20 min wait for chicken so took the alternatives offered. Food was dismal - smallest chicken pieces I ever did see & 12 chips each at most. Servers were as miserable as sin & don't know the word 'thanks'. The restaurant could also benefit from a decent clean. I won't be visiting any KFC anytime soon.

I just ordered food from kingsway Rochdale . Order number is R66PW. Driver forgot Pepsi 1.5 ltr bottle . When I asked he said they didn’t give me bottle . When I called to store they said we gave him we can see cctv . And later they said you can complain at website for refund . Is it make a sense .i paid £3.49 for Pepsi, £2.99 for delivery charges, and £2 tip to driver which is £8.48 extra from my food and still no one taking responsibility. Lady from store said if you complain online then you will get refund. I don’t want refund . I want my order full complete.. What a stressful experience.

I visited the KFC at Kingsway on 09/08/24 at 10:58 AM, and I had a really disappointing experience. I arrived just two minutes before their official opening time at 11:00 AM, but instead of being politely informed, the staff member seemed very frustrated and rudely told me to leave. I was shocked by the behavior. To make matters worse, I quickly used the restroom, but the same staff member followed me inside and told me to get out in a very unprofessional manner. I wasn’t arguing or causing any trouble, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I ended up leaving and driving to another KFC, where thankfully, I was treated with the respect and courtesy I expect. It wouldn't hurt for the staff at the Kingsway location to be a bit more well-behaved and considerate of their customers, even if it’s just a couple of minutes before opening time. This experience left a very bad impression, and I won’t be returning to this location.

place was untidy table dirty and it wasnt busy . Toilets stunk of urine only one toilet working. Food wasnt too bad.

£50 order, got home 15mins later and half of It is missing. Hungry kids, out of pocket and no one answering the phone to try and sort it out or help. KFC is nice food but service at all local branches is horrendous.

Gave the food a one star but actually didn't get to try it considering it took them over 25 minutes to not make food. Clearly prioritise delivery drivers over other customers. Have to say they did refund me without argument but they shouldn't have to do that

this branch is “CLOSED”. kfc need to update there information. what a waste of journey.

Walked in at 9:15pm, lady at desk told me with attitude that they were no longer serving. I understand that the staff need to clean up ext but if that's the case then they need to change the times that they advertise as open. As for the service, usually ok but sometimes they get even basic orders wrong. The food for the most part is exactly what you'd expect from a KFC so take from that what you will.

KFC offers delicious fried chicken and a variety of tasty sides. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal!

Order is wrong ordered 12 piece chicken came with 10 chicken pieces. Ordered 4 creamy mash and instead came with 5 pots of gravy. Also ordered PEPSI MAX and they have gave us Diet Pepsi. This has happened 3 times ordering from here, never ordering here again!

Very bad, old chicken, the fries fried with old oil. I cant eat the zinger salad I was nearly to 🤮, I waist my money. Dont buy from here you are going to get sick.

If you want chicken, you have to ask KFC.... If you can't go out, ask for delivery....

Very dodgy kfc. Have told me a few times that voucher codes won’t work yet I entered them on the machine without a problem. I complained to kfc about this and got sent a voucher. They refused to accept it. Avoid.

Truly abysmal, the food was soggy and miniscule and if you don't know exactly what your options are, the staff are as useful as a chocolate fireguard and about as helpful.

Just plain awful..... If I could give it no stars then I would.... Took 10 minutes sat in the car for someone to even take our order.. I had a zinger burger no salad on it, bun was stale and it had no taste... Done with KFC really disappointed!

Absolutely clueless total chaos and every person in house and who'd ordered outside coming back in to complain. Burger was like a brick, wrong sides wrong drinks items missing and I only ordered 2 meals so nothing else to say.

Food only warm not hot , as though it had been sitting for a long time, as the wait had been long, ordering was a shambles order numbers made no sense , 8000 5000 3000 there wasn't any way of telling how long you would have to wait, this answer was long, very long. Tables dirty and during the time we were eating there not a single table was wiped, very poor hygiene Tills had crashed so no app was available Shabby I won't eat there again

Quiet, fairly quick service, food was great. Recently refurbished so nice and clean. Orders are usually prepared quickly but double check the bag before you leave as it's common something is missing.

eaten at this place yesterday got a take out. food was very stale me and my kids have got food poisening. please i advise stay away from this place. its run by a bunch of people who came in on a boat. they are giving kfc a bad name. i hope the company sues them for deformation of there name. chicken was pink inside. last time we ordered it was dry and stale. staff are not friendly there phone lines have been switched off. on purpose they dont answer calls as they dont care about customers. so if you get your order wrong on delivery or you want extra things added like sauce or you have a request they dont answer calls at all. disgusting. they also provided no salt or sauces with our order just a plain bucket of dry chicken.

Veg burgers to die for . Sadly they put mayonnaise on,just ask no mayonnaise.if you dont you get half a jar of mayonnaise on your Vegan burger but no mayonnaise and gorgeous and i take my own vegan mayonnaise.

Got a drive through. Missing items in order only realised when got home. No fries in order and given wrong flavour wrap. Rang them to complain twice but no one picked up phone. Wont be using them again very dissapointed!

You never get your whole order - at drive through, you will end up with maybe 70 percent of your food and only realising when you get home. However, Just Eat is on another level, you will only ever receive 1 percent of your order. I ordered x3 full meals with drinks and I kid you not, I was sent 1 small portion of chips in a bag.

This place is clean the food is hot and out of the 2 there are in Rochdale this is the only one I would personally eat at The staff are warm and welcoming

A painful place to visit, staff as thick as the gravy you get instead of beans EVERY TIME. Always forget some of the order. Check before you escape this rotten run down outlet.

Easy parking, typical KFC. Don't deliver to tables and removed the number cards.. staff a bit blunt. Not overly clean. Easy parking. Quick service.

Ordered off Uber, ordered cookies but was given pineapple sticks instead I'm guessing as an alternative...disgusting and thrown in bin. Some of the fries were burnt and the rest were soggy, the popcorn chicken was overcooked and horrible, the vegan chicken fillet was overcooked to the extent that it had actually gone hard...the Pepsi that was ordered wasn't given and no replacement or reason given...the only thing they got right was the orange Tango...also the pineapple sticks leaked so the bag was covered in sticky pineapple juice...horrible horrible horrible food

KFC often have deals if you use their app and some in store I think? But I am only guessing, I've never actually been inside, I only ever use the drive through.

Yet another messed up, horrible food from KFC, Kingsway, Rochdale. Food cold. Chicken burger tasted as though been reheated, ended up throwing it away. Ordered chocolate sundae with kids meal and a garlic buttermilk dip didn't get either of them.

The young lad with the hat on who served us was great very polite and said he would shout when our order was ready wich he did he is a credit to kfc as he was doing all the orders. However my chicken fillet must have shrunk in the fryer very disappointed in my fillet burger it was lost in the middle of the bun and the bun was toasted?? All bun and no chicken :(:(

I'm pregnant fancied kfc for my tea so went kfc on kingsway half way through my chicken burger I noticed it was pink!!!! Abouslty disgusting. Am witting up to head office about this as this isn't just a one of with other posts I've seen.

Chip portions were pathetic, but not nearly as pathetic as the miserable workers who can't even work at KFC of all places without lashing out at customers. Staff are rude and ignorant. The new store at Sandbrook Park is much better and has much nicer staff working there.

Staff are friendly, but place always dirty , tables, chairs, bathroom... They don't clean it properly. Food use to be good but recently changed. We ordered 12 boneless fillet and it wasn't fresh like always was. Chicken wings and chicken Popcorn was very good.

Just bought a 9 piece bucket and the chicken has an awful smell , they might have used last week's chicken. It doesn't taste like KCF, doesn't smell like KFC....its horrible! Stay clear of that place.
