We live in Uttoxeter, opposite KFC: our KFC is awful. I read some reviews and we decided to give Rugeley a try when we were over that way. Wow. What a difference! Tasty, hot food, friendly staff. We'll be back!

Well after an awful experience at the nearby Uttoxeter restaurant this was completely opposite. Lovely staff, food cooked perfectly and they even brought our drinks over when there was the slightest of delays. Wonderful place, thank you!

Food cold, gravy and hot wings missing, chicken burger dry and burnt. Will not order from KFC Rugeley again as this isn’t the food has been vile

Popped in to grab a quick meal after a busy day, the manager was extremely friendly and helpful he had such lovely customer service skills which is nice to see Service was fast, & my food was served hot and fresh. It was my first time at this location and let me tell you, the chicken was so good, it's like I could taste all the flavors of the chicken. Service was Immaculate that I even made a second order to go. The Manager Darren was customer friendly and also the staff. Location was clean and service was very fast. I will be there regularly.

Ordered a wrap meal should be served with slaw. Instead I had lettuce?!? So bland. Chips were cold and chicken raw 🤢 Have complained in app.

Placed order for delivery. Waited 45minutes with no update. Tried calling the store. Ended up having to go down to the restaurant to find it closed. Stated open on the website. 2 unhappy kids and now have to wait up to 2 weeks for my money back

Went into KFC Rugeley after a long day out and its got to be the best KFC in the area. Was served by Charlie, who catered to all my needs and ensured a smooth ordering process. Our food was ready really quick, still piping hot and every bite was delicious. Keep up the good work

Food was warm, restaurant looked really clean, and honestly the best kfc experience here for a long time, Charlie was really friendly and helped us to use the kiosk when we were unsure.

Ordered via just eat. Took 50 minutes for the food to be cooked then another 25 minutes for it to be delivered. Don't bother.

Has always been fine - up until yesterday. Chicken undercooked, fries cold and hard, gravy like water. Threw half the chicken away. It's put me off for a very long time, if not permanently. Just as well we've a large selection of other take-aways in town to choose from.

everything was alright except one thing...the chicken inside the tower burger was burnt. Disappointing this time

Don't know why there are so many bad reviews, me and my partner have never had a bad experience. The food is always hot, tasty and quick. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The restaurant is always clean and so are the toilets. It's our local KFC and we always enjoy coming here. Also we have been served by a member of staff called Amelia and she is always very polite and extremely helpful.

Ordered 45mins before closing time, got to drive thru and was told they had no chicken! KFC without chicken is useless!

Food came cold, over an hour late. We had about 5 chips between 3 regular fries, the rice was hard. Food was absolutely terrible what a waste for £57. The large popcorn chicken was half full, very very disappointed.

Would not leave order without me supplying a code. would not accept last four digits of my phone number as per instructions.. had to go back to computer and revisit my order. This took around another five minutes by which time my food was only warm.

Ordered dinner through just eat for delivery from KFC Rugeley I haven’t done this for months due to every time I receive the order with items missing and this was no exception hot wings missing and regular pop corn chicken missing, gravy was like water and the chicken had no flavour I called the restaurant and didn’t apologise and just said if you can drive down we will give you the missing items, I should of listened to my wife who said I don’t know why you bother which I will next time that was the last chance

Our experience. We used the drive through facility... firstly you are unable to see the menu clearly if at all as it is positioned passed the order point but it gets worse no offer of any condiments salt/paper towel etc and believe me you need it That was the greasiest chicken I have ever experienced literally dripping of like a leaking tap. Staff are so very miserable. Congratulations on being the newest yet worse kfc to date 👍

Unfortunately every time I've been here the service is awful as is the food! Never any food. I placed an order online and turned up and still had to wait 20 minutes?! Staff were rude. Poor management, no organisation or common courtesy! Such a shame as the location is much easier to get to than Cannock but saying that I'd rather travel an extra 15 minutes to get food that isn't cremated and have a better level of customer service.

Great meal but NO popcorn chicken

I don’t know why we bother going back, food is rubbish, burgers are badly stacked, bread is soggy, i ordered a rice box, the salad didn’t have any dressing and they put a random piece of chicken instead of fillets. Iced tea was just water and ice, we paid extra for sauces and we didn’t get any! Completely disappointing!

Been there twice on both occasions they only want cash no card payment. Chicken skin hard and razer sharp asked the girl for drumsticks she said are none when I open the box there were drumsticks there seems she hadn'ta cluewhat's a drumsticks. .never going there again.advise other people to stay away.

The status of my order showed as delivered when I'm outside waiting for my delivery. I called the restaurant who did some digging and advised often drivers steal the food. Not only did this delay when I was meant to have dinner but had to go to Uber eats to get my food delivered as there was no guarantee it wouldn't happen again. absolutely shocking. spent my evening on the phone trying to resolve this. now I can't even get a full refund as service charge is not included on refund.
