We had Brianna serve us in the drive through and is such a lovely girl! Really brightened our day and made our experience 10 times better.

Restraunt was Clean and Service was Exceptional Staff is Super Friendly. Must recommended.

Staff are friendly, clean environment with food arriving fresh and hot.

I've just been to kfc sandbrook rochdale, we ordered 4 box meals, 2 extra legs The legs are not here One of the box meals has wings instead of strip It's all cold apart from the beans Supercharger box meal-ordered strip got wings all cold Trilogy box- all cold apart from beans Other 2 box meals just cold but everything there

Fillet burger was so small I am STILL convinced it was a kids burger. Zinger burger had 2 strips of lettuce on it, but the hot wings were almost inedible. I keep saying I will not go there again, but like a fool I think to myself "hmm surely by now they have improved". Guess what? They haven't. I had to wait 30 mins for the tiny burger too

Only writing this to voice how lovely Elaine is who works here. Absolute treasure of a member of staff committed efficient and so kind and lovely. Thank you so much Elaine for being such a lovely person, KFC are very lucky to have a member of staff as brilliant as you. See you again!

I paid around £60 for a delivery order on uber eats. All of the food was completely burnt on the outside and didn’t taste nice so I took the chicken off the burger and gave it to my dog whole. I then took apart the second chicken burger and cut it up to feed to my other dog (he’s a puppy) and I noticed it was pink on the inside. I contacted KFC on the phone - I didn’t ask for a refund or anything, I just wanted them to know that they’re sending out raw food and to be careful & the guy didn’t listen, told me he needed to check cctv and will call back in a minute. He then calls me back & asks me again, what the issue was with the food (he didn’t listen the first time, clearly) and proceeds to say “well why has no one else rang about raw chicken” and “it was above 63 degrees when cooked so it’s fine. Basically telling me I’m lying. Well anyway, here’s the proof. Not only are you all rude & incompetent . You’re also putting peoples lives at risk & if my dog dies because of this, expect a massive lawsuit. (She weighs about 3kg and are a full burger)

Vile, gave me and my partner food poisoning and had stomach issues for days after it. Place was filthy and the staff members were so rude aswell, the customer infront of me had items missing from his order and they told him he would have to wait for them to check CCTV cameras… leaving his remaining food stone cold. Checking cameras over 2 sets of chips is a ridiculous way of treating someone. They had also given me the wrong order and forgotten sauces on burgers etc.

Dry chicken was like eating a leather sandal in the desert bins are all full over flowing rubbish all over the car park in side was the same all the bins full tables full of rubbish none cleaned down don't use this KFC has to be the worst in the country

Was discussing how previous staff failed to take note of no mayonnaise on burger on a regular basis. The staff member failed to acknowledge this saying he doesn't believe it its not true!! Guy at drive through till constantly called me a liar and didn't believe me. He was rude aggressive and wanted to fight me. Why do i need to lie i said but no. I called kfc manager to complain who was also rude and abrupt. KFC need to start monitoring their franchises as this sort of poor behaviour and poor food and customer service is becoming far-too often

Went to the drive threw kingsway rochdale ordered food on the boards outside gives you prices but when you pay for food it's more expensive 🙃 asked why they said food had gone up so the difference was a extra £5.surely they would have to honour the price on the board got home looked on line food was price as it was on the boards.is there a scam going on here or something you make your own prices up....reported to management

I got food poisoning after eating from this branch i only know because I had nothing but kfc the day before i fell ill sorry but this Branch needs to be looked into for hygiene and cross contamination

Staff use the same toilet door that the customers use to enter and exit their kitchen ( without gloves) where they prepare customers food utterly disgraceful they are still open staff look like they don’t even wipe their arses also took 1 hour to serve me a wrap meal .. will be complaining to head of our local FSA

I had ordered from here a few minutes ago through Uber eats and I had ordered the veg rice boxs. They tried contacting me but unfortunately I was unable to answer In time for the calls. but usually some other places I had been just give you what you ordered even if they don't have it. But this KFC replaced the rice they didn't have with chips. Thank you for being so considerate ♥️

Thought I would try this place again but was very disappointed with the results,

Bought food worth £40 from this KFC, the chicken was very old, dry, hard and tasted foul as if it had gone bad, the sweetcorn was horrible and my daughters who love their sweetcorn did not bother to eat. My whole family couldn't enjoy the food and had to make something else to eat. In store, whilst ordering I witnessed a member of staff not wiping or cleaning the trays before using it to serve another customer. I was vey shocked ro see that. The place is dirt, including the toilet with the bins are always full. KFC Kingsway needs a good and better management together with proper training for it staff. This is very bad 😞

20 min wait for chicken so took the alternatives offered. Food was dismal - smallest chicken pieces I ever did see & 12 chips each at most. Servers were as miserable as sin & don't know the word 'thanks'. The restaurant could also benefit from a decent clean. I won't be visiting any KFC anytime soon.

I just ordered food from kingsway Rochdale . Order number is R66PW. Driver forgot Pepsi 1.5 ltr bottle . When I asked he said they didn’t give me bottle . When I called to store they said we gave him we can see cctv . And later they said you can complain at website for refund . Is it make a sense .i paid £3.49 for Pepsi, £2.99 for delivery charges, and £2 tip to driver which is £8.48 extra from my food and still no one taking responsibility. Lady from store said if you complain online then you will get refund. I don’t want refund . I want my order full complete.. What a stressful experience.

Bit of a dive at this place, run by a bunch of chavs 😅 food is not worth the price paid.

GENUINE AN AWSOME KFC WOULD RECOMMEND FOR SOME FINGER LICKING GLORY

I visited the KFC at Kingsway on 09/08/24 at 10:58 AM, and I had a really disappointing experience. I arrived just two minutes before their official opening time at 11:00 AM, but instead of being politely informed, the staff member seemed very frustrated and rudely told me to leave. I was shocked by the behavior. To make matters worse, I quickly used the restroom, but the same staff member followed me inside and told me to get out in a very unprofessional manner. I wasn’t arguing or causing any trouble, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I ended up leaving and driving to another KFC, where thankfully, I was treated with the respect and courtesy I expect. It wouldn't hurt for the staff at the Kingsway location to be a bit more well-behaved and considerate of their customers, even if it’s just a couple of minutes before opening time. This experience left a very bad impression, and I won’t be returning to this location.

place was untidy table dirty and it wasnt busy . Toilets stunk of urine only one toilet working. Food wasnt too bad.

£50 order, got home 15mins later and half of It is missing. Hungry kids, out of pocket and no one answering the phone to try and sort it out or help. KFC is nice food but service at all local branches is horrendous.

Gave the food a one star but actually didn't get to try it considering it took them over 25 minutes to not make food. Clearly prioritise delivery drivers over other customers. Have to say they did refund me without argument but they shouldn't have to do that

this branch is “CLOSED”. kfc need to update there information. what a waste of journey.

Walked in at 9:15pm, lady at desk told me with attitude that they were no longer serving. I understand that the staff need to clean up ext but if that's the case then they need to change the times that they advertise as open. As for the service, usually ok but sometimes they get even basic orders wrong. The food for the most part is exactly what you'd expect from a KFC so take from that what you will.

KFC offers delicious fried chicken and a variety of tasty sides. The staff is always friendly and the service is quick. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal!

Order is wrong ordered 12 piece chicken came with 10 chicken pieces. Ordered 4 creamy mash and instead came with 5 pots of gravy. Also ordered PEPSI MAX and they have gave us Diet Pepsi. This has happened 3 times ordering from here, never ordering here again!

Very bad, old chicken, the fries fried with old oil. I cant eat the zinger salad I was nearly to 🤮, I waist my money. Dont buy from here you are going to get sick.

If you want chicken, you have to ask KFC.... If you can't go out, ask for delivery....

Very dodgy kfc. Have told me a few times that voucher codes won’t work yet I entered them on the machine without a problem. I complained to kfc about this and got sent a voucher. They refused to accept it. Avoid.

Truly abysmal, the food was soggy and miniscule and if you don't know exactly what your options are, the staff are as useful as a chocolate fireguard and about as helpful.

Just plain awful..... If I could give it no stars then I would.... Took 10 minutes sat in the car for someone to even take our order.. I had a zinger burger no salad on it, bun was stale and it had no taste... Done with KFC really disappointed!

Absolutely clueless total chaos and every person in house and who'd ordered outside coming back in to complain. Burger was like a brick, wrong sides wrong drinks items missing and I only ordered 2 meals so nothing else to say.

Food only warm not hot , as though it had been sitting for a long time, as the wait had been long, ordering was a shambles order numbers made no sense , 8000 5000 3000 there wasn't any way of telling how long you would have to wait, this answer was long, very long. Tables dirty and during the time we were eating there not a single table was wiped, very poor hygiene Tills had crashed so no app was available Shabby I won't eat there again
