Over 40 minute delivery, food especially chips stone cold

Saw on app that driver made numerous stops before delivering , my food was cold when i got it.

Excellent friendy service, and tasty original chicken cooked here

10 piece chicken family meal and EIGHT pieces were drumsticks! Rip off.

I asked for the food to be delivered at 6.20pm in time for breaking the fast but it was delivered at 6.34pm. That is not major but the fries were almost cold, chicken wings were lukewarm. at least the driver was friendly

Not good when the delivery goes via Southgate making at least 2 drop prior to heading to Winchmore Hill - end result Luke warm food and warm Fanta terrible!!!!!

A very kind and understanding courier. I made a mistake with the address, and the food was delivered elsewhere. The courier had no problem bringing the food to the correct address. I wish there were more couriers with such a professional approach to customers and their work. Five stars! 🤝

I ordered at 4 13 and have only just recieved thd food was cold.

I have just placed an order on Just Eat. I forgot to add in the order notes that I would like thighs and drumsticks only. The gentleman who answered the phone was very pleasant and happy to help.

Good received on time but it was cold and had to be reheated in the microwave! And we paid good money for this. KFC KINGS FOR COLD FOOD!!

The driver couldn’t find my place though my location was clearly shown in the app. He set his location right to my doorstep and texted me 5 minutes before his arrival that I should go outside for he is waiting for me. I waited for him in the rain when after minutes he showed up on his motorcycle from the other end of the street, he clearly didn’t even make a stop before…

An hour and half for 2 portions of popcorn chicken. Stone cold and half portions ( my son is autistic so we count every time). Not good tonight.

I ordered a bucket for one from KFC, which should consists of 1 regular fries, 4 original chicken pieces 4 chicken fillets & still water, I received 4 original chicken pieces, 1 chicken fillet & still water, no fries & 3 missing chicken fillets, these guys must be having a bad day

Order never received - keep getting updated delivered times!!! Restaurant didn’t answer the phone - just eat no help at the time and are now reviewing the order to give a refund what a joke!!!!

Absolutely shambolic. Got the wrong persons order. The food was cold dry and flavourless. Who’s ever ordered I picked up, it was mid. And KFC (palmers green) If you put a phone number on your Google page, make sure you pick it up.

Horrible service the worker was touching my food with no gloves he threw my straw and the food was so bad I do not reccomened never going here ever again

Tiny pieces of chicken. 70% drumsticks. And some of the drumsticks had completely fallen apart like they had been mauled. The bottom of the bucket had fallen out and the chicken was in the bottom of the brown bag which itself was about to fall apart.

My food came cold, and drink wasnt cold.

My boyfriend just brought home a bargain bucket. It was fresh and tasty. He said the service he received was great and the shop was nice and clean.

The food arrived and hour late, the chicken and the gravy were cold and to top it off, the chips were missing. I had to heat it all in the air frier. Abysmal service, 1 out of 10.

Ordered double bucket and gravy Comes in the little bags not the bucket so it's stuck over the chicken and the gravy lids wasn't places correctly so has spilled all over everything... no care for quality shocking experience

The chicken was rubbery and they put a cold drink on-top of the hot chicken box. Not only does the chicken get cold but the drink gets hot! Sometimes every piece of chicken that I’ve ordered is the smallest size. I don’t think they prioritise customers that order as much.

Don’t usually leave reviews but every single time I order from this place, they get something wrong. This time they missed something out again!

The food not appeared that was cooked today. Chips were cold and shriveled chicken pieces were absolutely cold. Simply it was uneatable. I want my money back as I put the whole lot in the bin. I cannot contact them as they are not answering any calls. You got to get me refund or I will never order with you or from them again.

Horrendous service and absolutely disgusting food. Chicken was dry and stale. KFC have zero quality control, pretty much all kfc's are super poor quality now. Try any other fried franchise apart from kfc. KFC's super bad service and quality are the reason so many new fried chicken shops are popping up all over. Go to Morleys or huckleberry or popeyes or any other place. KFC southgate is even worse than this!

I paid £13.98 for 6 hot wings meal and fillet burger meal and it was put in a paper bag did not offer a stronger bag. Holding tight in the rain when left and the paper split and my meal on the floor. I went back into store and I got no apology or offer of another meal for this and the staff just looked at me. Cheap service cheap paper bag

I didn't deliver my food !!! I'm really angry... your courier didnt deliver my food and in the just eat showed it has delivered but I didn't deliever my food!!!! He called me and he couldn't even speak!!! He just kept saying I'm coming but he didnt come at all!!!!

Very disappointed. I've been eating at this kfc for many years & it's always been lovely to eat from here. Me and wife both work at the hospital so our shifts are hectic. On Friday night we got our 10pc wicked share bucket but when she got home we had 6pc of chicken and no mini fillets. Been trying to call the store for 3days now but it looks like they never answer the phone. I spend a lot of money at this branch as I love the food. Very disappointed I couldn't speak to someone and now have to make this post. Luckily the store manager poorav is an amazing manager and he made it right Have restored my faith In this branch Poorav really cares about his regular customers.

i was so upset , i’ve ordered and my popcorn chicken and my drink aren’t even with my order then i go to eat my fillets and chips and they are cold .so unhappy as it was just purely not enjoyable to eat. i’ve applied for a refund and just not gotten a reply.very very disappointed

Food order was incorrect missing corn on the cob which I expect a refund for. Order was very late as driver had to do another drop before mine in the opposite direction from the restaurant and bag was ripped so food was tepid NOT hot at all. All round awful experience.
