the intercom to the door was broken and they haven't contacted me to say it's been delivered. I've seen the notification 10 minutes later after arrival and my order is missing. I find this un acceptable behaviour from a courier service to not deliver what they have promised.

Food was cold and burger had no supercharger sauce with little to no chips.

over 1hour and 30mins for delivery for cold old food and the order was wrong. I asked for beans got gravy

Missing Beans that I paid extra for and fries from one of the meals.

No flavour. To much money and it all ended up in the bin

wrong drinks delivered, and was not made aware that what I ordered wouldn't be delivered. I was very disappointed with this.

I initially couldn't find the delivery code, but the delivery guy was patient and we got it sorted in the end.

Food was well over an hour late closer to 2 hours and it was cold when it got here and some of the order was missing drove to the resteraunt myself to order as it wouldn’t take as long the drive thru was closed and it wasn’t busy inside so why it took the driver over an hour to deliver it when he was registered as being at the restraint for most of the time I was waiting is a complete mystery to me complete joke and won’t be using this service again made me pay for delivery

two things were missing in my order in which I paid extra for wasn't happy after it arrived check your order when it arrives, sorry KFC this time the service wasn't up to scratch this time

Had the barbecue tower burger . Got gravy instead of beans. Piece of chicken was so small that I could hardly see it.

Not had a KFC in over 10 years and now I remember why , The chips were limp and soggy and as for the special coating on the chicken ! it was basically none existent .

Honestly, this is the worst KFC I have ever been to. It’s always dirty. They don’t even give you a tray when you’re dining in. To be honest, it makes you feel very bad. It’ embarrassing, especially for such a well-known brand like KFC. The tables are always greasy. There are never any trays. The food is often cold, and the wings are often very small - much smaller than the original size. I’m disappointed and honestly shocked that a KFC like this exists. I would give it zero stars, or even negative if I could. Unfortunately, the lowest I can give is one star, and even that feels like a generous gift for a place like this. It’s frustrating that the owner responds to reviews, but as I can see, years go by and nothing changes. The place remains just as dirty as it always was.

Order was late. Boneless chicken was tepid. Wings were stone cold.

Food was served to us spilled all over the bag. Restaurant was generally unclean and had food and waste on the floor and the bins were overflowing. Wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return.

Freezing cold an the wrong food absoloute joke never again

No tango after purchasing , no straws given, burgers and fries freezing , gravy was hot that was the only good thing. Won't be back was disappointing to say the least. Girl did apologise for the tango and she was pleasant

Order was not delivered although said it was , unable to reach kfc via phone ... no answer. App says will contact about refund in few days ...... that doesnt help meal tonight. Very poor service !!!! Disgusted

Now as the food here is quite typical of KFC, it was rather tasty a little expensive compared to McDonald’s or subway. But the main issue here is simply the youths that constantly shout mess the place and simply make any eating in experience dreadful, I’d largely recommend ordering on uber eats or there app. The toilets were clean however the dining area was a complete mess.

Enjoyed it but over 3 years of visiting the coffee machine has never worked , why dont they admit they dont serve coffee

Visited on a Monday mid afternoon. The food here was nothing special. I much prefer chicken breast in a family feast but all it was was drumsticks and thighs. Not nice at all. The chicken coating was pretty tasteless as well. Nothing like it used to be when we first had it years ago. The corn cob didn't have butter on it like it used to and there was no pepper to put on it. The chips were oily. The gravy was not as nice and a lot thinner than we normally get. I had hoped for better at this one. Especially on the chicken breast front. Very disappointed with what we paid. The place itself was very quiet with no music playing.

Drinks spilled on the floor under the table and not cleaned up but tables and toilets were clean. Staff extremely helpful and well informed about menu choices. Food exactly as expected; tasty, well cooked, filling and great value for money. Boneless chicken, corn and slaw, with milk shake and ice cream for under £5, whats not to love?

The service at this KFC is terrible. Whent through the drive through and even though it was only me and a car in front it took us over 20 min to get are food. The woman on the counter had to ask what my oder was twice. When I got home I noticed the food was cold and the order wasn't right. I would avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Awful took over an hour cold and items missing

Came in at 9pm. No one but us in. The chairs were put in an order to stop you sitting down, even though it was open to 10pm. The food took 15 minutes and was lukewarm. The zinger burger had very little lettuce and mayo. Chips were cold and hard. Fire door was propped open with a stool! It was freezing inside! Very disappointed

Delivery driver was really nice and polite. Good service. Food was okay, bit soggy and some prices were dry inside.

The mini fillet burger and peice of chicken wasn’t included in the order, gravy was like clumpy water and cold. As were the burger and fries only part of the order I was happy with was the can as the main part of the meal being the burger looked like it had been thrown at a wall prior to being put in the bag. The restaurant should be ashamed of themselves for putting food on anybody’s plate of that standard will not be ordering from here again, absolute disgrace

There hasn’t been a time I’ve come here and not found hair in the chicken. It’s in the burgers and the fried legs and thighs. Which is a shame cause the food is really nice. Please get your staff to wear hair nets!! because it’s completely put me off coming here
