KFC Reading - Shinfield Road in Reading

Didn’t arrive totally wrong address but can’t get hold of anyone so 22.93 less in my bank and

I was originally told 8.05, it eventually arrived at 9.08

I had a four piece boneless banquet and found this time for the chicken to be cooked far too much. There was too much of the out of crumbs and not enough chicken.

My notes were not read and it was delivered to my garden back gate when I asked it to come to my front door.

Wow! Visited on Friday evening and was served by Rajdeep, this lady is a true asset to your company, excellent customer service skills. Keep up the great work!

Boneless meal received with the lid of the pot of beans not on properly with the sauce all over the chicken pieces not impressed.

Food was cold, driver didn’t even have a hot food bag, not ordering again!

ordered at 17.20, app said 40 mins. food turned up at 19.20. stone cold!!! 2 hours for a restaurant less than a mile away

This KFC is the best KFC in the world always nice and hot food, and best service.

Great customer service and food

Food was tepid and the chicken was absolutely saturated with congealed fat, had to use gloves to even open the paper bag it was in! Prices have gone up and portions size gone down. This is the second time its happened, gave them the benefit of the doubt first time but shouldn’t have bothered. There won’t be a third time!

Driver did not arrive food not received.

Driver was late because they drove way past the house and went down a random road then dropped the food as they were delivering

I usually order in app for pick up. Went in store as this evening as I had difficulty logging in . After I paid for the food I noticed the store price was higher than the online price. When I told the cashier she just started saying delivery prices and so on despite me being there for collection . Got back home to find the gravy lid didn’t latch and gravy was all over.

The food is mostly always good but the waiting area is so small. It's very well managed and is clean, modern and tidy.

ordered at 16:05 said it would be 10 to 25 minutes for delivery, near on 40 minutes later it turns up nearly cold, after spending just over £50 I would have expected better quality, will be trying another place in future.

Food arrived a bit late and was lukewarm, also I ordered a Pepsi max bux was given a different drink.

Food was stone cold, chips inedible, I have no doubt the food was sat there since we ordered. It came extremely late and I received baked beans instead of gravy. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I would like to request a refund.

Left a message to say specifically food to be warm and fresh guess what food arrives 30mins late and cold just eat refused to refund any payment very disappointed with the service of just eat and their partners

I came in this morning and asked for a mighty bucket and chips I felt really ill that afternoon I had the chills and feeling hot then 10 mins later was sick and had severe diarrhea which was caused by the chicken dripping like water in oil and had some raw bits in the breast won't be returning back again I'm severely disappointed.

really disappointed....... decided on a treat. my husbands meal was missing, even on the receipt it was obvious, as everyone else's meal had a tick , where they must of checked everything was there. His didn't. so he had no dinner. so put in compensation request, just eat said no , due to information given from restaurant. won't be ordering again. disappointed.

Ordered at 14.57, delivered an hour later. Original delivery time was 15.10-15.25. The progress was stuck at “courier is waiting at the restaurant” for most of the time. This was untrue. I called the restaurant and they told me the order had been despatched long before. I suspect the courier did not log the pickup from the restaurant. When the food arrived, the packaging was crushed and wet, and the food was damp and cold and soggy - not hot and crispy as it should be.

Really loved this kfc I ordered the triple gravy bucket and it was absolutely yummy the mini fillets were nice and juicy the hot wings were beautiful and crispy the original recipe chicken 🍗 was soooo nice I will definitely be visiting again very soon. By far the best kfc in reading I have been too 🍗🤩

zero stars for zero care and delivery. I just spent 20 quid on food because ive injured my leg and cant walk. you take my 20 quid and deliver only half my order, and its cold. Service is terrible for my first time using Uber eats and I demand a full refund. Would not recommend. KFC store was Shinfield Road, Reading, Berkshire.

Delivered 80% of the order cold, with only 1 item piping hot, then blamed the delivery driver for delivering to other customers before us so our food would be cold, which couldn't possibly explain the situation as some food was HOT and other food was COLD in the same delivery. if the driver had gone elsewhere first to deliver then all our food would have been cold ! - We won't be using this place again, and Just Eat refunded a good portion of the money we paid too. Top Tip here : deliver hot food and people will be happy - delivery cold food and you'll get bad reviews, blame your driver for you own failings and you look like an idiot !

Ordered 4 x vegan burgers and received 1 x chicken burger. This was very upsetting as one child could not be fed . Especially we don’t eat meat in this household.

Poor service. Need to sort out the problem of no certain chicken meals after all the majority of KFC meals are chicken & fries... Also used to be delivered to my address.. Now you deliver any particular reason I have to order from KFC further away? Don't make sense...
