I ordered a drink, but I didn't get it

Shocking! This is the second time I've received the wrong order!

wrong side, no drink and no chips. what did arrive is cold.

The entire order was wrong. We ordered vegan items and got chicken instead.

Time kept changing didn’t know the guaranteed time until 2 mins before delivered

Every time I order from KFC there are missing items. This time we are missing 4 items! Useless!!!!

Old chips cooked with new chips some chicken been standing to long and was not good food very poor quality

Apart from missing chips and beans was pretty good

driver had no clue where he was going and food cold

cancelled a meal on my order didn't tell me sent one meal and charged me service fee and full delivery fee and food was cold couldn't call cos was closed when food arrived

all food cold. missing chips and sauces aswell . not happy as was very expensive and completely unedible

Delivered on time but order was missing the extra chips which is not the first time for KFC

Only received a small gravy instead of the large one we ordered.

Very unhappy about my recent food. Ordered 10 pieces bargain bucket was told I can only have 8 or 12 not sure why but chosen 12 pieces when we arrived home we found box of strippers popcorn chicken fries and 3 sauces and paid £25 total disaster Time to change the shop

15 minutes wait 2 cars in front of me... It's not even busy inside. Chips are not hot. No offer of condiments. The young lady who gave me my order was very nice and polite, and apologised for the wait. So there is hope for a better service in the future.

didn't receive my correct order as per usual. never ever seem to be able to deliver the correct items. your meant to provide a service at the moment money is exchanged.

Food arrived so late, three portions of fries cold, two fillet burgers cold, four mini fillets cold. All gone in the bin.

I did not receive any of the food I have ordered, I am extremely cross about this. According to your website the food was delivered, it was not. I would like a full refund. And I will not be using Just Eat again.

It was a lot hotter and better presented than McDonald’s delivery so take a bow 🙇‍♂️

Accept my order then send a 'sorry the restaurant now say they can't do this' - 10 minutes after the only other open KFC closes!

Hot Wings were not crispy and Family Feat chicken was not crispy.

We use this kfc quite often as we think it is the best in the area. However on this occasion it was not up to it's usual standard. The fillets burger was so hard it was in edible and after asking for it to be exchanged the new one was not much better. The rest was ok.

It was very quick, however we ordered 3 gravys which didn’t come.. disappointing really.

Terrible, doesn't deserve 1 star. Ordered on the app. The 'restaurant' claim they didn't receive the order but they took our money. Crooks. We'll never go there again, there are always problems and the staff are just so poor.

This restaurant has really gone downhill Shane! Food is horrible. Had old hot wings that where all dried up with no meat on looked like they been sat in that hot shelf all day! Had 4x items missing from the order 1 of my kids had nothing and the other 3 was missing there hot wings and pineapple sticks! Really had enough of wasting my money on rubbish food! I fully give up with Hampton KFC waste of time and money

Ordered two tower meals plus extra 2 extra pieces of chicken, got 1 tower meal no extra chicken, two boxes of popcorn chicken and a tub of peri peri chicken none of which I ordered or like!

Since when is an order number required, we have had orders from you and have never had to give an order number. Never even seen on flashed up. The chap who delivered our order did not know what to do when l told him l had not got a number and said l would ca ncel payment, so don’t blame him for giving us the order he was very polite and apologetic

at the time of ordering, it stated it would arrive at 2:20 at the latest. after purchase, it was immediately pushed back to 2:40.

food when received was cold and wet where it had sweated in delivery bag. very disappointing

The delivery you just sent to my house is disgusting… boxes mashed, no drinks, food all over the place. We pay your wages have a bit more respect when sending out delivery’s it’s not like your closing anytime soon? So why send out such a revolting delivery this is not what we expect from KFC just because we didn’t drive to the restaurant doesn’t make us any different… very very disappointing

I ordered a large gravy... there's no gravy after I've paid... they asked what I would like instead so I asked for beans... they gave me a small I said sorry I ordered a large... then I get no spoon to eat my mash or beans with... and also no beans! So I go back again for the beans... then I park up again... and realised they put mayo in my burger after I asked for no mayo. I think they need some serious retraining. And the eye roll to top it off after I asked for my money back and not a replacement burger. They need to get someone in there who knows what they are doing. Not have it ran by kids... 1 of which was wearing a white hoodie.

Hubby wanted to try the Stuffing Stacker, and he wasn't disappointed! I had my usual Tower Burger, and it was sublime. We keep coming back because we keep getting good food

I made a complaint about waiting almost 2 hrs of receiving the food, as soon as I made the complaint about it the status had changed to Delivered, no food had been delivered, it never event went to the map to follow the delivery driver nor the status changed. no food was delivered and money wasted

Wings size seems to like a sparrow not of the chicken rest all good .

I have not received my order but the app says the opposite, I’m still waiting on my order

Both the fillet tower burgers were cold everything else was hot.

Very clean, bathrooms, tables and windows, friendly staff, food was served very quick in a great athmosphere. I would say this branch is over most of KFC restaurants I vidited.

Delivery driver was amazing kind and polite, the food was good who ever made that chicken did a really good job

They repeated questions to me over and over on email and then finally responded with your enquiry is about a delivery that was more than 24 hours ago so we can't help, despite my first email being straight away. awful delivery not enough food for everyone and appalling customer service

Occasionally I pop through the drive-thru and with my meal I like a hot drink. This restaurant still does not offer hot drinks (they use too but machine was broke) and has been for some time. Additionally, no ice cream either. As you approach the window, the screen by the booth no longer works. In general it appears run down and shabby.

The only thing I ordered for myself- the vegan burger was missing! Great when you don’t drive! NOT!

Food was shockingly bad.. do not order later in the night. How they can charge 12p let alone £12 for a chicken burger and chips is beyond me! Chicken was hard and pink and looked like it had been sat around for 5 hours. Just eats would only refund £6 as well 🙄

I would like a refund please as the food was not what I expected... I always order the same thing and never had a complaint but I wasn't very happy with my food being cold & one of the boxes were for my daughter and she had to go bed hungry

Love KFC it seems being served by an actual person is being discouraged in favour of using the self-service kiosks. You used to get a choice but now there are big signs on the counter telling you to use the kiosk. Don’t like it.

Driver was very pleasant and on time. The burger however was very over cooked and my burger was cold.

Never got it had to fetch it myself total rubbish.

Only gave us half the order. Went back to resolve the short order. Explained the issue with the girl on the till. Then the manager wanted me to repeat the issue again as which I was not happy to do. Did not feel valued.

The lady that was giving the food was being argumentative after I have given the working code, as well as walking into my house without permission!

I saw the new shake on the app and decided to get it from here, i came with my little brother when i got it i was disappointed as it looked sad and dull compared to the app and when i tasted it it just taste like ice and the texture was only crushed ice and i went to the counter to complain and i just left with 2 shakes on the counter i didnt even drink them wasted 5 pounds. One of the staff told me its my problem and i just told them leave it and walked out. I know they are just working there but they cant serve me that never have i ever complained to any staff like that my first ever time complaining very disappointed

Normally fine we have been going for years however yesterday after having the kfc I have been having the worst food poisoning of my life NEVER returning, also the service has increasingly become worse over the years

After a mess up from the team last night and a refusal of just eat refusing us a refund, I went in today to speak to management to get it rectified. Shane came and spoke with me in a very polite and patient tone, looked at my evidence from just eat to prove they had denied the refund and looked at my receipts and pictured. As I had just been food shopping I thought either a refund or the correct food would be sufficient to satisfy the complaint. With no questions he gave me fresh food to take home, a sincere apology and a roll of the eyes at just eats behaviour. Shane thank you for sorting this!

KFC COULDNT SEND THE CORRECT FOOD AND RHE DOOD WE SIS RECEIVE I WOULDNT GIVE TO MY DOG IT WAS COLD AND SLIMEY! WENT STRAIGHT IN THE HIN WASNT WHAT WE ORDERED ANYWAY, USE YOUR EYES NEXT TIME
