Amazing service food all ways fresh and hot I never had any issue with food staff so well trained store clean and shiny

The store doing really great job staff was so friendly, food so delicious and hot I love the hot wings and new fries so amazing.

Delivered 80% of the order cold, with only 1 item piping hot, then blamed the delivery driver for delivering to other customers before us so our food would be cold, which couldn't possibly explain the situation as some food was HOT and other food was COLD in the same delivery. if the driver had gone elsewhere first to deliver then all our food would have been cold ! - We won't be using this place again, and Just Eat refunded a good portion of the money we paid too. Top Tip here : deliver hot food and people will be happy - delivery cold food and you'll get bad reviews, blame your driver for you own failings and you look like an idiot !

Good service and the food was hot , unfortunately the delivery driver was very abrupt verging on rude , needless to say he didn’t get a tip .

Ordered 4 x vegan burgers and received 1 x chicken burger. This was very upsetting as one child could not be fed . Especially we don’t eat meat in this household.

Poor service. Need to sort out the problem of no certain chicken meals after all the majority of KFC meals are chicken & fries... Also used to be delivered to my address.. Now you deliver any particular reason I have to order from KFC further away? Don't make sense...

The staff are always very polite and friendly. Food is fast and in line with expectations.

Complete order was cold. Wrong items or missing items. No large coleslaw and instead of gravy received beans. Chips had no seasoning on either. Completely disappointed and won’t be ordering again

Went last week, (not through choice) the whole place stank of rancid oil, just like it did seven months ago. The mini fillet burger was cold and had no flavour. The "freshly made" wrap was also cold, the wrap was hard suggesting it was old it had been left out. The following day, we were both sick. If you're looking for a day off work, this is the place to get your tea from. If you value your stomach and health in any way, stay well clear. I am utterly surprised that this place is still open.

I’m a regular order customer at KFC Shinfield site. Today 4ps meal was abysmally bad - chicken pieces were dark in color - looked like they were re-heated in bad oil. Maintain quality mate especially with regulars. Next time I might try another KFC.

Opened the Burger Box and there was a bite already taken out of it. Was in a sealed bag so it happened at the restaurant. Tried calling the restaurant several times no one picks up and there is not a im not happy someone has taken a bite from my burger on the issues page.

Rice pots tipped over and spilled out onto a soggy paper bag, only bbq sauce in bag, very poor!!!

Ordered a large pop corn chicken and a fillet burger on uber eats first of all could I actually get some pop corn chicken with my container/box more cardboard than actual chicken and why was the fillet a mini fillet size absolute rip off order large popcorn chicken and they fill half the box absolute joke

Poor quality all around I know so many people who also have said this place food is no good and staff are even more rude I would just fully avoid this place

Every time I order takeaway they miss one or other item from the order. I don’t think this by chance rather it’s deliberate. Need to double check order before leaving the place I guess next time. Order 2 meals and order 3 chicken hot wings and in that had only 5 pieces instead of 6. Now I either drive back 2 miles to get it or leave feedback here.

Food was lukewarm and soggy by the time it arrived, not usually one to complain, but I even tipped the driver £3 before the delivery. Maybe change your ordering system so that we tip at the end of the whole transaction, not before delivery has taken place…

Spent £39 plus delivery not ordered a take away since last year too be very disappointed. We ordered a party bucket to be given 9 not well cooked drum sticks only only 2 breast no wings 3 thighs in the 14 pieces bucket. Chicken was not cooked properly as can see from a pic I took. Not ordered in months, very disappointed, never ordering from them again. Want our money back.

Hello I haven’t recovered my Order

The food arrived on time but it was freezing cold and I was giving 4 pieces of wings considering I pay for delivery I expected better this is not the 1st time it has happend
