Ricebox was half empty and cold I am very disappointed from this order

The chicken pieces in the box were too small.

The delivery lady , was very friendly and polite.

My food was missing some items. I ordered 8 hot wings along with my order but I didn’t get it.

I ordered a 14 piece party bucket, I received two popcorn chicken kids meals. I'm still waiting to get my refund.

food arrived very late and cold. did not enjoy my food

The rider didn’t deliver the bottled drink and by the time I opened the bag containing food he’d already left. So I received NO refund for the drink that wasn’t delivered 👎☹️.,Rider was also grumpy when he phoned saying he was outside my home & I had to redirect him several times to the correct block of flats/my home!

The worst service ever. Each time me or my friends and family get take away from this kfc it is so bad and stale or they miss out items. I don’t understand how a place can consistently mess up so much. Please fix your service

Never ordering from this restaurant ever again, they replaced my vegetarian burger with chicken fillet burger for unknown reason, second time, I received a bottle of coke and piece of cob. Ridiculous service

delivery man was nice and friendly, but the food was cold, it was like it had been sitting around from the time I ordered it,and the time they had assigned a driver. I had to throw it in the bin, as the chicken was cold and tough, and the chips were freezing. the only thing worth having, was the drink. what a waste of money. I will never order from here again .

Just Eat, your service could really improve if your delivery drivers communicated more effectively with customers and used a bit more thoughtfulness when completing orders. It would also be helpful if they ensured food was delivered to the correct address and in good condition. Investing in better training or perhaps a bit more “brainpower” for your drivers could go a long way in improving the overall experience. Thank you!

My local KFC I love it. The chicken is always fresh and so are the chips the order is always correct. Staff are friendly the premises are always clean. Highly recommend.

Overall the food we have purchased from KFC is a family meal - so pleased to have it arrived safely without no problems whatsoever and we ate the food that was still warm and tasty. Delivered with good timing for our family meal, didn’t have to waited too long.

it was a bit cold when we got it but we put it in microwave for a bit and it was good to eat

in boneless meal given rotten corn on cub. The two piece chicken were dismal 1 was mostly bone and the 2nd piece smaller than the hot wing what a con.

Once again my food arrived completely frozen and the bag was open and the delivery man was very rude when answering. In fact, I had to call him because he was leaving the place, leaving me without my order. This is the second time I have received my food frozen and late. I have to go out to look for it on the corner of my house. I am upset. I will put it in the trash because I don't know why the bag is open.
