£65 order via uber and they’ve sent 1 meal and an extra fries.. How can you get something so simple so wrong?

Disappointing service, an hour & half wait for delivery then cancelled without explanation

What the hell kind of service is this? Stood waiting at the till for 7 minutes before being served. Served at 1:26pm After being served I was waiting at collection for 12 minutes (1:36pm) before being told my food would be ready in 6 minutes. At 1:50 I asked where my food was and wasn't answered. I asked for a refund and the refund wasn't given, I had to ask three times for the refund before the manager gave it me, this is against consumer rights and I will be contacting Food/Trading Standards. Left the store at 1:55pm finally with my refund and a full half an hour after placing my order, wasting my entire lunch break

Staff very rude just been in not one customer inside while I was waiting to be served in end I walked out. I was looked at by Staff a number of times by different staff aswell which not one said a word or attempt to serve me looking at comments it's happing quite regular I'm happy to wait if staff make an attempt but they just rude

Got drive through, ordered a bucket and a box meal. Parked up and waited and was given what I thought was my order. Drove 20 minutes home to find that there were 2 small box meals instead. Note to self - double check the bag!

Bit greasy had others that wasn't missed an meal had to go back to complain.

Halal kfc in Rotherham has very great infrastructure and place to sit and enjoy the view outside Very peaceful place Staff is very polite and cooperative.

Ordered online, food stone cold, didn't help that they put a cold bottle of water in the foodbag

Ordered a tower stuffing burger (or whatever it’s proper name is) from UberEats; After taking a bite and chewing, I found the longest black hair I’ve ever seen, actually stuck in the melted cheese? I threw up straight away and have continued vomiting throughout the day since. Absolutely disgusting and makes me wonder, if the hair managed to get in there, what other hygiene practices are not kept to tightly? Would never order from here again, awaiting Uber to hopefully source a refund, if not I will have to see where else I can take this.

I went to the kfc today and was stood at the till for over ten minutes the staff had clearly seen me and was just ignoring me . The staff were all talking in a different language among themselves and not bothered about serving me. Will not go back to this kfc again the service is shocking. Aswell the staff are just rude.

Just had a single bucket meal. So so so dissapointed chicken looked like it had been sat all day mostly bone not meat. Wings ok chips so over seasoned could not eat them. It was an expensive treat which I will not be repeating

Everytime we come here we always see the same people and some are friendly however it seems to be largely non English staff whom we can hear speaking their own language and we cannot get their attention when wanting to order. We take no issue with the type of people however we cannot order or get attention in a language that we do not speak. I expect to be understood and visa versa when I arrive at this kfc. I feel sorry for the English people working there if This is a regular occurrence.

Absolutely disgusting! Went to order my food had to wait 20mins for 2 burger meals! My order was taken by the manager no smile looked so moody! I ordered large meals but got regular. Went back to change my fries and drink n the fries were cold. Bins overflowing with rubbish had to clean my own table myself!! Staff standing on the front hands behind their backs. Manager in the front busy talking n laughing with staff members never going there ever again. I don't know who hired this guy as a manager because clearly he does not know how to run the shop. Pathetic

Food is great but they have got our order wrong numerous times, the most recent one they left 10 pieces of chicken out of our order which we didn't know until we got home. Check your food before you leave.

Very dirty/untidy, no one seemed interested in cleaning the tables or floors, when the were not busy the staff would just stand talking, they need to go to McDonald's over the road to see how to clean tables and sweep floors

Called in for a chicken meal got a fillet burger meal with hardly any chicken in it for ten quid odd.Come on KFC no wonder nobody uses you any more as your clearly not supplying a fillet of chicken are you as advertised.

No wonder more people get food delivered. You might as well eat where it's warm and comfortable. The place was freezing! Table service goes as far as shouting your number out too. The food was nice though which is the main thing.

Ordered on the KFC app which had malfunctioned, so I had quite a lengthy wait time. There was no one else in the drive thru luckily! Managers and staff responded well to the situation and food was fresh and hot.

The overall atmosphere, parking facilities more importantly other surrounding restaurants i.e. Toby Carvery, McDonald's, Taco bell etc and supermarkets Asda 24Hrs, Iceland, free parking, makes it a wonderful location.

Despite reaching out with complaints many times, the quality of the food continues to be a letdown. i am leaving the bad review because im jot someone who always complains just to get the vouchers or false claims My primary concern revolves around the preparation of the chicken. It seems that they consistently over-fry it, resulting in chicken pieces that are not only excessively hard but also unappetizingly dark and burned. This makes the food unsuitable to eat and leaves a lot to be desired in terms of taste and texture. In addition to the persistent food quality issues I've encountered at my local Halal KFC, there's another aspect that i am disappointed – the drive-through experience. It's a matter of common sense, really. When I order my meal in-store, everything I need – ketchup, tissues, and the like – is readily available. I can simply grab what I require and enjoy my meal. However, when I opt for the drive-through, it's primarily for the sake of convenience. Yet, consistently, I receive my meal without any ketchup, mayo, or tissues. It doesn't make sense that I have to go through the drive-through, park my car, and then enter the store to retrieve something as basic as ketchup or tissues. I'm not an impatient person, and I understand that businesses can get busy, and staff can get tired. However, it's essential that the staff know how to handle customers, especially those using the drive-through service. Believe me, this inconvenience is not something I've encountered at other fast-food establishments. It seems to be a recurring issue unique to the Halal KFC in my area. It's frustrating and disappointing that such a simple matter can't be addressed efficiently, given the reputation KFC holds in the fast-food industry. I hope that the management takes these concerns to heart and works towards improving both food quality and customer service in the drive-through. I appreciate that the management has been responsive to my complaints, often sending vouchers as compensation. However, the real issue remains unaddressed – the consistent lack of improvement in food quality. I'd much rather enjoy a satisfying meal than receive vouchers for food. As a customer who genuinely enjoys KFC's offerings when they're prepared correctly, it's disheartening to see this persistent lapse in quality at my local Halal KFC branch. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and takes concrete steps to rectify the ongoing issues. Until then, I'll be hesitant to return and recommend others to exercise caution when dining here.

As usual, the KFC service is slow, hardly any customers but staff standing around doing nothing then an influx of customers, staff still standing around, on a bright side, the food was hot! Please KFC sort your service issues, if orders can be fast for the drive through why not for the eat in customer???

Very good service but we was the only four people in. Food very good as all KFC that's our grandson answer. Very clean and tidy will go again if in Rotherham.

Absolutely love KFC, so does my family. Fantastic service as ever at this one, quick service and always quality food. Only reason I give 4 stars, and I'd give this to every one, inflation! We are on £50 a visit for a family of 4. We used to eat here as an end of week treat.. it's now a monthly treat. Regardless, still our favourite fast food restaurant.

My Order No. 2069 and 2074. The staff was so unprofessional to me, the did not even bother to take my order I called them thrice but they were not listening. Even the food was cold and the cappuccino was made so bad and it was cold as well. I asked them twice to warm my coffee but if no use.

Popped in while waiting for our car to be serviced, and it was a pleasant atmosphere. Food was ready within about 5 minutes of us ordering. It was served hot and very well cooked. I will definitely be eating here again. 5 stars.

Recently visited this establishment on the way home and was impressed. Car parking is available when it's not full but there was enough when we arrived. Afew disabled spots near the entrance when available. Only afew people in when we got there so got straight to the counter and ordered our meals. A very friendly chap was on hand to help and we were soon at a table tucking in to what we'd ordered. Everything was as expected, nice and hot and tasted as it should. Very clean and tidy and all the staff seemed to be working as a team and taking care of business. Would definitely be back.

Tried to order on the phone app, which was not working, asked staff what was wrong, said not been working for any of the stores for a while, and they were trying to get it back online. So customers could not use any offers as they don't have any way of doing it manually. Chicken was OK, but batter seemed overcooked.
